Hired Grant Roofing to come and clean out our gutters. They were prompt, rates were good, the crew was courteous and the gutters are clean. I would certainly hire them again.

Our roof and solar project went very well. The crew was friendly and professional. We will use them again in the future, if needed.

Be aware, this company pays customers for 5 star reviews. Sometimes everything goes wrong with a customer, and we were that customer. We hired Grant to seal our gutters, and it took over a month to get it done. I had many phone messages go unreturned. At one point a subcontractor showed up with no instructions from the company (and the wrong size materials).

No complaints about the work. It rained the day after the gutters were sealed, and two leaked because the sealing didn't have 24 hours to set. The next day, the general manager and a roofer came, fixed the leaks, and checked every other seal.

The company more than made it up to us for the hassle.

We had a leak and they came the same day that I called. Gave options on fixing the leak or reroofing. Since we had planned on replacing the roof later this summer, we decided to just do it now. They adjusted their schedule so that they were available the next day to start. They were done with the roof by the end of the week and gutters the next week. Reasonable price.

Our home developed a leak during some wind, and within a day of rain, there was some noticeable water damage to my upstairs bathroom. I called a few places to try and get it fixed the next day and Grant roofing was on it. Quoted me almost the exact amount over the phone as my invoice showed after the repair was completed. The tech was great as well, let me know what the plan was and was done within an hour of arrival. I will 100% use Grant roofing for any future needs, and will be referring them to anyone who needs roof assistance!

My husband and I had our house reroofed by Grant Roofing & Pressure Washing in March of 2025. All the old materials were removed before the new ones went on. What an awesome crew! Our experience from start to finish was top notch. Taylor Grant, the owner, was very responsive, conscientious, polite and hard-working, as were his crew and Megan in the office. Before choosing what options we wanted, Taylor explained them to us in detail and there was no “sell” involved. He clearly wanted us to be versed in roofing materials and for us to have a good experience. We feel that the cost was reasonable considering Grant Roofing used high quality, Class A fire-rated shingles (they offer the highest level of fire resistance) on our roof. The crew left our property picked up at the end of each day. We feel that Grant Roofing is a standout for the job they did and professionalism. Our roof looks just beautiful!

I wish I had before and after photos -but Grant Roofing came out to clean the gutters, pressure wash very nasty mossy patios and most importantly pressure washed my stucco house, I was extremely pleased with the job they did on the stucco, removing all dirt from weeping windows, etc. A++++!

Our roof was extremely covered with cedar tree debris. The workers did an excellent job cleaning the tile roof. They also cleaned up all the debris.

We contacted Grant about issues we had with our roof from a tree that feel on it. We are dealing with insurance and they contacted me right away and set up everything that week to help us. Grant roofing has done great work us multiple times. Two years ago we had our roof replaced, they were very quick but made sure to pay attention to the details. Most recently we had our gutters cleaned and moss treatment applied. They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and took care of the clogged downspout we had. They also made sure to clean any gutter debris from the roof and deck after cleaning them out. If you need any roof work done they are definitely a quality company.

Just had the roof done Sep 30, 2024. Talked to Chris who gave me the estimate. I was happy with the quote and he discussed the product with me. Not only was the price good, but I was extremely happy with the quality of the product. Chris was also very honest. A neighbor had their roof done by a competing company and was told it was mandatory to have an attic fan installed. Not true as long as you have proper ventilation. I told Chris about it and he was honest about it not being necessary. He never tried to sell me something I did not need. Also the roofers were excellent. Very nice, smiling and approachable. They even invited me to join them on the roof which I had to decline. Not an easy job for them.

We did have a couple of minor snafus not related to the roof. But the owner, Taylor, stepped in immediately to help resolve the issues. As a gesture to satisfy that I was completely happy with the job, he even sent someone over to verify my gutters were all cleaned out properly. The roofers did this also, but as I had concerns with one of the gutters being plugged he went above and beyond to make sure everything was good.

When researching roofing companies I preferred one that was not a big company who subcontracts out the work. I do not think I would've gotten the same level of attention with a larger company.

So final verdict, I wholeheartedly would recommend Grant Roofing. I even recommended them to a few of my neighbors that stopped by. The price, quality of product and work, and the friendlyness of all the employees was exceptional.

Grant Roofing just replaced my roof with a 40 year Landmark System and it looks fabulous!. I'm extremely pleased with the professional job they did. I worked with Chris and loved that there was no pressure to make an instant decision. After comparing three different companies I chose Grant Roofing to do the job. They reroofed my home in a day and a half...replaced three sky lights, replaced plywood where needed and left my yard totally cleaned up. I am thrilled with the job Grant Roofing did cleaning my roof and gutters and installing new gutter guards. Not only did they do more work than that offered from another gutter guard company by cleaning the moss off the roof, they did it at 40% of the other company’s estimate.
