I recently had Ben Hill Renovations add new OSB, house wrap, siding, and gutters to my house. They also painted my house. From start to finish, they made it an easy process. Josh made the start process easy and TJ made the project a breeze. He answered my calls after hours and on the weekends if I had any questions. He showed up daily to check on the project. And at the end, he made sure I was satisfied with everything. The crews that came and did the work were quick and professional. It was a great experience. And the best part was the price. Demolition, new OSB, new house wrap, new siding, a pain job, and new gutters all under 45,000. While other companies in the area quoted me over 60,000 for just siding! I highly recommend that you call these guys before you have any work done on your home. And I recommend that you ask for Josh and TJ.

It was time get our deck replaced since being in our home for almost 20 yrs. We done multiple searches, ask many coworkers and friends of who could build our deck.
Many responses but no one I mean no one came close to quality and professionalism that Trent Bass (salesman), showed with the onsite visit to get our vision of what we wanted.
Once we selected them as our contractor, we were invited to an awesome showroom to the actual products that they use and have actual decks, patios to touch, feel and walk on.
So much details about our project is gone over before you sign.
Once the job started our onsite project supervisor Daniel Cash was very knowledgeable, informative and always reachable.
Since we own a food truck business and have our trailer parked in our driveway. Daniel Cash, suggested that I could park in their gated secured lot, while the build was being done so the could the necessary room to do work, with the trucks and supplies.
The entire build was done less than a month, they were able to complete ahead of time we thought, so we were able to entertain our family and friends for wedding rehearsal cookout on our deck!

Our deck replacement project began in November 2024 with Mike Mastowski of Ben Hill Renovations who assessed and bid the project. There were three other deck companies that submitted competing bids. Over four weeks, Mike answered many questions and revised the contract five times until I was satisfied with the specifics. There was an on-site pre-job meeting where I met Superintendent Daniel Cash and saw the drawing for the first time. We discussed the specifics of the project which was helpful and provided a bit more clarity of the process. Just prior to the start of the demo/build we decided to make a change in materials so that all decking was to be composite rather than half wood, half composite. Fortunately, this change was early enough to allow the materials supplier to make the change before delivery. In February 2025 the project started with demolition and some rot was found and repaired. Cesar, the crew lead, always informed us of any findings and asked for approval before deviating from the plan. The rest of the project went smoothly with Reuben answering any questions I had. There was a point where I stopped the project to get answers about the railing before it went too far to turn back. While it delayed progress for a day, Daniel Cash came to the site and once we discussed it the project continued. We are pleased with our new deck and look forward to enjoying it in the coming months. We also have a front porch that will eventually get replaced and Ben Hill Renovations will be our first choice for that project.

My recommendations to Ben Hill Renovations:
I was a very technical client and asked specific questions to the Renovations Specialist who provided answers but once the project was underway discovered that something else was the norm. I would recommend better cross communication between the Renovation Specialist and the Superintendent especially for technical applications so that the answer to a question does not change during the process.

I would recommend providing the drawing to the client a week prior to the pre-job meeting, and making it clear the drawing is a representation of the project. Providing this early allows the client to review and have all their questions ready for the pre-job meeting rather than trying to look at it for the first time at the meeting.

All four contract companies were within a few hundred dollars of each other.

Why we chose Ben Hill Renovations:
Mike Mastowski was the only person of the four companies that immediately asked if we wanted to keep the same roof and replace everything else. We had proposed this years before and received a chilly response so Mike's observation made that a possibility again.
After doing our own research we liked the TimberTech product, and this is what Ben Hill Renovations started with at first bid where other companies were starting with TREX.
Ben Hill Renovations already included permitting and inspection in the bid whereas others could add it if we wanted.

Mike Mastowski was very patient with all my questions and responded quickly to any emails or texts.

Daniel Cash promptly responded to any text or answered the phone each time I called. Additionally, his on-site visits were greatly appreciated, especially when I had concerns as the build moved along.

Cesar was helpful during the start and closing of the project and his consideration to reach out to me during the project demo and build was appreciated.

Reuben was on-site for the entire project and was able to field my questions while Cesar was off-site.

We also appreciated the office staff answering all our administrative questions and for the convenience of the Buildertrend app providing updates of everything related to the project.

Ben Hill Renovations handled some demo of an existing porch roof, window installation, gutter installation and a new roof for me. Scott, Dwayne and TJ were so kind and put me at ease with the initial assessment. TJ Morrow was my contact and he was fantastic. TJ kept me informed of the process, crew arrivals and if there were any delays. All the crews were respectful, and cleaned up the job site every night. I am very glad I chose Ben Hill and would highly recommend them for your needs.

