One call is great. I had a roof leak for a 30 year old roof and the 2021/22 storms . The owner and Forman showed up personally to look at it. They gave me the best price, had it done within the weeks, and warranted it for longer than anyone else. Plus I have a small house that in the past was an issue to get work done in because of the size not being worth most contractors time.

Last year I noticed some water spots on the attic near the chimney. Derean quickly came out and looked at it and discovered a large chimney crack ( which I already knew the chimney was at its end ). Within the week they replaced the chimney and reflashed the roof.

They are my go too for anything exterior in my house. Because they treat me well regardless the size of the job and get it done fast.

I recently had my roof replaced, and I couldn't b happier with the experience. From start to finish he was professional and full of experience. He was efficient and incredibly helpful taking the time to answer all my questions.

The company did a great job in replacing a 30 yr old roof for my house. Thomas stopped by and provided a very comprehensive plan with many options around types of roof to select from. Thomas also contacted vendors to help locate shingles with reasonable price. Derean was very accessible during the job and answers all my questions. He helped moving the installation date due on a last min request due to potential weather change, which I really appreciate. And they cleaned up all of the nails around the house after the work is done. Overall, One Call Construction did a really good and I strongly recommend the company.

I needed a variety of work done at my house. The crew arrived on time and worked all day. They even stayed late one day to make sure the roofing part of the job was completed so that I wouldn’t have any leaks in my house if it rained overnight.

Had One Call do my roof and fix my chimney. A little pricey ($100 a sheet for 1/2” roof decking?) but the quality of work is excellent so I feel I got what i paid for. My salesman Thomas was great. He spent a lot of time out here between meeting my insurance adjuster and overseeing the actual work crew. At the end of the day i could have went with someone cheaper but i doubt the work would have come out as nice and a 50 year warranty on the roof makes it all worth it. Not to mention i felt Tom earned this job with all the running around he was doing. Overall extremely happy with One Call!

After getting multiple prices from different roofers that I knew personally I got a price from Sami and he beat all of them without even knowing me. He did excellent work in a timely fashion and was a pleasure to deal with. I used One Call for a roof replacement. Thomas, the project manager, was ver responsive and explained everything in detail. I had a few minor things I wanted addressed after the roof was replaced and they were also done quickly. This is not a company that stops caring after they get your money.

I got 3 estimates. One Call was somewhere in the middle but well worth not going with just the cheapest company. The wait time to get started was just a couple of days, I had my roof completed a week after agreeing to the price.

They payed careful attention to cover the house to protect agains debris. Cleanup afterwards was detailed and they ran a powerful magnet across the driveway and grass to ensure no nails were left behind.

If you are looking for a company that sticks to their word, works in a timely manner, and does quality work. This is your company.

Being a homeowner is nothing easy or cheap, there is always something to do in your house… here is our story…we knew we had to do the roof anytime soon, but we didn’t expect to have to do it this soon! Thanks to Gabriel that he stopped at home to offer us the service of @onecallhome we were able to change our roof. Thomas, one of the roofers experts that came to check our house was knowledgeable, honest and work with us according to our budget, we couldn’t asked for a better experience.

Our experience started with Gabe who stopped by and asked if we wanted someone to stop by and give us a quote on our roof. My wife is the one who interacted with him and spoke very highly of him. Next we had Thomas stop by to do the estimate. What I really appreciated about Thomas was his honesty and the time he took to speak with my wife and I about the work we wanted done. We knew we needed a new roof, but we were also interested in new siding. Thomas explained that our siding wasn’t in bad condition and it wasn’t something we needed to replace at the moment and could hold off on it. That right there made me very comfortable with them due to the fact that they didn’t just see dollar signs and a sucker. We were given the quote and decided to proceed, but put ourselves on a waitlist because we didn’t need the work done immediately, until 9/23/23 when we had a leak. My wife reached out to Thomas and within an hour or so we had a few workers here to tarp off where the leak was. Thomas reached out every stop of the way letting us know when the material, dumpster and crew was going to be here. They started on Wednesday and were done that day, with a gentleman showing up Thursday to do some final touches. The entire process was painless and they were the utmost professionals. They will be my first call when we do decide to replace the siding or have any work done, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs works done.

We retained One Call to do the siding on our house when we electively replaced cedar wood shingles in our 60 year old home. Starting with their sales rep Tom Radon, they were very thorough and professional from the start through completion, so I would strongly recommend them for siding and roofing where they are specialists. They explained the job details, including the process of removing the old siding, installing wrap, adding insulation, handling window trim / J channels/ Fascia, starter strips, and then the vinyl itself. They were fair and transparent with the pricing and addressed the natural issues that come up in a large project like this. We like the outcome, our house looks new, and our neighbors do too!

Had a fire and reached out to one call and a few others for quotes. One call worked with .e and provided more than any other quote I received. I worked with Thomas and he was always available to answer our questions and help with our changes. During the job they cleaned every day and fixed all the rotted wood we had. Home looked brand new. Thomas again came by and did a walk through inspecting to make sure it was done right. Great customer service quick response and extremely dependable. One Call installed an attic fan during the roofing process for all the buildings in my townhouse development. When my electrician discovered that the unit was not working, I contacted our Project Manager, who in turn notified One Call.

