All of the employees including the office personnel were the best. Evan came and inspected we sat down together and he explained everything we needed. The installers were here on time as scheduled. Very nice gentleman and hardworking. We were sent pictures when everything was done and they had done excellent work. Thank you to everyone at Vance Installation and we will recommend this company to everyone.

Fabulous folks to deal with. They have been in business forEVER. Evan visited to walk/crawl the job site and answer my questions then followed up with a quote. Logan, Brandon, and Stephen pulled out our old insulation and strapped in R30. We had a tiny (water) thing go slightly wrong but they made repairs and everything was fine. Jan installed our new crawlspace access door. Vance Insulation will return this month to do our vapor barrier. The office ladies (Brittany1 and Brittany2) are very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent folks to deal with!

During the 90+ weather our second story was so hot that even the attic fan could not cool it off. The carpet felt like there was a heater underneath! Mr. Vance came to our home, inspected the attic and gave me the cost. Vance Insulation has been to our home before to insulate an addition and with the work and cost then, it was no question in our mind if we needed another estimate. The date was set and two installers came. When the time came to go upstairs, a cloth was laid on each step, landing and hall to keep any insulation or residue from getting on the carpet. The guys were considerate of our house, polite and very professional. Now, my second floor is cool enough that ceiling fans are not needed. I would highly recommend Vance Insulation most of all for the knowledge of how much insulation was needed, where it was needed most to get the job done along with any other determinations they make. Honesty, knowledge of their product, cleanliness, courtesy and good service makes this company "A KEEPER!" Oh and not to leave the office staff out, they were a great help in setting up appointments. Vance Insulation is an honest business. I was referred to them from family who used their services and were very pleased. I called to have a free estimate to assess and fix the insulation in my attic. Harold came to our house and told me that there was no insulation in the attic and recommended reaching out to the builder. He could have done the job and charged me, but instead he made a recommendation that resulted in repairs for free. I cannot thank them enough! They have earned my business for life! Thank you for your honest business practices, it really made a difference for us!

Hired to spray foam ceiling in 1800 sq foot metal building. Price was fair and attention to detail was awesome. Crew worked very hard.

We have a radon system but the plastic vapor barrier was not sufficient and was preventing the system from working right. Harold who handled my quote, gave me an itemized quote w prices for diff levels so I could choose what I did and didn't want done. They installed a sealed polyseal vapor barrier for me and did a really good job. They also sealed up the access door better. I did have a couple things I wanted them to improve on the door and they were back within 1 week to fix it. If u have any issues w any of the work, just give them a call and they come make it right. Really good experience imo and much more fairly priced than some other quotes I got. The installers and office staff were all really nice ppl to work with as well. Thanks to all involved.

I have had several experiences with Vance and from start to finish has been great. They promptly arrived to both the estimate and the day the work was being completed. Worked quick, efficient and cleaned up behind their selves. They added blow in insulation to my attic which brought me to code and decreased my heat bill in the winter months 80-100$ every month! The crew from Vance did a fantastic job. Showed up on-time, got right to work, and applied 1" of closed cell foam to all the walls and ceiling of my barn workshop. These guys are fast and really know their stuff! Great attention to detail, and made sure they hit every crevice to seal the building in preparation for converting it to a conditioned office space. Price was also very competitive. I'll definitely be contacting them again when it's time to redo my crawlspace on the main house.
