Velasquez Roofing & Remodeling provides excellent service from initial conversation to the completion of the job. Amy, the office responder, was courteous and she spoke clearly. During the initial meeting with Foy, a careful and thorough examination of our problem (flashing, roofing, and decking replacement around the flue) was provided. He assured me of a professional, thorough, and timely completion of the job. Looking at the weather forecast, a date was set. (And I didn't have to wait a long time to get the job finished. It was finished yesterday; just 9 days after my initial call.) I highly recommend Velasquez Roofing & Remodeling. They are immediately responsive, always courteous, thorough, and affordable.

Mario, owner of Velasquez Roofing & Remodeling, is my go to guy. His business has grown substantially over the past few years. This is because he knows how to get the job done, and he shows up. Mario and his team have been able to handle my projects ranging from complex carpentry on scaffolding to remodeling multiple houses to helping me with inspection repair lists. Mario continues to impress me. We have worked together since 2020 and are still going strong.

I have used Velasquez for the last 2 years. They have painted and stained cabinets, painted walls and ceilings as well as wrought iron through out my property. I am starting a new project and will have them install and finish drywall as well as paint. Mariano and his team have been good to work with and they have performed above my expectations.
