We had a new roof put on our primary residence. I really wish that I could name, specifically ,the crew that did the work. They were beyond expectations. The work was nonstop yesterday for more than12 hours! It was blazing hot and their attitudes were upbeat and professional. They returned for an additional 3 hours today. Beautiful job and my yard is cleaner now than when they started. I cannot recommend any more than to say they earned my repeat business for the company.

Professional, respectful, honest, fast and fair and unintimidated by hostile environmental factors like scourges of green flies, a record-melting heat wave and the typically ferocious winds and weather we get here on the Outer Banks. Immaculate attention to detail in his craftsmanship too. He’s the guy.

They did what they said they would do! From the person on the phone, to the rep’s in the field, that always called me back when I had a question, very polite and precessional. Their crew was good and fast. They took care of everything from tarring off the old roof and disposing of it, to picking up nails with a giant magnet that may have gotten away. I liked them so much, they are doing my other house.

Great price, great quality, super communications, no deposit required, Site Manager was awesome, showed up early and completed the project in 1 day and left my yard, decks, and entire property like it was before they started. It was like they were never even there. They handled everything with the strenghten my roof program and everything went like they said it would.
I would give this company an A+ and they great at keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
You will not be disappointed using this firm and they coached me on what products would be best for my roof since my home is semi OF in the Outer Banks for NC.

I called Muller Builders and requested a quote to redo my front porch railings and was set up immediately with a quote. The pricing was great and the overall process was very quick and easy. Jeremy came out and installed my new porch railings and posts. He did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and courteous of my flower-beds and all of my property. His supervisor has been out two or three times since the start of the project, and even after it was done to ensure that we are happy with the work. Everything looks great and I will be using Muller Builders in the future for any other needs.

Awesome team to work with from start to finish for our fortified roof! Office staff made the process simple and they had a great price. The install team was quick, efficient, and respectful. The music they listened to was tasteful, so even though we were home for part of their tear-off and install (they did it all in less than a full work day!) we weren’t annoyed by the process or noise. Highly recommend!!

We worked with Mueller Builders to replace the roof on our OBX home through the Strengthen Your Roof grant program. They were very knowledgeable of the grant process and were always there to answer any questions we had. The bid was quick and thorough. Scheduling was a breeze. The workers showed up on time and completed the project in record speed. Highly recommend.

I recently had my roof replace by Muller Builders and I have to say the process from beginning to end was easy and steamless. The workers started about 7am (ish) and was completely done with all debri cleaned up by 5pm (ish). I am very please with their work and how my roof looks. This company was recommend to me by a neighbor as this company had done two other house on my street as well. I thought the price that was quoted to me was fair as well. Im glad I went with them!!

I did not have a good experience and got a pretty sloppy roofing job done. The corners are not cut neatly and I had a bit of back and forth about areas of my roof that were bowing and had to push for them to nail it.

I also asked for a repair of my ceiling drywall where there is water damage from roof hole and I thought it meant the replacement of that piece but it was really just to add putty and paint over it. 540+ for that!! I cancelled the repair Several days ago and have not heard back from the project owner or account manager of this for my repair. I’m really disappointed because it came highly recommended by two people and I don’t know if it’s because there isn’t a mail present and because I’m a woman my concerns aren’t taken seriously, but I’m just really disappointed overall.

All charges were explained in detail and all questions answered. I cannot say enough positive things about the work crew. They were absolutely amazing. Each worker was extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. They took extra care to protect flower beds and bushes. After completion of the re-roofing job not a scrap of debris remained on the ground The crew arrived on time, removed existing shingles, made necessary repairs, installed new shingles and cleaned up the entire area. Fantastic folks to work with. Picking shingle colors was easy. Their quote was very competitive. Work crew was delightful, we met them all and welcomed them into our home. Great job only two days. Im a home inspector who looks at roof work five days a week. They flashed it right and we are tickled pink. Yard was cleaner after job than before. We had Mueller Builders replace our roof via the NC Strenghen Your Roof program. The project was seamless as our PM, Aaron Young, took care of all of the coordination with the program throughout the process. The work was done per the agreed upon schedule, the crew was efficient and left the site spotless.

