Rolling Hills Construction is amazing. After meeting them at the Manhattan Home Show, I knew immediately that I wanted them to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. I am impressed that they are locally owned and veterans, which is important to me. They also work with locally owned businesses.

Their workmanship was exemplary as the workers were perfectionists, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were also problem solvers as our older log home had some unusual issues that needed to be worked through. Austin and Zach guided me through a bedroom and bathroom renovation that quickly got complicated when they discovered extensive termite damage… and more damage… and more damage… They were able to work within my budget, and I ended up with several new external and internal walls as well as a new kitchen. Yall I'm very pleased with the work RHC did on my house. If I could go for a 10 star I sure would. I bought a house and needed some work done. I called several other places and that tried running me through the ringer. Got ahold of RHC and they were respectful, up front with me on everything, and super professional. Earlier this year RHC has rebuild my deck, awesome work. Love my new deck! It’s also prepared for a roof addition in a year. RHC is very understanding of what you want and need! I wrote a review yesterday as to thinking the bid was high for the job. Rolling hills construction contacted me and we talked about the bid. I didn’t realize that if it took less time I would not be billed for what was on the contract. At this time I would give them another chance as they were very understanding when talking to them .

The team as a whole was a delight to work with and patient working with my insurance company. They answered all questions in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with them and will use them again. Highly recommended!

Left unfinished edges. Door was not hung properly. Update crew came back today to fix the problem. there is still a gap between door and frame daylight can still come in the bottom side of door.

We had a new window installed in a solid south wall of our home--the crew were courteous, professional, highly knowledgeable, and made the work inside and outside our home a nonburden on us. The new window install-not a window replacement-now looks as though it was part of this house from when it was built.

Kim with Rolling Hills Construction sent Cody to my house to evaluate and replace my seamless gutters. He was courteous, friendly and even showed up 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment! It was excellent. He quickly evaluated my old gutters and install the seamless gutters withing an hour. Whenever I have a problem related to construction, I will call R.H.C. first to handle the problem!

I hired Rolling Hills Construction to reset and fix a leaking patio door that was previously “not fixed” by another repair service. They also did drywall repairs throughout my home. It has rained several times and I’m so happy the door has been completely waterproofed and held up. Zach is a really knowledgeable, honest and respectful businessman. He truly cares about customer satisfaction. There was a slight bump but Zach did everything to make sure I was satisfied. My husband and I truly appreciate that. I would recommend this company and I would hire them again.

We were impressed by the two individuals who did the work. They were easy to talk to, did very good work, and really did seem sincere in wanting us to be very pleased with the result. They noticed a couple extra things that needed attention as they did the project and they took care of it. The overall result benefited from this extra attention to detail. The transformation was quite unexpected. Made an old shed look like a nice small house.

When other construction companies said “It can’t be done”....Rolling Hills Construction said “We can do it!”....and they did! They raised the opening of our garage to accommodate my husbands lifted truck. Zach and his team were friendly, professional and kept us in the loop about any unplanned delays or changes. Zach and his crew installed our kitchen cabinets. To say that we are pleased would be huge understatement. They were very professional from the initial quote process all the way through to completion of the project. We will definitely be using them for any future home renovation needs.

Hired to tear out old windows and install replacement windows on residential home. Did an excellent job. Steve and his crews are very professional but yet down to earth and willing to work with you. During window replacement, they accidentally nicked our refrigerator putting a small dent into it; almost un-noticeable. I immediately received a call from them notifying me of the issue and was proposed two solutions. My point is that even it being a minor dent in the refrigerator, the crew was honest and worked to remedy the problem right away without trying to hide anything. This is hard to come by in most contractors. I will be doing business again with Steve and Zach in the future and I will recommend to others in the future. Great job guys, thanks.

Rolling Hills Construction installed three doors (sliding glass door, entry door and garage rollup door). All installation was done with care and attention to detail. Let me tell you...being a veteran, I was especially excited to have these two multi talented, extremely professional young men complete, and oversee multiple tasks on my property. I originally inquired about my roof. I received a response immediately. After rapid deployment of their highly skilled team, I would soon find out that theses two Army veterans were the leaders of a platoon capable of repairing residential and commercial buildings from top to bottom. We had 2 decks rebuilt and a wall repaired when internal damage was discovered and we are so glad we had Rolling Hills Construction on the job! What can I say! I had an issue in my home. called and got a free estimate. Steven came out we talked showed him the issues and immediately he was on the ball working with my insurance company. my family had to be put in temp housing for the repairs. We had a fire that caused some structural damage and put 12 people out of their homes. As everyone knows, it is sometimes hard to find a contractor that can get to your project request within a day with how busy their schedules can get. However, we put in a contact request on their website expressing urgency, got a call within a hour and they scheduled to come see it that afternoon.

While looking over the project I expressed how it was important to us this step was done quickly so we can continue moving to get everyone back in the building. Without hesitation, we were promised they would get us a bid ASAP and hop in the next morning. Within a hour of meeting, as promised, they had the bid sent over and they hit the ground running early the next morning.

Although the electric was off and it was very cold, they kept their word and pushed through. The inspection went wonderfully and they were complimented by the inspector for not only quality of their work but the impressive timeline that they got it handled.

Every person from the very first phone call to schedule was pleasant and wonderful to work with. Businesses like this help you remember that there are people out there who hear you and want to help. We look forward to working with them in the future!

They did a bathroom remodel for me and it was gorgeous. We hit some bumpy roads a few times but they would try and make it right. I’m happy with my bathrooms.

I rarely write reviews for any reason. However, in the case of Rolling Hills Construction an exception is easily justified. They were quite prompt with our communication exchange. On a job that would have cost me thousands of dollars, these guys were able to do for a fraction of that. They did not have to do that and yet they did. I like a business that works with customers to find solutions to their needs. I walk away feeling RHC is that kind of organization.
The job they did for me was not huge but it was important to me. They fitted me in their schedule rather quick. I am currently in Georgia, retired military, so going to JC to look after this issue was not really an option, but thanks to RHC and their professional crew that thought did not even crossed my mind.
I honestly could go on with this review but for one who rarely writes reviews this will have to do. I am one satisfied customer, as if that was not obvious! I would recommend RHC to anyone after this pleasant experience.

I called every fence company around the area and they all told me they would come out and look at my fence and none of them did. But then I was told about rolling hills construction. I called them 2 hours ago and the issue has been fixed. They even went above and beyond and looked at a few other issues and they worked with me to get it fixed. Called and Talked to Steve about checking out a friends roof that had been leaking, he came out same day and had a formal estimate in my email the next morning, at a more then fair rate, after we agreed on price he was on the roof the next day and did a fanatic job, I’m happy to say that so far no leaks and even if it does he warrantied for 2 years.

For the start he has been up front with the numbers and his schedule, he has been honest and professional, will definitely be coming back as soon as we remodel my kitchen!

Zack and Steve did an amazing job. From the moment that I contacted them, they were quick to get out to our house and get the estimate done. Once it was sent to me I was able to read it clearly and understand what they would be doing and what I was being charged for. They were very reasonable and professional. Once they completed the job we got pictures of the finished product (we aren't in the state anymore). It looks absolutely amazing! They did a phenomenal job. They were quick to get the job done as well. We cannot thank them enough for the great job they did! I would recommend them 100%.
