After having an amazing done for my roof, I called UHI again to repair my siding and powerwash the house. They did not disappoint again. Really happy to come across this company!

I am so happy I found Ronald and Mike at United home improvements. After contacting few other companies, I felt at ease from the start when I spoke with UHI. They answered all my questions and did an amazing job replacing our roof in park ridge. They brought a dumpster and cleaned up the mess. I highly recommend them!!!

I had new roofs on both my houses with Ronald.

In one of them, a tree that fell during a storm damaged the roof, but over the course of six months, we successfully negotiated a deal with an insurance company and gave me the best roof possible.

If you are wondering which company to hire for your roof, I recommend going with Ronald without hesitation.

He is truly the best professional and the company is honest and professional in their work.

Of course, I do not know much about roof but a homeowner. I had a quote from two other companies. I got one from Pxxxx company which was known for the most expensive. The sales person stayed at my house for 3 hours to educate me about the roof and still decided not to give me a quote because my husband was not in presence. Please do not get a quote from them because I was really tired after the 3 hours of sales pitch. Thankfully, I learned so much of what I need to worry about if I hire any roof company.

Then, I got a quote from United and another company that both my friends used and had a good reputation. United's quote was competitive. Ronald came to give me a quote. Unlike the first company who took away 3 hours from me, he spent reasonable time to go around the roof and the attic and gave me a quote.

On the day of construction, I was shocked how many people came to do the roof. I think I saw at a minimum 7-9 people. I've never seen that many people working on the roof when my neighbors had theirs done. Since I had to replace the plywood, it was more than just getting the new shingles. I also had ventilation issue so he made sure he put the power vent, ridge vent, etc. They had it all done within a day!!!!!

I had to pay slightly more than the original quote because the number of plywood used was more than the estimated. However, he is not one of those who will change his quote to fool you. I paid after everything was all done so no upfront payment, etc.

I hope I do not need to fix/redo my roof again, but if I have to, I will definitely reach out to him again.

We had our house roof done by United Home Improvements Inc in 2018. The roof has held up very well! There was a strong wind storm a few weeks ago that caused a piece of the roof to move. We discovered the roof problem early Sunday morning ( 3/17/2024) after church. I text Ronald, at 9:30 a.m, what the problem was and pictures of the part of the roof that was disturbed. Ronald responded promptly and said he would come over as soon as possible to fix the problem. Ronald came to my home at 11:30 a.m. and was done about half an hour to 45 minutes. Ronald and his crew fixed the problem and secured all of the roof. We had to go to a birthday party that Sunday afternoon and thought we would not be able to make it but with our surprise he was willing to come on a Sunday. This company has the finest service we have ever had from any home project done on our home. They are incredible!!!

United Home Improvements is great! They came to our home back in September after a big rain storm for an emergency repair, and a few months when the time came for a new roof we certainly gave them a call back. The service and entire process was smooth from start to finish. Very nice people, clean and quality job!

Ronnie is the best. His price is reasonable and flexible depending on our financial situation. He helped us to fix our sidings, deck and he even finished our basement. He is the best of best!!!

Ronnie repaird siding, deck and renovated the basement. Overall I am very satisfied with the outcome. He is very responsible and committed to finish the job on time. Highly recommend and will hire again for future projects.

Called for a quote, they came and give me one. Good price, they came and fixed my roof in a couple of hours. I haven't had a problem ever since, and I had some questions after they never hesitated to answer my call and help me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any of their services. Great price and service in a timely manner. Ronald is very honest and trustworthy. 5 stars!

We have nothing but outstanding things to say about United Home Improvements. We ended up having to do a much bigger job than anticipated, but Ronald and Michael were very understanding of our budget and helped us choose materials that achieved the look we wanted within our budget. Most importantly, their crew was amazing! Despite the heat, they were so thorough and always left our house immaculate. I would give United 10 stars if I could, we love our house and are recommending United to all of our family and friends. Thank you Ronald, Michael, and Estefany!!

We had highest quality work done by United Home Improvements. Perfection plus. They repaired chimney, removed layers of roofs and replaced with new roof, installed new gutters and did a suburb powerwashing of entire house. It was incredible- it totally transformed our house. Plus all the roofers were very upbeat, totally knowledgeable and a sheer joy to be around. I have been recommending them to all my friends and will be calling them again for any future remodeling or any work at all I want to have done. One-hundred plus stars!

I had a great experience with United Home Improvements --- they installed a new roof and shutters without a hitch. The quality of their work was sound and they were quite pleasant to work with. I would use them again for sure.

My wife and I interviewed 5 roofing companies. Our current roof was 29.5 years old and had lost quite a bit of shingles in the last rain and wind storm. We turned to Home Advisor. United Home Improvements were the most reasonable. Working with Ronald (on the quote), Michael (Supervising the crew), and their staff was a pleasure. Everyone provided excellent service and were very responsive to all my questions. All were very professional in their roles. The crew was on time, hard working, and the property was left clean after the job was completed. I would like to point out that they have invested in their own dumping trailer and therefore do not use a roll off container for the debris which many homeowners complain about the damage it does to their driveway. Their dumping trailer is on it's own wheels and was able to be parked on the street and removed the same day. We were so pleased that we recommended United Home Improvements to my wife's coworker. After meeting with one other company, my wife's coworker selected United for there roof installation.

They did an amazing job replacing my old roof. They were on time, on budget, and left my house clean after the job was complete. Hoping to work with them in the future on other house projects. Definitely recommend!
