Valley Restoration cleaned out our sub-floor and installed a sump pump/drain. The work was excellent, the crew was always courteous and cleaned up. The price was fair and they came in under estimate. I would highly recommend them.

I appreciate the customer service from this company. While my job was a small matter for them, they treated my HOA with the same consideration and respect of a larger more pressing client. We had had record codes and there were a lot of frozen pipes, which was not my issue but we needed to get some things checked out in our crawlspace. These are the people to call when there is a water leak or damage to your home. They respond quickly to secure the area and find the source of the intrusion. They then assist in securing the help to begin the repair. We have been very satisfied on three occasions.

My crawlspace flooded with 130° water spewing for two days straight. I called Valley restoration in a panic! They came right away, set up humidifiers and blowers and were very attentive to my problem. It’s all fixed now, thankfully! I highly recommend them. Ed would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Hayden and his crew helped us with water damage in our condo at Elkhorn Village. They were fast to the job, thorough and exacting with the repair. We live out of the area and Hayden kept us in the loop on progress stage by stage with texts and photos. From open to show the problem, to problem fixed, then closed up looking brand new. The team at Valley Restoration was extremely helpful and supportive as we worked through a stressful roof leak repair. Some of the sub contractors were slow, but the team at VR kept after them and stayed on schedule. I am grateful. We incurred significant ice dam water leak damage this winter. Hayden & crew came out the day we called and have worked diligently to locate the extent of the damage and repair it with the least amount of intrusion into our daily lives. They kept us informed every step of the way, brought and patiently answered all our questions. We highly recommend them.

Valley Restoration repaired and restored our bathroom and hallway after our water heater caused damage to our floors. The repairs were done quickly and the restoration work made our house look even better than before. Valley Restoration also helped us navigate working with our insurance. We were out of town, fortunately our neighbor noticed water pouring off of our second story in the back of our house. I immediately called Valley Restoration and they were on site within 20 minutes! They found and removed an ice dam, as well as shoveled off the rest of the roof (unexpected, but they said they were already up there, so kind) There was no damage internally thanks to our observant neighbor and Valley Restorations quick actions, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend away. Justin Larson, owner of Valley Maint & Restoration did an incredible job as the contractor for the repairs required as a result of an ice dam at my house that caused $20K in damage. He & his crew arrived Immediately & did successful mitigation work. They moved furniture & belongings & covered everything in plastic. They cut open the walls, removed the wet insulation, dried everything out & rebuilt & repainted everything perfectly. There was no sign of any damage when they were done. Justin managed all of the subcontractors & cleaned up my house at the end of each workday, so I was able to continue living there during the Construction work. He also handled everything with my insurance company. He also handled everything with my insurance company. At the end, he hired carpet cleaners and a cleaning crew! And offered to help me put all my furniture etc. back where it belonged. Unbelievably awesome job!!!! Thanks Justin and crew!!!!!

They are a family run business, and truly care about their customers! Every employee that works with Valley Restoration goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of in a friendly, and professional manner! This was my first time using Valley Maintenance and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. They went over all options with me, giving me the choice to pick what I felt was best for my household with no pressure to buy the more expensive system.
