Had the best experience with VODD construction. We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom which caused us to have to cut a hole in our downstairs ceiling and we needed drywall repair/texture matching. I’m so thankful we used VODD construction and he’s local to the Battle Ground area, which is amazing! VODD Construction was hired to texture the walls of a new kitchen pantry addition. Vas came to the home the same day I called and was very professional and easy to converse with. He scheduled the job within the week and arrived exactly on time and well prepared. He was very focused on the job and stayed as long as it took to make it perfect. Clean up was thorough and he was very efficient. The texture dried across a day and turned out perfect! VODD is a great business to work with.

Needed help clearing a dryer vent screen on my roof as it was getting late in the day and my guy Vas came to the rescue! Super nice and super helpful, he quickly got the job done and even cleaned my gutters while he was up there.

Vas just finished painting and sheetrock repair in our basement after we suffered water damage due to broken plumbing. He did an outstanding job and it looks good as new. Over the 30+ years we have lived in our beautiful house in the country we have done several major remodeling projects to keep our home current. During those projects we came into contact with a variety of different sub-contractors.
Some were easy to work with but Vas is by far the best sub-contractor I have ever worked with. His communication is outstanding. None of this waiting 24 hours to maybe get a return call which has become all too common these days! He finished our job promptly and truly takes pride in the quality of his work. He and his crew arrived when they said they would every time. We have had other contractors that would arrive when they felt like it thus taking too long to finish. Not with Vas he finished our job sooner than expected.
No doubt I will hire him again if the need should arise. I'm hoping a flooded basement is a once in a lifetime experience!

So others might benefit from our experience I need to share that our homeowners insurance has been with Safeco for most of the years we have been here.
Safeco doesn't get my recommendation at all. They have been horrible to work with. Adjuster never returns calls on a timely basis. We've had to fight them for every dollar. We are not trying to take advantage of them we just want our basement restored to the way it was before the plumbing broke. It's been three months and they are still trying to find any way they can to not pay for full restoration. They have the attitude that all contractors are crooks so they question things that are obvious if they just looked at the pictures they have on file.

They came in and finished sanding and texturing in one day . They cleaned up and were very professional.
Would hire them again.

The project went very smoothly. The boys were talented, fast and clean. Having done sheetrock projects myself, I really appreciate the wonderful results that they achieved with the problem spots they faced. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Vas and his team did an amazing job fixing such a wide variety of things on our home. He framed finished and painted a chimney wall above our mantle, installed a tile backsplash behind our gas stove top, repaired window latches, screens, doors, trim, exterior and interior. They patched, textured and painted ceilings, repaired vinyl flooring, caulked, refinished our front door, patched a leaky flashing around a vent pipe on our roof and so much more. Vos and his crew came in and installed our insulation and drywall for our bathroom addition. They were very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. He also worked with us on cost to fit the work into our budget. When we were ready for tile, he recommended an installer who came in and also got the job done quickly. All around great team, we’ll be using them for work in our other bathroom when ready.

There had been an undetected leak that he was able to find, fix, repair floor joists, install flooring, put everything back together, painted and did a great job all the way. His crew is polite and they left the workspace clean.

I had a Small repair job that I needed done. Vas did a great job and it looks brand new. My facia board came off my cabinet and I had surface damage to the face of my cabinet doors. He re-installed the facia board and repaired the damage on my doors. He is professional courteous, knowledgeable and skilled at his trade.
