Worked with Ross to have a kitchen reno done. Wanted someone local to the area and he was the guy. Had some issues here and there, as you will with any renovation of an older home. Ross did his best to keep accurate communication through the process and for the most part kept to the established timeline. Everything discussed and decided on during the consultation was completed at the price agreed upon, no surprise overages. There were some issues with the cabinet installation, however Ross did his best to make it right. All in all positive experience and would recommend this company to family and friends.

Had a kitchen make over with an island, new entry doors, change tub to shower, new vinyl floor in kitchen and bathroom.

PHS is an awesome company to work with that did flooring, drywall and painting to our home after some water damage. Very responsive, reliable and trustworthy!! They can out at short notice the night we notice the leak and started setting fans, etc. We’re very pleased with the finished product.

In 2015, Ross and his team renovated my first home with a 203k. He walked me through exactly what I needed, took notes on what I wanted, let me know how much each item would cost, and guided me every step along the way... making my house a home. A new roof, 18 new windows, a new HVAC, new seamless gutters, digging a swale to prevent water encroachment, installing a washer and dryer, installing two garage door openers, and remediated every spot of lead paint. Sure, there were some hiccups along the way, but we conquered those and completed an amazing job together.

Thank you, Ross and team. Here is it many years later and my home is worth far more today because of your hard work and dedication to a job well done. 5 outta 5, would recommend.

Priority Home Solutions (PHS) LLC came to the rescue when fire burned part of a building that we own. Parts of the building that remained unscathed by the fire were smoke-damaged. The PHS team responded on-site late at night as soon as we called them. Their presence and professionalism helped us calmly assess the situation and determine next steps.

PHS cleaned and refurbished the interior of the building to a state where a person could not even see evidence of the previous damage!

This project had the complexities of working with an insurance company on a large loss. The small multi-family residential building had the complexities of working with older homes and challenges of correct previous repairs.

We experienced a fire at our home this year which was very stressful and caused a good amount of damage to our house. Ross and his team did an absolutely fantastic job rebuilding and restoring our home - I would recommend them to anyone who needs to rebuild after a fire! Ross was so easy to communicate with, very responsive and kept us well informed all along the way. They know their stuff when it comes to property restoration and in our case, fire restoration and working with the insurance company (the whole process I had no clue about before this happened to us!). And the quality of work that was done is fantastic - I’m so, so happy with the way our house looks now. And, it was all done in a reasonable amount of time given the amount of work that had to be completed. Highly recommended.

There was a water leak from my upstairs hallway bathroom. PHS LLC replaced the damaged hardwood flooring plus some drywall crack repairs and repaired the hardwood flooring at my front door. PHS LLC did an excellent job matching the hardwood floor stain and the drywall repairs.

When I called they were very attentive, respectful, and also very thorough with details for moving forward. Their work is beyond exceptional! They were gentle and polite with moving things that needed to be, perceptive to detail, and I could just go on! If you need work done with your house, and you’re looking for true and upstanding people to deal with, Priority Home Solutions is who you need to call! Not only did Priority do the beautiful full renovation on the house I purchased, but when my washing machine (that I brought in the home) decided to flood the downstairs, Priority came back and restored us to even better than we were before.

We had been getting quotes to add a great room to our home and renovate our kitchen and dining room. All other contractors simply went with what we asked for, Ross not only gave us the best price, he made recommendations that better suited our needs and made the best use of the land/space available. The work was completed as timely as possible (rain was not our friend) and I can't say enough about how much we love the addition, the flooring, counter tops, cabinets....his company did great work and the vendors/suppliers he coordinates with were just as accommodating.
