An amazing company to work with, our roof was done in two days and it looks amazing. Nate was great and made sure everything looked great and Ryan explained everything in great detail to us. Again. They are amazing and it's been such a good experience working with them!

These guys were amazing to work with! Starting with our sales rep Dave, to Drew who went over everything with us, then all the way to the crew! It was quick and painless. They were very upfront with their timelines and processes. They got our roof finished in less than 12 hours, their team killed it! They did a great job cleaning up after they finished and left as well. 1000/10 would recommend Legacy Roofing for your roofing needs! Our house honestly looks 20 years younger!

After 8 years a single ridge cap blew off and Jesse and Andreas were out the next day and repaired it no questions asked. These guys mean business highly recommend.

I highly recommend Legacy. Every touch point in their installing a new metal roof for me was A plus plus. I did have a miner leak after the roof was installed and Jesse, the general manager, came up promptly and decided he was not happy with the way a small section of the roof was installed so he brought in a team to redo it. This was done without any prodding from me. So it is clear they care about the quality of their work and reputation. One cannot ask for any more than that

Legacy roofing did my roof and the result is great I'm not complaining about the work at all. However, we had an area of the roof that leaked which is what prompted getting a new roof. They built into our estimate what it would cost to fix that and then we paid with a debit card 50% down to get the roof done. So we didn't take out loans, we didn't finance it was essentially cash. While the roof was getting done the workers backed into my house and destroyed my siding, and ran over a flower garden and destroyed all the plants. We were assured that they would fix our siding and I wasn't super worried about the garden. The problems came after. First, we could not get them to send us a final invoice. I don't like owing people money and we had the cash in our bank account and I just wanted to pay it. we had to harass them two to three times a week before they sent us the final invoice about 6 weeks later. We paid it immediately within 24 hours. And then like 3 months later, out of nowhere, we got another bill for like 1800 bucks. It was to fix the roof where it was leaking even though that was already built into the estimate. My husband was going to take care of it, but he has a job that takes him out of town, and he was hard to get a hold of. They at no point attempted to call me and they sent it to collections. I of course paid that. And they never fixed the siding on my house. They also never sent us the warranty information. So beware.

Got a roof replaced by Legacy Roofing four years ago and they did an awesome job. Recently after four years, we had a soffit that was popped out. We didn’t know who to call. We called Legacy Roofing and they came out for free and fix the soffit for us. Can’t say enough about that kind of customer service. We highly recommend for our roof we still love and appreciate the continued service.

We had a very good experience with our Legacy Roofing crew. They were on time and worked very efficiently. The found the issues that were causing our roof to leak. I was nervous and wanted to make sure the cause of the leak was fixed. As I watched the crew work, I could see their attention to detail on the flashing and under layment. I jesse come by today and give me an inspection on a 3 year old roof I has some concerns with. He showed up early, was super friendly and knowledgeable. And gave me a detailed inspection, I hope to work with them again in the future.

I would have shared this review earlier but didn’t want to damage the reputation of the business. I was looking at putting solar panels on my roof so contacted several contractors for bids, one of which was Legacy Roofing. When I spoke to the individual on the phone I told him my roof was in pretty good shape but we were looking at installing solar panels. He asked if we had insurance and if there was any wind damage. I replied we did have insurance but to my knowledge no wind damage. He said they were pretty good at getting insurance claims through. After inspecting the roof he showed me a picture of a bent over/ creased shingle and said by submitting a claim he thought he could get insurance to replace the roof. I said I didn’t think the roof was bad but he said he thought insurance would replace it. I gave him the information to file a claim which he did and naturally it was denied. Now as I try to get a cheaper rate on my home insurance, the insurance company tells me they won’t insure me because a claim was filed even though nothing was paid out! Funny thing is I had an inspector and two other roofing companies inspect my roof for a bid and none of them found this damaged shingle. I think the Legacy estimator bent the shingle so he could get a roofing job- don’t trust them a bit!

I was able to get a same day appointment for an estimate. I got a text notification for my appointment indicating who would be showing up with a picture. Jesse took the time to explain my options in a way that I could understand. Overall very knowledgeable, friendly, and great communication.

Had a leak come through. Reached out to Josh and Jesse get out to my house very quickly. Found the leaks and got them fixed. Very impressed with these guys and incredibly happy!

Really good experience working with both Ryan's on surveying and scheduling the roof. Once set, the material and roofers were here as scheduled. We had great weather and they were able to complete the job in the time specified. The roofers were friendly and courteous and deserve my thanks for obliging the DirectTV serviceman in re-installing the Dish Antenna on the roof. Ryan Howard made his visit to hear any concerns and address them, which were only a couple, and nothing major that doesn't require any fix's. The office ladies were very pleasant to address any questions I had about payment. Like I said, pleasant experience and very professional people to work with. I would recommend them. Roof looks great.

