Lucas was incredibly patient and helpful as we navigated the process with our insurance. He was at the house for all 3 adjuster inspections, answered all of our questions and provided details and specifics without being asked. The actual install was fast, efficient and painless. Highly recommend.

I have used Up Armor twice and both times were extremely positive experiences. Lucas Heffner, owner, is very easy to work with, explains the work clearly and then completes the job exactly as quoted. I never have to worry. The roofs are outstanding and they are so careful with the property to NOT damage landscape. Other than the beautiful roof you would never know they had been there once the job is complete. I will def purely use them again!

Had our roof replaced a few weeks ago and hands down, easiest experience I could have ever imagined. They had been out a few times over a years time doing patch jobs on our old roof and never tried to pressure us to purchase a new roof but when we were ready, so were they. Up Armor took all the time needed to explain all aspects of the install.

Up Armor Roofing & Lucas Heffner recently put a new roof on our home & we could not be more pleased. His crew did all of the installation & cleanup while we were on vacation & we came home to a brand new roof with all of the work completed. I recommend Lucas & his company to anyone needing a new roof, especially if you want it done without dragging it out over several days. Lucas was extremely helpful in all aspects of the process from estimates to insurance hassles to install & cleanup. He even sent us pictures of all the progress of the installation while we were on our trip. Five Stars to UP ARMOR ROOFING.

Lucas helped us fix the roof on my grandfather's home before we sold it. There was some storm damage, and he was able to help us with the home insurance company. They had it completed in 1 day, and the crew had everything cleaned up as if they were never there. Highly recommend this veteran owned company!

Up Armor, LLC install a new roof on our house April, 2024.
1) Assistance filing claim with StateFarm.
2) Lucas Hefner was present when StateFarm claims adjuster inspected roof to verify damage.
3) Material delivery to house, Lucas confirmed with us delivery time and location of material placement.
4) In One day=Removed old roof and installed of new roof. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job.

I had the honor of the owner being out at my job, especially since I just met some of the crew loading at Lowe's. The integrity they had, the pride they took in their work and their communication was spot on. Because of that, I had to ask the boss: You're a veteran aren't ya?... Yep. He doesn't ride that train, he shows you he's still holds into his core values Uncle Sam taught him. Thank you for your service brother, as well as your business service. I will never go anywhere else!!

Lucas is awesome! I went through 5 roofers before I found Up Armor Roofing. Lucas was friendly, on time, honest, professional and very responsive. We wanted the highest quality roof so that is why we chose Up Armor Roofing. Lucas was on site for the whole project. He is great with any questions! I would highly recommend Up Armor Roofing!
