Recently had a downslope wind event that took off a lot of our shingles. Called the insurance company as well as Utah Roof Consulting and I will say I really couldn't have been more pleased with both. ANDREW from URC came out and inspected the damage and despite me having a good understanding of the process he still took the time to make sure to set the correct expectations.
The pending winter weather also had me worried and he and his crew were able to put all my concerns at ease.
They were efficient, professional, courteous and made our house look absolutely amazing.

Andrew had a good plan to repair my remote cabin metal roof. I saw my cabin yesterday for the first time since the repair. I’m totally happy with his crews’ work. The gable trim he added gives it a more ‘finished’ look, and will help it stand up to the harsh winter conditions in the mountains. Also happy with their thorough clean up . These guys are great. Andrew’s team helped me work through a rather long claims process with insurance and got a settlement allowing me to replace rather than patch my roof. Once started, his crew had me done in two days!

We originally contacted Legacy Roofing to talk about roof repair and they refused to replace missing shingles and slammed us with a whopping $17k estimate for full roof replacement. The Legacy salesman told us the majority of the plywood under the shingles would need replacing.

Utah Roof Consulting LLC came out and said the same thing, the roof would need full replacement in the next few years, but they quoted us less and got the job done in a fraction of the time Legacy had promised us the job would take. All in all only two sheets of plywood had water damage and required replacement.

I know how much I rely on reviews so I had to share how great they are. Andrew and his company did an amazing job. I was so surprised at how quickly they responded with every question I had, got me a bid and with getting materials. I didn't know what color I wanted and he advised me on some options and it looks amazing. They installed it all in one day. He was very reasonably priced compared to other bids I had received. My roof was not an insurance claim, but something that was needed before a problem came. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.

Our roof was blown off during a windstorm this last year. Andrew got the job done fast and made sure we were taken care of. We were knew to using insurance and he dealt with a lot of claims stuff and made calls that I’m sure wasn’t part of his job description, but he did it anyway to make sure we were taken care of. He was also patient and understanding throughout the entire process and the guys working with him are professional and good at their job. Definitely a great experience from a not so great situation!

The company is truly a God sent. A windstorm damaged my roof in January. Andrew Burton showed up inspected the roof and proceeded to help me navigate the insurance company. Our roof was damaged in a wind storm and I called Andrew for advice. He personally came out to inspect our roof, explained the insurance process to us and helped us step by step. He set realistic expectations on what will happen with the insurance and then with his help and our insurance the we exceeded!! Andrew warned us we may only get half our roof replaced through the insurance but we were able to get the whole thing covered! When it came time to install his crew was so friendly and respectful!!
