We had a unique and complex problem with our HVAC that the team worked diligently to diagnose and repair. While it was frustrating to be without HVAC for weeks, the team was very responsive in getting parts ordered, applying for warranty coverage, and stopping by frequently to move the repair along.

Only if I knew what was I getting myself into, I would have paid double the price to another company that is legit and professional. The only reason I didn’t write this review 2 years ago because I was busy fixing what these guys installed.

This company has fixed our Prep station for our Pizza three times. The tech that came out has been the same gentleman every time. He is always very respectful, courteous and above all professional. I own a convenience store and my compressor for a walk in cooler stopped working, first I was told that they would fix the old compressor which they weren't able to fix. Didn't want to loose my clientele and decided to buy a new unit from them for 15K with installation. Worked literally two days and started shutting down on its own. For the next two months they kept coming and working on it while it was under the warranty but I still got charged for an insane amount of labor hours. That compressor never worked the way it should've and VA Commercial Repair Solutions was the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

Prompt response. The tech, Ken, was very pleasant and knew just how to fix my problem. Would certainly use again.

John Knew what problem was and fixed it. The first technician didn’t see the root problem. That’s why the tray filled up with water again and shut off the AC.

Virginia Commercial Repair Solutions did an excellent job repairing our refrigerated display case. They had to replace a compressor that was under warranty. We worked with several other commercial repair services in the area and none of them successfully repaired the display case nor did they want to bother with a warranty repair. VCRS gave us a reasonable estimate up front, the repairman came on time, he was pleasant and efficient. The case has been working beautifully ever since! I highly recommend VCRS for all of your commercial repairs!

They work on my food pantry commercial freezer. The tech was very good and well mannered. I will have them to do more work here at the church.

When they first came out, they didn't find a problem. The next day, we recorded what was happening with the convection oven and they came back out. They were then able to determine the problem. The parts were ordered and the repair was scheduled. They called me to move the appointment up because of a cancelation. Awesome! I have been pleased with their attentiveness. This was my first experience with VA Commercial Repair.

We have used their services in the past. Most recent one they provided the service was for a specific issue we had for condensation dripping from the walk- in freezer unit piping. Spent $800 and all we got was tech coming to fill up the unit with more refrigerant. Issue still remains. Finally had to call another tech company to take care of the issue. Disappointed in the quality of service against the price we pay.

Chuck and his team are top notch. They are professional, prompt and respectful of your time and workplace. We had two new systems installed, the building re-zoned and new thermostats were added. Everything works flawlessly. Highly recommend VA Commercial Repair!

This is the first time I have used VA Commercial Repair Solutions. The service repair person was professional and took the time to explain what was wrong with the oven. The next time I need something repaired, I will be call them again.

I called on Wednesday for ice machine cleaning for the hotel I work at. They said somebody would come out Friday. I call them Friday because it's in the afternoon and I haven't heard anything. They first told me there were two call outs so my service appointment was cancelled. Nobody called to tell me. Then after a few minutes she realizes that I'm not with the company she thought I was with. So I'm like good so you didn't cancel my appointment. She tells me I'm scheduled for Sept 20, next week. What a bunch of amateurs that seem to have no idea what they are doing. I'm glad they didn't touch my equipment but of course now I'm screwed for a busy football weekend. 1st job: Great service installing a utility pole. Far exceeded expectations in terms of quality of work, handling unforeseen circumstances, and professionalism. 2nd job: Another job well done. Far exceeding expectations. Chuck is a man of true integrity. He informed me up front of how the code differed from my specification for the project, but then he did not charge me any extra for my not knowing the code and the expanded scope of the project.

Chuck and his employees are very professional. They repaired a leaking water pipe on our water heater very quickly, do excellent work at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for services they offer.