This was my first time working with Mueller Builders. I needed to renovate the bathrooms in my house in Kitty Hawk that unfortunately I need to rent in order to keep. I got Mark's # from someone who recently hired Mueller Builders. Mark didn't answer my call but an hour later he called me back apologizing that he couldn't take my call because he was in a meeting. That was my first clue that Mueller Builders was different than many contractors in the OBX. I was impressed. There were some issues with mis-communication early in the process. That being said, I called Mark and he quickly made things right. Mark sent out Kevin Parkhurst. Kevin and his team did a phenomenal job in a very tight timeframe and my property was ready for rental season. I can't say enough about the job that Kevin Parkhurst did! What I can say is that you can trust Mueller Builders to do the job right. I highly recommend.

I have used and referred Mueller Builders for a little more than 15 years now. As a real estate professional I quickly learned they are well run, on time, honest pricing and complete quality work. I have never hesitated to refer them to family, friends and colleagues over the years.

We are very pleased with our sunroom. The room that we had when we purchased was a room with 6 sets of sliders that were in terrible condition. We put 1 slider and 5 large windows in to replace the sliders. I like the PVC siding that was put up on the exterior. We added lots of outlets and an exterior light at the door as well as an exterior outlet. The room was in really bad shape. Lots of rot. We had to end up replacing the floor too.

Gene from Mueller Builders did a great job with our deck rebuild permits and lot survey. He made sure everything was done right and kept us in the loop the whole time. If you need construction work done, Gene and Mueller Builders are the way to go.

Mueller Roofing did a fantastic job on our Fortified roof. It was obvious the crew knew exactly what they were doing, and on our main and back roof they were in and out in one day, start to finish. They did not leave a speck on the ground and actually went over my entire lot with a magnet to pick up any loose nails!
The crew manager Pete, kept us informed throughout the entire process, from start to finish as soon as the contract was signed. He even came over with shingle samples to our house for us to pick.

We contacted Mueller Builders Roofing to replace the roof on our large detached garage/shop. We had used this company in 2020 to replace the roof on our home and were very pleased with the price and level of professionalism. They once again completely satisfied us with this project.
They show up when they promise, they do a great job and then are very thorough in cleaning up the work area.

Working with the Mueller team was an absolute great experience. The staff was responsive and helpful from the initial phone call to paying the final bill. They installed gutter guards on my house back in the spring. They've worked great keeping the leaves and other debris out this fall. The installer showed up on time and didnt leave any trash behind. We had Mueller Builders replace the roof (unserviceable underboard, underlayment and shingles). The job was accomplished in two days of installation and a partial third day to perform cleanup and remove all trash. Their work and expertise were very evident during the whole process. We also had the entire house redone with vinyl siding, new gutters and gutter guards .... again superbly installed. We are considering putting up a storage building in our backyard and again I would choose Mueller as the contractor for the project. If you are looking for professional builders, we would highly recommend Mark and his company for the job. One more perk to consider; the estimates for both projects was spot on and there use of product was well within the estimates quantities being used.

When i had to have the front half of my roof re shingled for insurance purposes they were very thorough in their inspection and explained what they found and the possibility of unseen damage due to improper installation before. Beyond that the office was very patient with us and explaining and helping with all our questions. I highly recommend them.

Arrived when they said they would, I was told it may take two days. I left home at 0615, arrived back at 530 PM, my roof was done, they were completing the clean up!! What I liked best was the color, I told them what color I wanted, like my neighbors, they suggested a few others, which I choose one. Looks so much better than my neighbors!!! Thay were fast and efficient. Friendly and very responsive, when I thought something was wrong, they agreed to correct but Roy very nicely told me I overlooked from before, which after taking a closer look at the pictures realized he was right but would have corrected if I had not told them not to. The Ladies at the office were very nice and helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied, my insurance company is happy because of cost. Mueller Builders Roofing is a gem right here in Prince George County. I highly recommend.
