Scheduled an estimate for a gutter installation; the tech no-showed without any notification. No one contacted me to follow up, so I reached out and rescheduled the inspection. The tech stated the estimate would take him “several days”; two weeks later I followed up with the company, who assured me they would get back to me. After roughly 3-4 weeks of waiting, I chose another local installer.

We were suspicious of a roof leak above our garage after a storm. Solid roofing came out and inspected our roof. No leak, but we had a few roof tiles pulling up from the wind. The inspection and nailing the loose tiles was done for free. The roofers were kind and professional. Highly recommend.

We found Joey and Gabe at Solid Roofing when they were working on our neighbors roofs after a spring hail storm hit our neighborhood. We were also in the process of making a claim. They helped us with the claim process for our roof gutters and other damage. Just after replacement, we were hit with record amounts of rain. We were very please with how solid the protection was of both roof and gutters compared to the prior performance during the spring storms.
Previously, our gutters would overflow which flooded our patio and caused damage around the house. We are very pleased with the results. Solid Roofing offered great communication throughout the process. We highly recommend them.

We have a flat roof on a commercial property that sprung a few leaks during some heavy storms. Joey made it out the same day I called when I'm sure their phones were ringing off the hook. They had the leaks patched within a few days, before the next round of storms.

The crew did a great job of evaluating exactly what was wrong with my back patio leak coming from the ceiling of the patio. It ended up being a leak coming from the chimney that comes out of my roof. I highly recommend this company for any roofing evaluations. They are going to recommend me a person to come out and give me an estimate to repair my chimney and look at my back patio.

After some unfortunate experiences with a roofing company in the past l was lucky enough to contact Joey Uphold of Solid Roofing. Between he and Jon all of my concerns and questions were quickly addressed. Their knowledge and polite professionalism was a pleasant change from my previous experiences. They're about to start a new project with me in the near future. I'll follow with an update when completed.

With my house only being 2 years old the roof was missing a shingle or two. Called Solid Roofing and was out the next day to look over the roof. Apparently when house was built the roofers didn’t do the shingles correctly by the metal roof. Armony suggested that that get fixed and they could fix the missing shingles and whatever else he found. Next day he called and said they would be there that afternoon to fix everything. They did and he came back to make sure everything was fixed and it was. I will be using them again.

Cannot recommend Jon Sharpton and Solid Roofing highly enough!! As a previous insurance adjustor he was able to walk us through the entire process which was so reassuring!! Absolute amazing customer service and very professional crew!! I haven’t been this impressed with a business in a long time!

Very professional and informative. I have a leak but wasn’t exactly sure where it was coming from. Armony and Gabe came out as scheduled, climbed up on the roof and took a look around. While I will need a new roof soon, that wasn’t the source but gave me some good information as to what it could be and took a lot of pictures so I could see what they saw. I had an area on the back of my house that was newly built and in need of some guttering quick. Jon came out soon after I called for an estimate and was able to get the job done for a decent price and a lot sooner then I was expecting. We contacted Jeremiah to get a quote on Christmas tree lights for our home. He came the next day and gave me an quote which I found to be reasonable compared to other companies I had spoken with. So I hired him.

Needed a few repairs on a building I purchased and these guys did a great job. Even though it was a small job, and I know they were busy still trying catch up from the storms, they came out immediately to do some quick fixes to prevent further problems. We met Gabe, he did a whole roof inspection and was very knowledgeable of the roofing industry and was able to answer all of our questions. Very polite and professional. He also kept us up-to-date on any info as well as being a man of his word. Gabe and Joey(owner) came out w/ shingle samples, we picked the color and later that night was given a start date. Waiting on completion of installation for final review.
