AVOID AVOID AVOID This company deserves no business. I made my first insurance claim after 13 years with this company, it took forever to get them to agree with anything. The entire time the claim was open they just tried to screw me over every chance they could. Jim Barrett was an absolute terrible claims rep to work with as well as Heartland Adjustments. Save yourself the headache and use a different company.

If I could have given ZERO stars I would've. Subpar, lousy coverage, always passing the ball to someone else in the office. I canceled a policy with them on June 29th only to be told it was done on the 30th. In the meantime they debited a $101.00 on the 29th out of my account to then send me back a refund check for $88 two weeks later, with a lame explanation for how my premium was broken down. I said we'll if I would've stopped the auto debit from coming out before the 29th would i need to send you a check for $13? Total silence on the end of the phone... Just another reason why insurance companies are nothing but a legalized form of extortion, and have all gained a terrible name with the public! Also Alliance the "umbrella" company for Upland, that has an office here in Smith Center, Ks. has had nothing but problems keeping help, and serving the community with a proper agent. Bottom line is unfortunately nowadays you have to read reviews and do alot of research before you choose any insurance company wether it's a local one, or a huge juggernaut. Also in closing, unfortunately excellent credit scores & an outstanding driving records no longer matter in this modern "rip off" era...Good luck!

Never had a problem here.. They are an awesome bunch of people. My dad had his home insureded here when he died I just stayed with them..BEST CHOICE I MADE.
