Don’t think about it just booked these guys today!

I don’t think I can recall a contractor ever going above and beyond to complete a job and line up odds and ends that they weren’t obligated to do so.. and THEY DO!!!

I had some problems with water leaking around my chimney. Darrian sent someone out immediately to check it out and take very detailed pictures of the problem. He was able to give me a couple of options and kept me informed throughout the process. Needless to say I am pleased with the results.

Versatile Pro came out to remove concrete and regrade the soil as we prepare to make a deck.

The first thing that struck me as "man, this guy is a professional" was the moment we started talking bids he made me aware that due to the softness of the ground at this point in the season, his machines would make huge track marks and destroy some grass.

Later on he wanted to make sure that there was enough time passed since last rain to minimize the damage as much as possible.

Besides that he was willing to discuss and give ideas for my deck design and even helped think through some of the logistics of it, like needing to move the outdoor hose to a different spot and patch it up.

This guy did an incredible job and I would hire him again for other projects.

Terrific! Would recommend highly and I will use this company for any like jobs going forward. Immediate response, fit me in within days, did all work - and then some! - within a few hours. Cordial, reasonable, and extremely clean.

Darrian is the owner, he's very proactive, detail oriented and knowledgeable.

He kept me informed throughout the process and went above and beyond his original scope of work, looking out for our best interests throughout the process.

In addition, I was never asked to give them a review, unlike the majority of other 5-star contractors out there, I'm doing it out of my own initiative because I think the service deserved it, and I'm sure others are on the same boat.

I've had two projects completed by Darrian and his team. Both times they have been quick to respond on a project quote and scheduling the work. They are very polite, professional and do quality work and clean up for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them and keep them on your list of contractors

We recently had a new roof, gutters and shutters installed by Versatile Pro and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Just wanted to share my review with others. If you want a reliable, honest, hard working company that does an outstanding job from start to finish, then Darrien and his crew are the company to hire. From the quote through the finished project, there was constant communication. I never had to ask or wonder what the next step was. We used Versatile pro for demolition of a built in and some extra of piping/wiring and stairs. They responded quickly, were on time and professional. Communication was clear and easy. The crew quickly and thoroughly completed the demo of my basement. I especially appreciated the communication before, during and after completion of the project.

They demolished the chimney in my house with surgical precision. It was located in the middle of the structure, and they only had to make a few small holes in the wall to remove it. They covered everything neatly before starting and cleaned up afterwards.

Darrian and his crew did a great job replacing our garage floor. Darrian provided expertise and daily status updates on what was done and what we could expect the next day. We called probably about 20 different companies to remove a concrete slab. No one would do it unless they were also going to pour new concrete - and that’s IF they called us back! Versatile was professional and willing to do the job - they were out THE NEXT DAY!! Darrian communicated clearly and quickly and the price was very fair. The job we had was much more complicated than I thought but Darrian was flexible and worked to get it done in a day. I wish every company had Darrian’s attitude, communication, and work ethic. We are grateful for the job they did for us.

Versatile Pro was quick to respond when asked for a quote. Darrian was very thorough when explaining the process of putting in a concrete patio and took the time to point out possible complications of the process specific to my situation. Darrian has great customer service skills, great communication, and was detail oriented with his work. I highly suggest using his company. Many others who I got quotes from either didn’t respond, didn’t take the time to explain the process, or didn’t deliver on their promises.

The price was lower than I expected to pay and they did it all in one day. Very pleased with the quality of work.We set everything up with the actual owner and he is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met.I strongly recommend this company.

We had some work done on our roof and chimney. Versatile Pro was able to prioritize our project in their busy schedule. Incredibly responsive and professional. Once the work was complete we got before and after photos of the work. Additional, as a new homeowner, Darrien gave us advise on other projects we are doing around the house. I had Versatile Pro come in to demolish a single car garage and demo/repour half of my old driveway, front walkway and patio. Darrian and his crew were as efficient as the early April weather and having to remove and demo all the original concrete by hand allowed. The resulting concrete repour and demolished garage turned out fantastic. They were efficient and quick and made sure I was always kept up to date with the status of the project. They were at the job site when they said they would be and when finished the pitch was right and the work blended in with the old concrete. The concrete finishing job and asphalt patching were both excellent. This was a rough job with tree roots that heaved the sidewalk, but they took care of everything. Darrian’s personality is great, he’s extremely likable and professionally answered any question I put to him at any time. Can’t say enough about Darrian and his crew!

I was referred to Versatile pro LLC by a family member to replace a wooden deck patio with a concrete patio. From the initial conversation with Darrian from Versatile pro from the estimates to the scheduling to the start and completion of the job, everything was A-1. Darrian and his referrals to an outside company was also a plus in getting the job completed on time. I highly recommend Versatile pro for all your concrete, residential needs and working with Darrian and his crew was very professional and very courteous.

