I have been in Property Management for 14 + years and have worked with a ton of roofers until a tenant referred UV/Vlad to me. Like most, my track record with the big roofing outfits isn't great. He very affordable, and his bottom line is quality work and if down the road you need to get it replaced you know he will do it right and will be available after if anything ever needs to be fixed or looked at. I have never written a review for any of my vendors but felt compelled to do so because the dude works hard and the different services, he provides for my clients is unmeasurable.
