Our siding got damaged in a storm. They came out the next day promptly and fixed it in 15 min. It was quick and professional. I would use them again.

New roof, siding and insulation. The real contractor test for me is how they deal with minor corrections & adjustments, and when I found just a few attic spots with not quite enough blown-in insulation and mentioned it, they came back promptly, no questions asked, and there is 100% good coverage now. I would use these guys again; very responsive.

Michael and his team replaced our roof, gutters, siding soffits and fascia. They also helped us fasten shutters into brick at a separate house. The crew was respectful and friendly. I had vinyl siding and gutters installed by UR Covered. Before deciding on vinyl siding, I had considered just having my home scraped and repainted. But, after doing much research with my daughter, I was convinced that I'd be much happier with the siding.

I had a few companies come out, but all of them were quoting me outrageous prices and trying to upsell me on services I quite frankly didn't need and/or want. After much frustration and prayer, my daughter decided to go on Thumbtack to search for up and coming companies and UR Covered was one of the top companies listed. Immediately, she told me she knew this was the company I should go with. She told me she believed they would be the answer to my prayers, saying she knew just by the name, God was telling me He has me covered.

When Michael came out, he was honest and straight forward. He wasn't like the other companies, who were all pushy, and simply just trying to make a sell. He took the time to listen to my concerns and ultimately left the decision 100% up to me. Even when it came time to give him the deposit, he told me if there was anything I was worried about, or didn't feel comfortable moving forward, I could change my mind and he would walk away. That's rare, especially when a person is holding a check in their hands!

My home was built in the 1930's so I was concerned about losing some of it's original character, but Michael and his partner Will assured me I would love the finished product. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, why they were going to do it, and even took my opinions into consideration including them into the finished look.

I'm very pleased with the overall job and have gotten several compliments on their work. I will be using them again in the future for my roof installation.

Will and Michael did a great job with the roof. They were great about checking in to ensure the job met my needs and were very informative when I had questions. Michael and team did an excellent job replacing siding on the back of my house that had been storm damaged. He gave me a very fair quote (I had gotten quotes from several other places) and even found some additional cost-saving measures on the less damaged sides of the house. The work was quick and looked great. Would definitely use them again!

We purchased a home that had existing gutters in very very bad shape. We were in the market and shopping around for rates on affordable gutter replacement companies. Out of four companies we contacted within our area only Ur Covered roofing followed up with their free onsite estimate. The other companies either didn't respond, barely seemed interested at all or wanted pictures to get a rate instead of a face to face on site estimate. The UR covered representative stayed in contact and was on time and very professional. He did not try to upsell us and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and within our budget. We were very pleased with the installation and financing available.

Great company and I would highly recommend! We have a HOA with several units. We are required by the HOA to get several quotes for any repairs. Will came out to give us a quote for our roof repairs. Before we received the quote, after speaking to Will, I knew this is who I wanted to do the repairs. He was knowledgeable offered several options and was very reasonable. Will kept me in the loop throughout the process. I am very happy with the work. I am looking forward to working with them again as I have other projects in the queue. It's nice to have someone you can trust that does quality work.

Mike Moses was my choice of several contractors. Mike is an honest guy who displayed knowledge of the latest technical aspects of roofing materials and techniques. Moreover, the crew was meticulous....Even in the cleanup.

Michael helped us with our new home. He made the changes we wanted that even the builder couldn’t do. He customized Cabinets, dry walled, painted, repaired tile work, Hung shelves. Added wood panels to our mud room. He was professional, good follow up and always looked for the best solution to our request. He was a pleasure to work with.

Got 4 different quotes and they came at least 1.5k under everyone else while offering very comparable warranty. Inspected the roof after and nails were sealed and everything seemed done right. Were quick to get the job done

Fantastic workmanship paining a large, complex gazebo. They replaced the bad wood around the screened windows, fixed the roof, repaired gutters, and cleaned up everything. Absolutely a fantastic job with a can-do attitude. Glad to show you what they did.

I needed repairs on my roof due to two other roofers really messed my roof up. My shingles was falling off and everything. This company really helped me out with fast service and affordable cost to redo the south side
of my house. I am really pleased with my whole experience with them. I will be calling them again soon to redo the rest of my roof and other repairs.

Selecting a roofing company is challenging at best. I got three bids through the Thumbtack app. They all came out and pitched me. So why did I pick these guys?
Young, hungry, responsive and local. These guys live in Brentwood. That was important to me. Lots of small roofers come from other places - make some money and leave. Not this company. They weren’t slick and that’s a good thing! The owners came out to bid, not a professional sales person. I have nothing against big companies other then I don’t want to pay their overhead and layers of management. It’s a roof not heart surgery.
They did things other companies didn’t talk about.
They covered my landscaping with plywood to make sure our flowers were protected. They knew that there would be shingle debris in the gutters and took care of it. I had one very small area that could have been a leak. They came back immediately to take a look and addressed our concerns.
I am realizing that this is a long review - sorry. Bottom line; they were the most competitive bid I got. They finished the whole job in one day. They were focused on our concerns.
I’ll always go for the new company, the small company. Our job mattered to them. Give these guys a shot.

We can’t say enough about Michael and Will’s patience throughout our entire project. We interviewed several contractors for a roof replacement and ultimately went with UrCovered because they were personable, reasonably priced and very responsive. We were so satisfied with the results, that we then hired their team to re-side a section of the house (board and batten photos attached) and repaint the rest of the house. They were extremely patient with us while we went back and forth about what we wanted. The paint quality is top notch, brand new gutters all around, and we love the way our cedar columns came out. We would recommend UrCovered Roofing, Will and Michael to any of our friends or family in the middle Tennessee area.

We were in need of having some wood siding installed after converting our garage into a second master suite. After searching Thumbtack and putting in a request Michael with UrCovered was quick to respond. He came out the next day to give me a quote which was very reasonable. The next day he was able to have a crew come out to help me get this project closer to completion.

Michael and his crew were on time, polite and professional. The job was completed in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after themselves and left the driveway in an orderly fashion (all the other various tradesmen we’ve hired for this project have left all of their trash so this was a refreshing change). His company also does roofs and I know we will be needing one in the near future and I will be calling him when that time comes! Definitely give them a call, you will not regret it!