Recent work by Ben Hill Renovations included new Hardie siding, Hardie Soffit, Hardie Fascia, and all new windows. These guys were great. Project Manager TJ Morrow came by everyday, twice most days. He kept me up to date on every detail. The crew was there on time every day and provided top quality work on every aspect of the job. In replacing nine sunroom windows the Ben Hill team, Joshua Welch and TJ Morrow did exactly what we agreed upon. Highly recommend seeking Ben Hill for decks. We got several quotes from all the local companies via Trust Dale, and chose Ben Hill for the excellent professionalism of Trent Bass and ability to give us a general quote on the spot. Unfortunately due to county permitting, we were unable to get past the initial stage, but Ben Hill was willing to work with me on recouping some of the initial deposit money we made into the project which we greatly appreciated. When we a new vision for our deck that abides by county permits, we will most definitely proceed with Ben Hill. I was really fortunate to find Ben Hill Rennovations. I contacted several companies that did open and screened in with roof decks. I received estimates from $78,000 - $46,000. I was considering the low bidder, but I decided to get one more estimate. That last estimate was from Ben Hill. I am so glad I did.
They met all my wishes and the price was the best one received. Which was $8,000 less than the previous low bid.
The work was done in approximately 10 days, and everything is perfect. The materials used are tip knoch, and the workmanship is excellent.
If I decide to do another home improvement project, I won't waste time calling anyone else. I'm calling Ben Hill!

Had Ben Hill redo our home built in 1928 with Hardi. The end to end process was great including the communication and followup quality visit. Shawn manged the project and was extremely responsive to any of our requests, both up front and on the fly. Trent was great on the front end as well. Definitely have all bases covered and would consider them for future projects.

Shawn Anderson and Scott Baggett were very easy to work with and did a great job on our window repair.

Just had a walk-through garage door installed in 1 day! The sales person (Daniel) was great with follow-up and follow-through. The crew (Caesar) did a fantastic job - professional, efficient, and meticulous. They also cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the convenience this new walk-through door brings to my garage.

I made an appointment with Estimator, Trent Bass to get an estimate on replacing my rear deck and front step in late May.He was on time, actually early, as we both were available earlier; we kept in contact by texts. I was impressed by 1.) Trent’s knowledge of the construction industry, and 2.) him presenting me a copy of his company’s certificate of liability insurance at our 1st meeting. Just as important, he presented my wife and I with a timely estimate that I didn’t have to wait weeks to receive. I noticed Trent’s work from multiple neighbors in my Douglasville neighborhood. Nowadays, it is rare someone takes the time to explain what will be done, and advise on the best options, but that’s what Trent did. A wonderful experience.

We had our double front porch replaced because of sinking footers. Results is what was in the design. Everyone at Ben Hill was very knowledgeable of there products. The crew was great but a time hard to communicate with. I will have Ben Hill work on our next project.

While still early after completion, We are happy with everthing. Windows look nice and do block out a portion of the sun. Install crew were on time and did a good job.

Excellent workmanship and hardest workers I have ever seen that went the extra mile on several things.
They cleaned up every scrap of debris and went over the area with a magnet to pick up nails and screws. Ours is a smaller deck than many others but we only had steps there before. I decided to add the lattice on a change order and to them, no problem. Daniel Cash, project manager, went and got the materials and brought them. It turned out beautiful and we are happy with it.

We had our back deck replaced with the most amazing screened in porch with a side deck for grilling and we had our old front porch replaced with a new front porch. The work is outstanding and everything looks amazing. It was done so fast I am in awe of this company. They handled all the permitting which made me so happy. Our Lead Superintendent on the project, Daniel Cash, was always responsive if we had any questions or concerns. He even went to Sherwin Williams twice to make sure the paint color for the new siding perfectly matched my existing siding. Once the screened in porch was finished, I could not get over all the tiny details they added to make it absolutely beautiful. I love this porch! We had our 40-year-old solarium replaced with 3 new Pella windows and 2 skylights. It was a complex job, but renovation specialist Joshua Welch, superintendent Shawn Anderson and office administrator Tonya Jones handled the process with professionalism. Workers Daniel and Martin were great, as well, providing hands-on labor (cutting, building, measuring, staining, roofing, etc.) with precision. This was our second major window project with Ben Hill Renovations and hope to work with them again.

Daniel Cash, and all of the folks we worked with (Mike, Chris & Tonya) at Ben Hill Renovations are excellent! They handled a huge deck rebuild project at my condo building a couple of years ago and they went above and beyond to help us through all the hurdles we faced. Just want say thanks to Josh Welch, Shawn Anderson, Tonya Jones and the installers that replaced my French Doors. Everyone was so friendly and professional. My install was not the easiest as there was not a lot of room in the rough framing to make adjustments to ensure the door was plumb and square, but they managed to get it done. My old doors would scrub when you opened and closed the door, but not the new doors. It is so nice to open the new doors and not have to jerk the doors open or force it shut. We had Ben Hill Renovations build us a covered, screened in deck. We decided to do the sun exposed area in timber tech, and the covered area in wood to keep the cost down.

