Upkeep Properties assembled a 11 x 14 gazebo in my back yard and did a phenomenal job! The employees are very friendly and hard-working. It was 90+ degrees during the 2 days they were here, but they never complained. They asked questions as they went along to ensure they met all of my expectations. They also assembled an outdoor dining set and set it up under the gazebo. In addition to the gazebo, I had mosquito netting, a privacy curtain, string lights, and a fan! They installed everything with no problems. I highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects.

Charles has done work for me and it was nothing short of near perfect! Very reasonable, high quality and communicates better than any contractor I’ve worked with. I VERY HIGHLY recommend!
