Coach Jim, Lynn, Tom and GenSun are top notch! They were in communication with me throughout the entire process via text, email or Zoom conference. It made my responsibility to the church board much easier. They educated us and set us in the right direction that helps us be better stewards of the assets we have charge of.

I have nothing but great things to say about Gensun roofing company they was right on time I’ve talked to over 50 roofing companies and they were way outta price range for me but Gensun was a God send because my insurance company was gonna drop me if I didn’t get a roof replacement Gensun gave me a great price on my roof and removal of my solar panels they came out the same day and did the job my roof looks great and they were very professional and stayed in touch every step of the way I would highly recommend Gensun roofing to everyone and I will be looking forward doing business with them in the near future for my siding and gate

Worst company to do business with ever. Both the roof and siding was contracted through Gensun. The roof was done right away; however, it leaked and already had to be fixed.

The company is awful, if you want to save yourself a nightmare, then find another that actually cares about their reputation and quality of work. This company preys on its customers.

I recently called GenSun for an estimate to replace the roof on my home as it has been on “borrowed time” for quite a while. Compared with estimates from 2 other companies, Gen Sun was THOUSANDS less. In addition to the pricing, the customer service was just best of the best. Written and clear estimate, everything explained in detail, texts messages before the day of service explaining everything that was going to happen and when, and a guide on how to prepare my home. If all of that wasn’t enough, Gen Sun is a very generous company that truly supports its community. Will be recommending them to all of my clients going forward.

These guys are top notch and help walk you through each step of the process. We will definitely use them again in the near future for our proposed Life Center building.

Jim was very thorough; he even sent a Zoom presentation explaining the project and hopped on a call for any follow-up questions I had. On the day of the project, there was a period of unanticipated rain, and water entered my home, leaving water stains on my ceiling. However, when I informed GenSun of the damages, they did not hesitate to rectify the situation. I also received a follow-up to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Details! Details! Details! Coach Jim and staff (Lynn) were very thorough and detailed from the start. The estimate laid out step by step what was going to be included. Everything is documented there are no hidden costs or upcharges. The roofers were excellent. Very machine like work and very neat. GenSun Roofing is the most professional and customer-friendly roofing contractor you can hire. They do not use pressure sales tactics. My husband and I selected them at our own pace. After choosing GenSun, the representatives informed us of what to expect every step of the way until the roofing job was completed. After the work was finished, the crew did a great clean-up job. The project manager emailed us pictures of our new roof as soon as the work was completed. We are happy with our new roof and highly recommend GenSun Roofing.

We received a flyer in the mail from GenSun ROOFING company right around the time that we were looking to have a leaking portico roof fixed. We called them out to appraise the roof.

They looked at our entire roof and as it turns out we were due for an entire roof replacement. They gave us a price which they said included a 10% discount for churches. We did comparative pricing and found that that 10% discount was honestly a discount of 10% and not just empty words.

They did the job in one day less than what they said it would take, did an absolutely beautiful job, fixed our portico roof better than it was when it was brand new, and provided texts and emails with pictures throughout each workday keeping us updated on the progress.

100% satisfied, great company, be sure to use them.

GenSun was wonderful to work with from the start of the project all the way through completion. We had the roof replaced on our home and garage. We were scheduled quickly. All the work was done in one day and the price was very reasonable.

The price was great, the work done was great, the crew were awesome.....but for our church the most important thing was the trust. A few years ago we had some work done, it was costly and shotty, it hurt because I felt like they took advantage of our church. Honestly when we needed work done again, we prayed on it so hard...and God answered our prayers through GenSun Roofing!! They did an amazing job!

The process from initial call to cleanup was quick and thorough. The company was a pleasure to deal with. When we decided last minute to replace a very old skylight they were able to include along with the roofing. The guys worked past dark and it was amazing that they cleaned up that well using flashlights to hunt for debris and nails. Highly recommended!

Great company to deal with, they call you back, explain everything to you, very prompt, always respond with an Email or a call or even a Text.
Workers are hard workers, fast thorough clean up after the job, materials and dumpster is there the day before and removed the day the job is finished.

GenSun Roofing & Siding was recommended to us by our neighbor. We immediately called Coach Jim made an appointment which he kept promptly. Soon thereafter
we received an estimate for the Roof and Siding with pictures of the colors we ordered. The price was reasonable compared to our first quote with another roofing company. After accepting Coach Jim’s quote, financial options were available, a date was scheduled, and Tom’s instructional videos of how they are going to proceed with the job followed. It was all transparent and easy to understand. Since we were replacing both roof and siding, we were offered a discount which was welcoming. Lynn from the office was diligently communicating and updating us of the progress at hand. What are terrific experience I've had with this company. I have not seen integrity like this in about 50 years where people genuinely care about you and the work that they're doing for your home. The job for my roof was completed in one day. There was so much work to be done and the cleanup was impeccable not one piece of debris was left behind that is mind-boggling because today I find people are not that neat after they work for you. Thank you Gen Sun You've made me feel honored again by the outstanding roof you put on my home. Thank you for the changes I've made along the way that you have done for me without question. I was not even home when they did the great work. I didn’t have to take off from work. We had a slate roof and was found out there were no plywood underneath. They immediately informed and explained to me that new plywoods were needed prior putting the shingles.
They gave me a very reasonable price and a discount with a very good financial program. They did everything professionally, and very considerate even to my neighbors. This has been the best experience dealing with contractors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GenSun Roofing Company. Prices that can’t be beat! Even gave us 10% off on top of the already low price. The product, Owens Corning comes in so many colors. I did my own homework on the product, it is fade resistant and extremely durable. It checked off all of my boxes of concern. They offered us an easy payment plan as well, if need be.