I had an initial communication breakdown with Legacy but they worked to get it straightened out and I am perfectly happy with the result.

Jadin and Ryan were very professional and helpful. The three workers that did our roof did an outstanding job. They also cleaned up 100% every day. Will recommend them!

They get 1 star only because in the end the roof looks great. Everything in between the Estimators and the finished product was a nightmare.
They promised to take extra care of my gutters which were a year old, and they did not. All of them are scratched and dented to where they look horrible. They did replace one by the front door because it was so bad, but when I asked the guys what happened, they gave me attitude. Hammers, rolls of nails, heavy metal scrappers would fall from the roof constantly. I was told it was the pitch and it was difficult.
Our 2 year old trailer was on the side of the house, I was told it was far enough away, that it would be fine. It was covered with a tarp. We noticed a hole in the tarp and of course it was dented by the carelessness of the contractors.
They said the replaced 18 sheets of plywood. Did they? I never saw 18 sheets and said they send pictures at the end. So I am suppose to count 18 sheets from pictures which a lot of the pictures are from the same area. I deal with contractors all the time for my job and NONE of them tell you of a problem after the fact. They needed to explain the situation and even show me what was going on, but they didn't. No communication what so ever unless I asked.
They would leave at lunch time and not return until 7pm at night because of the heat, so they say, but nothing was ever explained to me.
I was assured it would take 2 days, it took 5 days.
Legacy came and ruined my new trailer and new gutters. Did not communicate, and in the end I owed even more money. Nothing was done on their part for the stuff they dented except one short piece of gutter.
I was excited to have Legacy, they weren't the cheapest but thought they would do what they said, they did not, they did not take the time to do what they said they would do. Do yourself a favor and do not go with them.

Legacy Roofing did a great job on the roof. I'm disappointed that my gutter got cracked and it took them several weeks to get back to looking at it. They did a poor job at trying to seal the cracked guttar instead of replacing it for me. I paid $21k for a relatively small roof and they wanted me to pay for the $30 gutter part that they broke. I'm just going to fix it myself at this point.

I think Legacy Roofing was stellar in their beginning years, but now it seems like they are too big to be able to take care of their customers. I will recommend that other people go to a smaller roofing company that appreciates their customers more.

I had them come out and give me an estimate for 30ft of gutter install and they quoted me $1100! They said they charged $500 just to show up. Ridiculous! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of people. I’ve had 2 estimates done by different companies and both of them were under $400. Shame!

We had our roof replaced by Legacy a few years ago. We really appreciate their ongoing friendly support as well as the careful quality job they did in the first place!

Had a severely leaking swamp cooler that was spilling water down the bartile roof and onto the gutter. I thought I needed an estimate to remove the cooler. Jesse of Legacy Roofing was kind enough to stop by, inspect, find the copper water valve to turn off the cooler and stop the spillage. He then recommended leaving the swamp cooler as is, deactivated. And…he charged me NOTHING for his time! Jesse, you are awesome and customer focused ! Highly recommend using Legacy Roofing!!!

Legacy Roofing did an incredible job with my roof which was complicated because it connects to other townhouse roofs. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I highly recommend them. They also have an excellent warranty.

The best roofing company I've ever used with, and I've used a few. From the sales process to the actual install, they were extremely great. Josh, Andreas, and Jordan were all great communicators and very efficient. The entire roof was installed in 2-3 days. The crew who installed cleaned up really well. Our Legacy Roofing Experience/ Review

Back in 2020, me and my wife filed an insurance claim for wind damage to get our roof replaced. The claim got denied as most insurance considers roof as wear and tear. The first company we called was Legacy Roofing, and Derek B. was very straight forward, did his inspection and gave us an estimate. However, we didn’t have the money back then. So we had to hold off this project.
Fast forward to 2024. Beginning of February, a roofing company was driving around our neighborhood. Their main focus was to file a claim with the insurance company tight away. The representative did a very quick inspection and already claimed that our shingles weren’t manufactured anymore. He pushed us to get the claim filed. However, our roof was getting close to 30 years old. We did not file for a claim.
Instead, I called Legacy Roofing at the beginning of April. This time, the Estimator was Jadin B.
From start to finish of just this one conversation, I was already sold and committed. Jadin was very understanding, presented me with his inspections and findings, and gave us assurance that our roof will be done in a right way and we wouldn’t need to worry about it for the next decades thanks to their backed up warranties.
We didn’t really pull the trigger into the end of April due to other obligations first. But when we did, everything was lining up as they should be. Andreas was the next person I dealt with from PreConstruction all the way to the end. Andreas was very accommodating to our schedule, kept us updated of new information and when the projected start date would take place.
We cleared the driveway to the crew to arrive to place the dumpster and their materials. They showed up bright and early the next day, and the demolition began. They covered the siding of our homes, and made sure our personal items were out of the way which I very much appreciated. Day 1 was demolition; Day 2 was the installation and pickup of their materials.

