It has a toilet and sink downstairs, the upstairs has pleanty of storage and natural light, ceiling fans, it is also heated and has central air conditioning. The entire process exceeded our expectations. They designed it, built it with quality, perfection and a keen eye for detail. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys happened to be available right away when I needed a pretty large renovation done on my new house...RED FLAG, they screwed up SO MUCH that I'm having to take them to court!! They put up the wrong backsplash 4 instance, and when they had to remove it to put up the correct one, they left part of the dried up thinset on the wall, and tried to cover it with the correct backsplash!! Now I've got tiles protruding here and there, when I asked them about it, they claimed my walls bowed!! BUT, it's only on ONE SIDE of the wall!! Then they ADMITTED they walked on my new tile floor too soon, causing HUGE "LIPS" all over the floor!!! BUT, when I asked them to fix it, of COURSE, they DENIED they ever admitted that!! Their Plummer screwed up SO MANY THINGS, (because he kept leaving in the midst of a job) I ended up with a leak under my kitchen sink so bad that since I didn't notice it, water sat there for MONTHS, now my BRAND NEW CABINETS SAG SO BAD, items actually SLIDE to the middle of the cabinet!! Also had to have the BRAND NEW TUB FAUCET taken apart and redone because of a leak!!! When I told them about this, not only did they refuse to answer my email, one of them BLOCKED my email address AND PHONE NUMBER!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!! These guys are FRAUDS & they've got NO BUSINESS doing home renovations!!!!! They've got NO IDEA what they're doing...oh yeah, btw I ended up having to live in a MOTEL for 2 weeks with my son and 2 cats because they didn't finish the job in time!!! They kept leaving to do OTHER JOBS WHILE KNOWING WE WERE STAYING IN A CRAPPY MOTEL ALL THE WAY IN ASHLAND!!! One of the guys is really soft spoken, & seems really nice....TRUST ME...he's not!!!! HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!!!!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