The deck’s roof was a challenge to design and build because of the houses multiple and steeply pitched adjoining roofs. It turned out wonderful. Made an appointment with them for a quote to replace my siding and renovate my deck. The Office Manager was very friendly and professional. Josh showed up right on time for our appointment, was very professional looking and knew his stuff. He made an assessment, explained some options and took measurements. He quickly got me a quote and followed up with me.

In the spring of 2022, we decided it was time to replace our 25-year-old deck. The old deck, almost 500 square feet, had deteriorated to a point it was no longer safe for us to use. We reached out to several companies, both small and large, to come out and advise us on our options to replace the deck. Our experiences varied greatly between companies and not all of them good. After evaluating each company, it was an easy choice to select Ben Hill Renovations to build our new deck.

We had the opportunity to work with Tonya, our production coordinator and Daniel, our lead superintendent. They handled all the required county and city permits, materials delivery, and ensured the project started on-time and stayed on budget. For the past year, my wife and I have been working on a remodeling project for our bathroom. As part of the design, we wanted to install two new windows to help modernize the room space. For months and months, we called various window companies to see if they would help us with this particular project but to no avail. The majority of these companies stated they would only help with the project if it included a minimum of six windows, while other companies did not respond to our inquiries. One day my wife was at Pike Nurseries looking for plants for the front yard when she bumped into Mike Mastowski, a salesman at Ben Hill Renovations. During their conversation, she spoke about our plight. After their discussion, Mike said he would be more than happy to help us. In the proceeding weeks, Mike visited our home to examine our bathroom to see how the company could help us with the renovation project. In short, Ben Hill Renovations was the only window company that was willing to take on our project that included one custom picture window over the bathtub and one replacement window. During this process, we were also communicating with Daniel Cash and Tonya Jones. Also, the gentleman who came out to measure the windows made sure the calculations were accurate before ordering. We do apologize for not remembering his name. We would like to include him with the other members of this team. From start to finish, this team of four was professional and willing to help us with all of our questions and concerns without any hesitation. They were extremely patient and understanding when coordinating installation dates that worked best for us. Conclusively, the windows were beautifully installed and added a great ambiance to our bathroom. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows for their home. Unequivocally, they did a phenomenal job! We cannot express how grateful we are to have bumped into Mike that day! Without his help, our project would not have been able to move forward. I had a challenging job--to re-roof a house built in 4 phases over 75 years. Ben Hill Renovations did an excellent job. Dwayne, Robert, and Tonya were all very good to work with. I am an architect and plan to work with them again.

They fixed my window and did an excellent job. The windows are beautiful and what a difference a window makes! Mr. Cash and his crew were very professional and courteous. Trent bass, Daniel Cash and Tonya Jones all made the experience worthwhile.

Had them replace my roof. Robert Hamrick came out for the initial inspection and he was very knowledgeable and printed the quote for me on-site within 15 - 20 minutes. It was in line with verbal I got from another company who never sent me a written quote. He kept me up to date on status, timing, etc. Dwayne Sidwa was the supervisor of the project and he, too, kept me informed on timing. Everything was done on time when promised. I also like the fact that they have a customer "portal" that you log in and can view progress via photos. Everyone I communicated with were very pleasant. I plan to contact them again in the spring when I get gutters for my house.

I had new siding put on my house about 2 years ago. I thought they had done a good job but the siding job was written up as deficient on an inspection report while trying to sell the house. I reached out to them on several occasions with no response to correct the deficiencies. I had also contacted them about 4 months prior to do some roofing repairs and was told the job was too small for them to consider. So much for repeat customers. I will NEVER use them again and will let as many people I know how bad this company as to work quality and customer service.

Roofers were on time and finished the job on a timely fashion. The project manager was very professional and friendly.

Overall timeline from contract signing to finish was longer than anticipated. Once the work actually started it went pretty fast. Pretty pricey considering the size of the job and I had to clean up certain areas outside my home after the job was done.

We were always informed about when the projects would start and it was coordinated around the strange Georgia weather. Our neighbors and visitors love the look!

I called Ben Hill Renovations to get a quote for a deck project at my house. We had been working with a contractor who left us high and dry before starting the job. I've heard about Ben Hill Renovations on-air with WSB Radio and wanted to see if they could give me a quote. I told them about my situation with the previous contractor and they were SUPER nice and accommodating and said they'd love to help.

Robby and Dewayne came to my house this morning to take a look and are going to work up a quote for me. It was a pleasure talking to such knowledgeable folks about the project- especially after the nightmare we’ve been through with the previous contractor. Even if we don’t go with them for the job- I would 1000% recommend them.

I called Ben Hill do repair some siding and window trim because I knew they would do things correctly! They were very busy and I had to wait for 3 months but getting the job right was worth waiting for.

We had no big problems and the one minor issue that did occur was corrected quickly.

Tim Smith and his crew were awesome! We had a portion of siding replaced and they did a fabulous job! Tim was especially attentive and had a great eye for detail.. very easy to deal with.. I recommend these guys 1000%!
