Valley Roofing and Repair

We are so happy with what Valley Roofing did for us! They treated us like family. We had a 25 year old roof that had two layers of shingles, plus solar panels. They removed panels, removed old shingles, installed new shingles and all flashing, and reinstalled our solar panels. It took four days for it to be done. Care was taken with our patio and plants. It’s beautiful. We are so happy.

My experience with Valley roofing and repair was great from start to finish. Joe Bernazzani was my project manager and made my roof replacement process so easy. He handled most of the communication with my insurance company and ultimately got them to pay for a whole new roof. The crew was great. They started exactly when Joe said they would and finished the roof in 1 day. I am thrilled on the results and couldn’t be happier with how my new roof looks. I couldn’t have done this without Joe and the team over at Valley. 5 stars all around.

I had an old swamp cooler that started leaking when it rained, we called several roofing companies to get estimates. Two companies told me they would have to replace the whole roof for 15 to $20,000
then Zachary Martin from Valley Roof Repair came and looked at our roof and he said he had no problem having the swamp cooler removed by a A/C company that would repair the Ductwork, an Electrician to disconnect the power. Also as he was looking the roof over he saw some trim that had dry rot and had it replaced by a carpenter. the shingles used match perfectly. Zachary stopped by personally several times on the day of the job to check on how it was going. All of this for less than 5% of what the other companies quoted.

I appreciate the professional job that Cole Froelich and Nate Defreitas did on replacing all of the shingles on my roof in the Deer Valley area. The estate gray shingles are beautiful. The materials were ordered properly/delivered on my roof properly. My neighbor, Octavio/landscaping business, told me that they did a great job on my roof. My neighbor, John/retired electrical contractor, told me that their workmanship is excellent. My beautiful carport ceiling, which is real wood, is now protected. I no longer have to worry about the rain falling on my roof.

I had a great experience dealing with Zach. He replaced the roof on one of my rental properties. He was recommended to me by my realtor. His communication was excellent and he sent numerous photos before & after the work was complete. This was most appreciated because I’m an out of town owner. He even took my trash cans out to the curb & brought them back in when they were emptied. Hard to get that kind of service these days!

Valley Roofing and Repair did a fantastic job on my aunt's home. After a bad storm we met Randy, who replaced the neighbor's roof. He heard she had a dog and offered to go over the yard with magnetic tools to make sure it was nail free. We asked him to look the roof over and help us file a claim. The insurance company was only going to pay a small amount, not near enough to cover even half the roof (due to a previous roofing issue), but Randy, who knows what he's doing, got the company to pay for the entire amount! He is a perfectionist and the work his crew did certainly shows this. The roof looks incredible and my aunt is thrilled! I highly recommend Valley Roofing & Repair!