One call phoned us the following day and scheduled an inspection for the next day. The technician arrived early, examined the unit, contacted his manager and installed a new unit by noon.

100% would recommend to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced. After the last few major storms we experienced over the summer/fall, we developed two roof leaks and we weren't sure if we should repair or replace. I reached out to multiple companies and while I never heard back from others, the owner of One Call Home Remodeling (Sami) called me back the same day and had Derean come take a look the following day when it was convenient to me.

Derean arrived right on time and went over all the details with me. He gave me quotes depending on whether we decided to repair or replace the roof, but didn't pressure me one way or another. Not knowing the age of the roof, and because we already had a couple of leaks in different locations, we decided to replace, and Derean had a crew out the following week to work on it.

The crew was very professional, hard-working, and completed the job in 2 days (which probably would have been sooner if the weather was nicer and the sun was up past 4 PM). They put tarps down on all the nearby surfaces to catch any debris, and meticulously cleaned up when they were done (including a magnet sweep for any stray nails that made it onto the lawn, which was very much appreciated).

When the work was done, Derean came to inspect for quality control and to make sure we were happy with the results (which we were).

All around, the crew did an amazing job (even creating a custom flashing for the chimney), used great materials, worked fast but hard, and left the property almost as if they were never here -- but now with a roof in much better shape and ready for the winter.

After Hurricane Ida, my home was left severely damaged from the first floor to the roof. I spoke with representatives from One Call who were professional and understanding of my situation. One Call replaced my roof and rebuilt my siding from the studs to the siding itself. The work was done beautifully and most importantly - in a timely manner. The company did a roof replacement for my house and also replaced my gutters. They did a quality job at a reasonable price. The work was outstanding and also replaced my skylights, attic fans, and did my sheds to. They were professional, on time, and when they were done in two days, ( I have a large roof), they cleaned the entire area and left the area immaculate. I would recommend them 5 Stars all the way to anyone who wants to have there roof redone. They also did a free estimate beforehand with no pressure or up sales. I needed to get my entire roof replaced (main roof) and another small roof from an extension of my house due to some water damage. I am so glad I chose One Call. They were incredibly professional and responsive throughout the process.

Will Armand was my Sales Representative who was incredibly responsive; he always picked up the phone any time I called. This was especially important during Hurricane Isaiah which impacted the company with power outages. However, One Call excelled and showed how much they valued customer service. If there were any issues, Derean Gonzalez, the Vice President followed up and assured the worked was done as per contract.

The quality of the work done of the roof was stellar. The workers started early in the morning and did not leave until the job was done. Furthermore, they were sure to take care of my home and did not leave any garbage behind. Also, throughout the install, the workers sent me pictures and videos of the roof to assure me of the quality of the work done. When I thought there was a small issue in the roof, One Call came back right away and addressed any concerns I had.

Had a roof leak that I just couldn't beat, along with some questionable deck building by the previous owners of my house. One call came in, gave me a quick, reasonable quote, and got to work. When the work was done, they actually came in under their estimates, and today's tropical storm was the ultimate test, which they passed with flying colors.

We had a complex, multi faceted job / need. Despite contacting local contractors during the past couple of years, none were able to provide the majority of the needed work. Additionally, none instilled my confidence as being able to do quality work.
Fortunately I contacted One Call HRG! Derean came to our home to review and discuss the entire scope of the job. He was knowledgeable, client oriented and, appreciated my detail orientation.
The scope of the job was; four new custom made windows, one of which was a 5 panel, 5 foot by 8 foot bow window, this window required (by our request) a soffit extension for various reasons, an entire new roof, one of which was a low pitch, replace all facure wrapping with aluminum, replace any damaged wood including several sheets of roof deck plywood , new insulated siding on the front of the house and, a 45 foot rain gutter on the porch roof. We elected to add a copper product to eliminate algae growth on the shingles too. Above are the major components of the job scope. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship, quality of materials and components. The crew(s) were very diligent, respectful of the homeowner and property. It was a pleasure to watch the crews at work, they worked as a "well oiled machine". No lost time or effort as often seen by contractor crews. Debris clean-up was an ongoing effort and, a detailed clean-up at the end of each workday.
We could not be more pleased with our contractor choice and, great result.
We intend to use One Call HRG in the future for a masonry job and, 7 or 10 new windows. We are considering residing the balance of our home with the insulated siding too.
I would recommend this contractor very highly.

They did work on my siding and garage trim. Derean and his team were great. Needed to replace siding on bottom half, garage side of the house. They found color and size pretty close to the original. Did the job in 2 days. Did a minor repair on a loose siding in another part of the house. Called Derean to do some adjustment to the garage trim and they came back quickly, no problem. My experience with One Call was PHENOMENAL! From my first conversation with Lou, everything went so smoothly. They came to my home with samples of their high quality products and explained everything. This was by far more than any of the other companies I contacted had done. The dumpster was dropped off the night before, and the roof was replaced in a day! They even took pictures and showed me where the base was deteriorated and in need of replacement plywood. (In my case it was 7 sheets, I only had to pay for 4). The workers were courteous and cleaned everything up beautifully. The best part is they offered no interest financing.
