Positives: professional quality, on time, hard working, reasonable prices Jared did an amazing job and on our 18 foot ceilings so good in fact that we had him do all the rest of our painting. He knows a lot about paint types and colors and how they work together. He works very hard, does quality work and does not over charge. He takes pride in his work, and it shows.
We also found he is a construction company, and he knows a lot about construction how to do things right and how to solve any construction challenges that come up. If he doesn’t know he will find out. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, and fair and we would go with him again anytime. We are so happy we found him.

So I haven't used this business, but we just bought a house and learned this is the company who did the renovations, and the house looks wonderful. They did a *great* job. But that's not quite why I'm leaving this review.

I called them just now to ask about the flooring they put in (we wanted to know what kind they were so we could care for them properly), and Jared was not only happy to track down that info from the guys who did the floors (it wasn't his company), but to answer other questions I had about the house and tell me all about the work done on it: what the floors looked like before, how they restored the trim, the landscaping work, etc.. Apparently the owners had shared our offer letter with him, so he even knew about us. He just seemed so genuinely caring about his customers, committed to quality, and proud about the work he does. From this phone call alone I know who I would call for renovations down the road. You can't fake that kind of care.

Valinor Construction was hired in Sept 2020 to paint the outside of our house. Not only was the painting done in a timely manner and a beautiful job there were quite a few other jobs Jared and his crew took care of, replacing a door frame, cleaning the gutters, putting on a new screen door, new garage lights and more.They did such a great job we asked them to paint the inside of our house. They moved furniture, took nails out of the walls, did a beautiful job inside also. Put in a new kitchen sink, replaced broken pipes under the house. Everything is cleaned up and taken away with them. We are so grateful for the professionalism, care for the work thats being done and most of all the friendship.

Jared and his crew have completed several projects for me including tearing down and hauling away an old fence and a wooden porch, repairing fascia and gutters on a shed as well as replacing tabs on a roof. In all cases he made sure projects were completed with new trim and paint or whatever was required. He and his crew always did an excellent job and cleaned up the area when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any project!

I would HIGHLY recommend Valinor Construction to anyone. We had a tree fall on our house in the last wind storm and their response time was amazing!!! You can tell they really care about the quality of work they do. They were very professional and courteous.

It was a last minute decision to sell my house, and I only had a week to get it ready and on the market. Valinor construction came to my rescue and fixed my outdoor caulking, washed the mildew and algae off my house, repainted my house, including the secondary color for the trim, fixed my molding that my dog tore up and then repainted that, and repainted my front stairs. Not only did they do this in a week, but they managed to find time during that week when it wasn't raining! Very reliable, very dependable, very trustworthy!! And totally AFFORDABLE!!
