They really have restored my faith in builders….in this crazy time of Nashville growth. They’re also very family oriented, and work hard to make sure everything is of great quality. They showed up the day after the tornado hit to tarp the roof and when they repaired the roof and reshingled it, it was all done in one day.

Brandi and her team were amazing from start to finish. She had helped repair a leak in my roof but upon further inspection she realized we should get the insurance company involved, as there was additional damage to many shingles on the roof. She was incredible dealing with the insurance company and went above and beyond to make sure I got a new roof, and it was installed the right way this time - bringing everything up to code and working with the insurance people to get supplemental funds for this. They always arrived when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and my house looks amazing. So relieved to know that the work was done the right way and I won’t have to worry about it again. From the moment I contacted Brandi, she has gone above and beyond, exceeding our expectations!! For our roof replacement, she worked with our insurance company to ensure additional items were added to the claim and even went back to them regarding our back building that was originally missed. Brandi and her crew done an exceptional job on our roof and we could not be more pleased! Our roof is absolutely beautiful!
Once the roof was done we knew we had to replace the gutters and paint the exterior facia and soffit. We had them replace the gutters and added gutter guards. They did a fantastic job on our gutters! After considering having the exterior painted, we found out it would have been more expensive than originally thought, we could have it all covered in aluminum facia and soffit, no maintenance! Once the facia and soffit were complete, the finishing touches were to add decorative woodwork on our front gable, which Jason handmade from a picture I found online. Jason and Brandi spent a Saturday painting the gable woodwork and our porch columns to match then added board and batten shutters. The exterior of our home is now absolutely beautiful!! I am so thankful that I was referred to contact Brandi about our roof and never dreamed we would be able to have all of the additional work completed within our very small budget! What can we say about such a remarkable company? Brandi and her crew treat you like family. She has roofed three homes for us and she continually made us feel safe and comfortable with her work. Our current home developed a leak and Brandi found problems that the home inspector missed. Needless to say, she also worked with our insurance company making it possible to replace our entire roof. I cannot say enough good things about this company and everyone in it! They care so much, guide you through the process, and are always there when you need them. We had no clue what to do when our home filled with water from the roof near our fireplace, destroying a wall, doors, floors, and more. Storms had come through multiple times with lots of damage. Brandi to the rescue, she helped us with insurance, new roof, repairs, and keeping us informed. We had no clue how to go about it all and she was priceless in the process. The roof MADE the home and the quality of material and work was incredible. 10/10 always will recommend Southern Style. Don't know what we would have done without them!