We would express our gratitude to Legacy Roofing and the team who made a smooth transition. Now we can live comfortably knowing our roof was done the first right way. Thank you very very much, Legacy Roofing. You guys rock!!!

Horrible experience with Legacy. Most expensive by far and kept adding costs along the process. Unresponsive and terrible communication. Quick to take your money, but slow to get on the schedule which I had to pull teeth to even get an estimated job date and it moved 3 times. The job took a full week and they left their dumpster over the following weekend (after the job was completed). Time will tell if the work completed was good, but honestly using Legacy was a massive regret, would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I need a new roof and contacted five different companies to provide cost estimates. Derek Burris was the estimator who came from Legacy Roofing. He showed up exactly on time and I was soon impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the technical aspects of what would be required and how the work would be performed. I could tell that he had spent some time actually doing roofing work and was not just a "desk jockey."

As I began to receive proposals from the vendors, Derek's was the one most tailored for the customer's understanding; it had minimal industry jargon, codes or abbreviations and included everything that we had discussed during his visit. That indicated that he really listened, observed and processed the scope of work.

I also really appreciated how Derek's detailed proposal was itemized, with line item numbers, item names, quantity, unit price, taxable status and sub-totals. As someone who has worked in contracting myself, I find that is the most transparent way to evaluate the individual elements included, and how the costs for a project are derived.

Derek was also quick to thoroughly respond to my questions and found ways to keep costs as low as possible, which I very much appreciated -- he is thorough, personable and great asset to his company. Legacy Roofing didn't offer the lowest cost proposal, but it may prove to be the best value. Could only rate four stars because they haven't done any work as of this writing.

Legacy Roofing took great care of us! Went above and beyond. Confirmed the source of our roof leak, checked out related attic issues, looked at our entire roof, took lots of "before and after" photos for us, answered all our questions, and patiently explained everything to us. Then repaired it to our satisfaction. Two months later, a bad windstorm blew off a couple of our shingles. Legacy came out and looked at it; then replaced them with our leftover shingles at no charge. Highly recommend them.

The owner Josh is an outstanding guy. He has his priorities straight when it comes to his customers and his employees and has what it takes to be a company that I want to do business with. Wonderful work.

Overall a positive experience. We ran into some delays through the scheduling process but Andreas and team did a great job getting the project back on track and the crew did exceptional work.

So impressed with the process and quality and timelines of Legacy Roofing. My roof is beautiful and l had it ripped off and completed in two days. Obviously construction takes time in the winter but once our time had come we were very impressed. I would recommend 100x over.

Sadly I have to write this negative review on a 4.9 stars business. The talk with Ryan was smooth and he went through everything with me pretty detail, literally the best part of the whole business, and that's is all. Because once Ryan's part done, we got left in the dark. They supposed to work on my house the beginning of November. But work had to postpone because according to the customer service, they got push back due to weather in Park City. Ok no issue. The issue is, not a single phone call, not any update until I have to reach out to them at the end of November. Whatever December came, it was 6am, I woke up one day from the loud banging noise on the roof and people talking right outside my window (room is on 2nd level) imagine me look out my window half asleep and didn't expect to see like 5 men, also looking at me thru my window. And yup that was the people from legacy roofing. Showed up unexpectedly, again, not a single message. I texted Ryan annoyingly. He apologized and said "Wow, I am really sorry to hear this. I am copying this to your profile and pinging the general manager and owner of the company." Finally, the work is done. Unfortunately they had to comeback later to fix something. Again, show up unexpectedly with no plan no heads up. Whatever bc it just 1 day thing. Finally done? No. Andreas, the person that supposed to be my "customer service" FINALLY reached out to me this time saying he will stop by for an inspection. Then we tryna make schedule (FINALLY) for them to comeback again for some small works. That was done a week ago. And again omg.. today I was just playing in the living room then heard the noise on the roof. I went out to see and just saw a man climbing down from my roof, again, unexpectedly, and both of us was confused

I have worked with this company numerous times, and every single time they install the most professional and quality roof. I get the most professional service before and after the install. I recommend them to all my clients and use them for all of my roofing needs. I personally know the owner and several employees. They all strive for excellence!

One of your trucks with a dump trailer driving down i15 with a bunch of garbage flying out. Plastic covered my windshield on my semi and almost made me wreck. Redhead kid was driving. Teach your employees how to secure their loads before putting them behind a wheel. Would never use you guys just for lack of training.

