Had a great experience working with Universal Roofing! Their staff was great from the moment I called to get an estimate, and the roofing crew did an excellent job. They made sure to seal and repair every area of the roof with great attention before applying the coating. They did a great job explaining the process, and they worked in a very professional manner. Not a roofer I would use again, they didn't finish my roof, left a mess of mortar on my walkway and on my house which had been painted one year ago and was perfect. I was picking up nails and chunks of mortar for weeks, had to have someone come and paint over the mortar on trim and walls of house. Called them twice to come and finish roof, finally came and he left a mess again. It would take a power washer to clean up walkway and driveway which is also covered in mortar. I do not recommend this company.

I really disappointed about the service this company provided to me to do initial inspection of the roof. Fist appointment time they said oh we don’t have a ladder to two story home 30 mins before the inspection and promised me to come back next day to do the inspection. Then again cancelled my inspection for second time saying they have emergency work came out. They have no what so ever concern about the scheduled appointment time and very disrespectful people to work with.

Universal Roofing recently replaced our tile roof. Chris did an excellent job. He answered any and all questions we had. He was very knowledgeable, which made us confident in knowing we chose the right company for the job. If we should happen to need any further repairs, we will definitely use Universal Roofing again and have already told family and friends. Highly recommend!