Darrian and the team of roofers did an awesome job on both our house roof and garage roof as well as other little modifications need along the way. Our need for a roof was pointed out last year by Darrian and it is pleasing to know we have people looking out for us that are in that field of work. Darrian completed a chimney rebuild for us. The old chimney had deteriorated considerably. All aspects of the project were efficient - quote, scheduling, and work. It was seamless. The crew did great work and took pictures along the way showing their progress. The cost of the project was in line with other contractors but with more included. We paid for the project when we had Darrian come by the next day to quote our NEXT PROJECT for us. We will definitely use Versatile Pro again.

We used Darrian and his crew over the course of a week on 3 different projects. He was a pleasure to work with - professional, quick to respond and produced high quality work. We have already recommended him to family for another project and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Another excellent job completed for me by VersatilePro. Two years ago Darrian & Company did a beautiful roofing and siding job on my garage, salvaging the original 1952 structure and adding a new garage door. This time they did a concrete demolition and rebuild of my front porch that turned out to be much more complicated than originally thought. They designed and built a completely new front walk and steps up to the front door, plus other miscellaneous repairs mandated by my insurance company. They were once again excellent to work with, always on time and professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. I will definitely hire them again.

One of the best contractors (of any kind) I've worked with. Responsive, professional, on time, and did great work. They documented the work progress and were incredibly easy to work with (even with LOTS of questions from me). I would NOT hesitate to use Darrian and his crew again for whatever they could do.

I was pretty happy with there work and the way he explained the process to me. To make sure i understood the work they was preforming.

Great work! Was very easy to work with to get a quote, pricing fell in line with averages I found, and work began just as expected. Needed parking pad that was all gravel to be replaced with a concrete pad. All the needed excavation/demo was done, graded and compacted, and poured right. They also included fibers and sealing.
I also had them remove concrete from front yard and replace with graded dirt, that was also done quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

I needed a 1950s bathtub surround torn out. It was a tile-over-cement-over-metal-lath nightmare. Darrien gave me a very reasonable quote, showed up early, and completed the job right on schedule. He clearly knew what he was doing. He and his helper cleaned up afterwards and disposed of the debris for me for a modest additional charge. I will use them again!

We needed a bathroom demolition done and I lucked into finding Versatile Pro. I first got a quote from another company that only does demos, and goodness, their price was ridiculous. I don't remember where I came across VP's info, but I know I wasn't expecting much- I was feeling deflated at that point- but I couldn't have been happier after I met Darrian for the proposal. So professional, respectable and clearly knows his stuff. Then when I received the quote, the amount was completely reasonable and as a bonus to me, they could start by the time I needed. They figured 3-4 days for the demo which was inline with what others had said, but they finished in two days! The crew is not a nine to five group- they are really hard and efficient workers. They are there to get the job done. I cannot convey enough how pleasantly surprised and impressed I was. My mom needs her basement updated and we'll be having some more projects coming up in our house (which I forgot to mention to Darrian!) and Verastile Pro will be my first call. Thank you Darrian and crew- I really appreciate you all.

Had Darrian and his crew come put asphalt on my driveway and they did an awesome job. Awesome people and always quick with a response when I had a question. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their property!

I have been trying for months to find someone to paint the entire inside of my house, pull up carpet and put down vinyl plank flooring in four bedrooms. If someone did show up and give me an estimate, it was extremely high and they couldn’t start for months.

Versatile Pros came out, gave me a reasonable estimate and started within a reasonable time. They were very professional, clean and meticulous. The previous painter that I used 10 years ago didn’t cover my floors and furniture and I had splattered paint all over my house on baseboards, mirrored closet doors, etc. Versatile Pros covered EVERYTHING with plastic (floors, walls, doors, ceiling fans, furniture). Previous painter didn’t remove outlet covers or smoke alarms. Versatile Pros removes everything instead of painting around it.

I watched Versatile Pros repaint any areas that they felt needed an extra coat of paint after the first coat of paint dried instead of doing one coat and move on to the next room. When VP got towards the end of the job, the gray paint was running low. There was enough to finish the job BUT after it dried VP decided it needed another coat so they went out and purchased another gallon which would also allow me to have some for touch-ups in the future.

VP pulled up my carpet, padding, strips, baseboards and staples. The floor was nice and clean for installation of the new floor. While putting down the new floor, I observed them reuse as much of cut material as possible instead of grabbing a new piece for every cut. What really impressed me was when it came to cutting around doors, closets, vents, etc they would recut a piece several times until it fit correctly instead of leaving a gap and filling it up with caulk.

My house was cleaned when they finished. They hauled everything away to the dump. VP gave me exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford in a timely manner! I WILL be using Versatile Pros for ALL of my future home improvement needs!!!!!