Very professional and pay attention to the smallest details. Mine was a complete replacement with having to remove and reinstall all of my solar panels heat cable and leaf guards Highly recommended Derrik did an excellent job estimating my needs and cost and made it a flawless easy process. I had an assessment done of our roof from Legacy. Jesse was very professional, prompt, and no pressure. He took me on the roof to show me what problem spots looked/felt like. As a new homeowner, I really valued this experience. Jesse was great at explaining what price range for roofing was red flags and included prices below his own. I appreciate the honest and no pressure experience I had with Legacy. When we are ready to replace our roof, I will most probably reach out to them.

We recently had our roof replaced with Legacy Roofing and we did not have a good experience with the company.

The sales person first came out and bid way below other companies. When he came out for the second time, the bid was increased to reflect the extra OSB decking needed. In the end, they charged us $1000 more than the final bid, after giving us an $500 discount.

What frustrated us was: 1) we were told that even if they had to charge more on the wood, it would only be 5 or 6 more sheets than what’s priced in (27 sheets). Well, it ended up with 20 more! The sales person assured us that 5 or 6 sheets more was his best guess, after doing this for more than four years. 2) They told us in the event of extra wood needed, they’d show us the pictures of the bad wood that need to be replaced and let us know in advance. Well, there was no communications throughout the construction as the crew does not speak English, and nobody from the company contacted us. Zero customer service.

Lessons learned for “underbid-overcharge”:
- Try to keep a written record of their estimate on the wood usage. Legacy roofing blamed the underestimate of wood due to miscommunication. If they had not be so “sure” about their estimate, we’d not have gone with them.
- Check the contract for wordings on how they would handle the cases of extra wood usage. It’s always better to have the company communicate any extra surcharges BEFORE the project finishes.

We would not recommend Legacy Roofing (Clearfield) to anyone or use them again.

Jadin came out and talked me through what I needed and was soo informative! Was not a pushy salesman just knowledgeable on what I needed and suggested different ways to do things! I’ll be booking with them asap!

I had taken some advise from a family member to use these guys and work with Rachel. This was a huge mistake and I wish I had gone with literally anyone else in the valley.

Poor quality - Company installed a ugly flashing about 4 inches high without supplying any pictures how this would look. Making huge sloppy cuts into my siding. When confronted about this poor communication they said "well you were going to need to paint and redo the house siding".

The guys also stepped through some thin wood on my back porch and made a huge hole on the underside. The rep came out and said "we will fix this". The rep I was working passed away during this time and they never came through to fix what he agreed to . Even after I talked to a more senior person there.

Poor value - Roof is holding up well but now I have cuts into my house siding and framing that I have to fix. Tons of extra work on my hands.

Not professional - We got the B/ C string set of workers who left trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Cursed around our open windows with kids home. I found so many nails I had to invest in a giant magnet so my families feet didn't get cut up.

Not on time - Team would show up late and stay late well into us sitting down for dinner and getting kids to bed.

Ryan came & gave me a thorough explanation on redoing both the house & garage roofs. Shawnee came and made sure I understood what was going to be done before & after. The crew did an excellent job, in the time line promised. Thanks for an excellent product.

We just had our roof replaced by Legacy Roofing. They did a fantastic job and worked steadily for two days. TWO DAYS was all it took to get our new roof. First, they sent Josh Lee, an estimator to check out our roof and give us a quote of how much it would cost. Then put us on their schedule which was 3 weeks out. They started the job on a Wednesday and finished the next day. They cleaned everything up so well you'd hardly know they were even here, except for the look of the new roof!! We happily recommend them to all our friends.

I had a major leak in roof that eventually collapsed part of my kitchen ceiling. I found my swamp cooler at fault and suspected seal failure on the cooler. But I called roofer immediately (Legacy based on previous reviews) and they said would be out the same day! At least for a roof inspection. Jesse came out, inspected underside of roof (now visible from in kitchen), then inspected top of roof and around swamp cooler. He confirmed seal issues and told me to reseal all areas and pipes, and that that should resolve leak issues. Said current roof looked good, no need to repair.
I thanked him and offered to pay for his time. He turned me down flat! Awesome gentleman and company. I will definitely be using Legacy on my next roofing job. Highly recommend to all.

We had Legacy install my wind and hail damaged roof last year. Rob took care of submitting the claim to my insurance company and everything. He coordinated the entire process. The installation was on time, quick and thorough. They were careful with my yard and cleaned up when they were finished including a magnet to pick up any loose nails that fell to the ground. I think the installation was only 2 - 3 days. Highly recommend!

I typically don't submit reviews but I felt compelled to after my superb experience with Legacy Roofing and Jesse. I noticed some leaking from my second story light fixture after a thunderstorm so I reached out to Legacy Roofing. The friendly staff promptly scheduled a free consultation that same week. Jesse came over and almost immediately noticed the problem and fixed it all within half an hour, it was such a quick fix that he did it free of charge. The entire process was friendly and honest, which is huge these days as many companies subcontract out their workers with little regard to their quality of work and integrity.
