We had the best experience with Upstate Investing, LLC. The Builder is very honest, dependable, great communication, professional and knowledgeable. It was a joy doing business with him and we are very thankful that People like that still exist that will go out of their way to help, even if they don’t gain anything from it.

I had a major pipe leak in my house and they were able to fit me in during the holidays. I can attest that they are very concerned about making sure every detail is complete and I will definitely be using them to finish my remodel.

Aleks and Vitaly were amazing to work with. Professional, accommodating, and friendly. We have a smaller, 1400 sq ft condo-style home that needed some renovations. They changed our carpets, the front door was replaced, painted the interior, replaced cabinets, new counter tops/backsplash in our kitchen and master bathroom. They also put in beautiful vinyl flooring in both upstairs bathrooms. They even installed a tv mount for the niche above our fireplace, which was a last minute request and installed new kitchen appliances.

Landscaping was also provided and they got rid of dying bushes and some other vegetation that had overgrown. Cleaned up our yard.

We plan to sell our home in the near future and are grateful for their help and expertise. Our home value undoubtedly increased and we will definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone else!

Aleks was very professional & courteous during the remodel of a home I purchased. He was always on time and & very responsive when I'd call or have questions during the process. This was approximately an 8 month remodel & once it was completed the home was immaculate!!! Referring Aleks is a no-brainer. Hoping to use him again soon.

Aleks has done three renovations for us, the master bath, guest bath and the kitchen. The kitchen was the most complex requiring a complete demo, wall removal, major electrical changes and additions for our 1970s home. Aleks finished on time and in budget, we would definitely work with him again.
