This is the second time on the second house we have uses Firehouse and they do a great job and are easy to work witb.

I am very happy that I called firehouse roofing to do a roof inspection after the hailstorm that hit my area on 5/19/25 and heavy winds on the 6/24/25. I left a message at their voice mail and within less that 24 hours the inspector Tyler knocked at my door. Tyler is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and kind. After inspecting the damage caused by the hailstorm, he clearly communicated his findings to my son and I. He told us that our home was in need of a new roof. Tyler offered a couple of suggestions and said that the Firehouse roofing company could replace the roof in a few hours, Tyler did mention how busy they were and calculated that they could schedule my home with in 2 weeks to do the roof replacement. I am delighted with the quality of the work this company has done and the professionalism shown by every single person in the team. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for professionalism, honesty, quality and fair pricing.

I highly recommend Firehouse Roofing because a few years ago we thought we had hail damage on our roof and I called them , they came out and inspected the roof and said I didn't need a new roof at this time . I love finding good tradesmen because they are sometimes hard to come by. Consider Firehouse one of the most excellent roofing companies in the Tulsa area, if not the best. I own a few commercial and residential investment properties throughout the town and I have used them a few times in the past and they have always been responsive and priced me fairly.
Recently, they did a small job for me and there was some miscommunication between Firehouse and my property manager on what the total scope of the job was. When the job was completed, i noticed something wasn't done that I thought was going to be done. Come to find out, my property manager was simply mistaken on thinking that thing should have been done. There was a little bit of miscommunication between both parties but the fault probably more rested on our end. Nonetheless, Firehouse took care of the issue without question and they wouldn't accept our offer to pay them for it either.
They do business exactly how I would do business and they have further solidified why I will never contact any other roofer in the future other than Firehouse when I need a roofing job done.

We knew Firehouse Roofing did good work as they had previously done small repairs and replaced the shingles on a shed for us. A recent wind storm blew several shingles off our 16+ year old roof, so we contacted Firehouse immediately.

I asked Firehouse to come out and look at a roof of a house I was flipping and they told me it looked good but had about 5 years left (of course he never sent me a report) and now after we got the house under contract I find that 4 different roofers went out and all said it needs completely replaced and was in bad shape. Because of firehouse I was unable to add the roof to my budget when rehabbing, so I spent my funds elsewhere and now I am taking a loss on the home and Firehouse won't meet the quote we received to replace it. They are a poor quality company by not standing by their word and definitely bad for business.

After studying up on roofing and interviewing 6 different companies, we decided on Firehouse to install our new roof. They did an excellent work and cleanup. We went with them based on their length of time in business, reputation, estimated cost, status as platinum certified ATLAS installers and lifetime certification of their work. We're super pleased with the results and they were persistent in working well with our insurance company. Highly recommend.

Fire House Roofing cannot be trusted. During the process of purchasing a home, I discovered that the roof needed to be completely replaced. My husband, a licensed Public Adjuster, and I, with extensive experience in insurance claims and the roofing industry, have been in this field longer than Fire House Roofing has been in business. They falsified a report, claiming the roof was in good condition, due to their friendship with the sellers. I advise you to carefully consider whether you should trust a company who will lie for their friends.

It's important to note that I also reached out to their sales manager and asked them to correct their report. They were unwilling to make any changes before I decided to go public with this issue.

Response to owner- How, as the owner, can you in good faith say this roof is in good condition? The roof is half black and weathered wood. Would you want this roof on your house? Anyone with eyes can see this roof is not up to IRC Code. It has significant granular loss, and the decking is not up to code. You completely ignored the fact that this house needs new decking and a cricket. The shingles are lifting, there are multiple humps in the shingles, the flashing is terrible, and the trim is completely rotted. I find it strange that Tyler only included 3 photos in his report, while our report, along with those from 5 other roofing companies in Tulsa, all have over 60 photos showing damage. Very strange.

