Noah came out to give me a free roof inspection. He was very thorough in his examination of my roof and attic and had pictures for me to see what was going on with my roof. Pushy door to door salesman came up to my door. He knocked and rang the doorbell when he clearly saw the giant sign saying no soliciting. When I asked why he'd ring and knock when he clearly saw the sign he just shrugged and laughed. Very rude and unprofessional. I'd never do business with a company that has to send around people like this to try and drum up business. Please avoid doing business with them to discourage these bad business practices.

Today I had Vero Exteriors LLC out to provide an estimate on replacing my homes roof. I met with Noah and Russ from the company and was very impressed from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and just nice all around people. They did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic, providing pictures of everything. They took time in explaining everything to us without judgment. They then provided options on materials and financing. There was nothing high pressure about this visit and they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like the price options were fair , comparable to other companies so, I passed up getting more estimates based on the positive vibe I got from the employees representing this company. Noah was salesman. Very knowledgeable, prepared, friendly, helpful. He had satellite photos of my roof done in a few minutes. The two men did a thorough attic + roof top inspection. Forwarded to my phone many photos and aprx 4 videos of it all. Zach was his helper, also good. Work was scheduled for week later ( June 3025). Work completed in 3 days. Then Noah came back and inspected rooftop + inside attic again. Called me + forwarded many photos + few videos of completed work to my phone. All good. Noah came made appointment and came back to check week later. Would recommend Vero.

He arrived right on time, gave a quick yet thorough inspection, and was honest about my roof being in good condition. The last day the whole team was at my house cleaning and completing the project. Imagine my surprise. The GM's wife Lori was very sweet and was available if I needed her. I worked with Taylor and Randy today.They went to my rental property.And they also came to my house.They were polite and patient with me. Very informative and very detailed orientated.Explaining to me what needs to be done and showing me all these photographs of where my problem lays in my roughing.. Unfortunately i'm a person who likes to study her finances before she perceives.. But I think they were very hard and made me feel comfortable about the pricing.It's just not happening at this moment..

We just had the most seamless experience with Vero Exteriors!! The inspection was nearly 45 mins .. they checked out everything! (Others came and left in literally minutes) Daniel and Taylor were amazing and took tons of time explaining all our options and we were very comfortable with our decision and the price !! They also coordinated the removal and reinstall of our solar . Daniel was available 24/7 for any concerns or questions. Steve and his wife Lori personally followed up after completion and made sure everything was done perfectly . They completely the roof in just two days with minimal noise honestly .. and I work from home ! I highly recommend Veto Exteriors. Great to have an honest roofer in your corner !

Steve Carlson and his lovely wife, Lori facilitated my roof replacement here in Tucson, and it was accomplished beautifully in two days for less money than any of the other companies I'd contacted. (And they're good people!) I highly recommend them!
