There are particular things I look for in a contractor. They need to be professional, clean, honest, and meet my very HIGH standards of perfectionism when working on my home. He nailed them all.

He even found some things of concern elsewhere and helped us address them professionally, when he didn't have to.

Stephan was a huge help! We communicated via chat. I was panicking due to a water leak and needed help asap on locating my water valve. Yes, I tried finding the information online but I was overwhelmed and needed a step by step on what to do. He was patient! and informative.

We used JCGCD for a couple small projects (Level a gutter and repair a large chain link fence gate). No project is too small for them and we are planning future repairs/remodels soon with them. With a lifetime of experience but being physically limited in my ability to do most construction and repair projects, I’ve been looking for someone who could do the work to my standards without breaking the bank.