We had a recent insurance claim for our roof and having never been through one, Tyler was awesome and walked us through it every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

This locally owned business did a great job replacing our old roof and gutters. They had a knowledgeable team that fixed several historical issues with the roof and gutters. It was a multi-day job and they cleaned up at the end of each day. They focused on doing a quality job and making sure we were satisfied with the work. The final bill was as agreed with no payment requested until the job was completed to our satisfaction. This is a locally owned company focused on providing a great service and product to their customers. The warranty on their work was longer than several other companies who provided quotes. Let me tell you Firehouse Roofing is A+++++ would give more stars if I could! The did my neighbors roof, and they were so polite and clean with the work they did that when it was time for roof replacement for our family they were the first call that I made. I checked with other roofers as well, and I can tell you that they were the most responsive and they did a temporary fix for my leak until they could get me on the schedule the following week. They worked with me every step of the way. I am very thorough person and I generally have a lot of questions about things I don’t know much about, Tyler was amazing to work with he answered all my questions and never hesitated to message me back right away! Not only do they have an amazing staff they also have an amazing warranty and they take great pride in the work they do! You will be hard pressed to find a better roofing company to take care of your needs, trust me I checked! Will be using them from now on with any roofing needs and you should too!

Communication and understanding really stood out to me, reached out to them and had to postpone and they were never pushy or pressured me to hurry up once, when I was finally ready they wasted no time fitting me into their busy schedule as soon as they could. They helped fix a couple repairs on my roof and install gutters, they even went the extra mile and did a couple extra things for me to make the roof look that much better. I just wanted to brag on my interface with your company. Got the post from Missy about roof inspections. Our roof is around 24 years old and I thought it was time to have it checked. I have no leaks just thought it was time. Filled out the online form and set a date a week out. We were doing spring cleaning on the front of our lot when a white pickup pulls up. We live rural and are gated so traffic is minimal. I honestly had forgotten about the appointment but thought…that may be the inspection I called for. A fine looking young man, Mat Dillion, got out and introduced himself. I explained the story on our self built home on Lake Eufaula. We went about our business and he proceeded to get his ladder out and start. We have a two story home. After about 30 minutes he came and told us some very good news. He said for a 24 yr roof it looked great except for the ridge that could stand replacing. I replied that we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated his honesty. Mat was a very pleasant young man. Then your follow up bids several days later were very explanatory. The administrative part of my interface with you was super. Then several days later a follow up email asking if I received the bids and had any questions. Rarely am I impressed as I was with my interface with your company and employee. Many folks are quick to give negative reviews about issues but reluctant to take the time to praise. You have just been praised. This doesn’t happen accidentally. It is because of good leadership.

The Firehouse crew put a new roof on my home on Wednesday and the new guttering was installed on Thursday as promised. I first contacted Russ Hawkins at Firehouse two years ago after seeing one of his pickup trucks on on a Tulsa street - the driver of which was being very courteous to another driver who was in a bad spot. Russ and I came to an agreement, and now, two years later, I finally got things together to go forward. To be brief, I found out that Russ is an honest and very patient man. Call and speak to him or his son Brayden - they are easy going and they will not pressure you. The crew that installed the roof was very professional and polite - Javier - the crew chief - is well spoken and has 14 years experience in the business. In all I added up 37+ years of roofing experience within his team of people. The roof shows it - I'm not a great judge but it looks perfect. As for the gargantuan mess - this crew cleans as they go and the area around my home is cleaner than it was before they showed up.

We suffered hail damage from the Henryetta hailstorm on Sept. 23. Had our new roof and gutter system installed by Firehouse Roofing Co. on 12/9/23. What a job they did. Couldn't be happier. We had issues with our roof and they found and fixed all of them. Russ runs a tight ship and he knows how to deal with his customers, and the Insurance Co., which can get a little confusing, but he will explain everything in detail. Brayden gets all the follow up done and is a great communicator. Matt, is out in the field checking that all is good. And then there's Javier, the crew Foreman. Wow, this guy can do it all. We had several different repairs needed to be done, from vent tubes to siding to metal fascia to stone masonry. He got it all fixed, most of it by himself. The stone masonry, he brought in his friend Tuta, and what a job the two of them did on our stone dormers, which needed flashing installed. Just can't say enough good things about Firehouse. I wish all contractors operated and communicated like they do. If you need roof repair or replacement, don't hesitate to give Russ a call. They will take good care of you!

Very happy with my new roof. It looks great. Because of the job they did I would recommend Firehouse Roofing for any roofing needs. Starting with the bid which spelled out everything they were going to do insuring less chance of hidden charges. Then the crew who installed the roof they were very professional. They were quick and made sure the yard was cleaned from debris.
