We decided to use Unique Renovations to remodel our home that is about 22 years old after seeing the wonderful job they did for two of our family members. Zach Etheridge was easy to work with to get the project started. His team lead by Jonathan Prendez was awesome to work with. They completed our renovations in about 5 weeks which I thought was fast considering we did two bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, new lighting and fans throughout the house, and new floors in the living room and master bedroom. We totally gutted the master bath and made a big walk in shower where our old tub was and had a large linen closet built where the old shower was located. We are so happy with how everything turned out. It looks wonderful! We will definitely use them again for any future projects.

Unique Renovations did a great job in renovating our master bathroom and replacing the ceramic tile in our kitchen, laundry, pantry and half bath. They cleaned up the debris every day after they finished working. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Zach and his team were great to work with from the initial quote to completion. Zach was quick to respond on providing an estimate of the work. Once they stated, Chad and Joe did great work, cleaned up each day and checked with us to confirm things were as requested. Thr electrician and plumber subcontractors they brought in were very good also. I would definitely recommend and use again.

He quickly connected us to Prosource to pick out our materials, so they would arrive in ample time for our project. And Zach worked with us from beginning to end to help us stay within our budget. Chad, Jo, and Jonathan were the primary workers in our home. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional! They heeded and answered all of my concerns and questions, ensuring the project was completed to our satisfaction. Even though ours was a smaller project, they made it feel like it was very important to them. They arrived each morning at or before eight and stayed until their work was done for that day. But truly, what set these guys apart to me, especially Chad and Jonathan, was the kindness and patience they showed toward my girls. With the endless questions and frequent interruptions of their work, Chad and Jonathan, were so kind towards them. Again, the level of craftsmanship was unmatched in my experience of working with a contractor/subcontractors, but even the character of these guys is exceptional. Our 4,000 sq ft home w/3 attics flooded for 4 days in December while we were out of town due to a pipe burst in one of our attics. Following remediation, we hired Unique Renovations to repair/remodel our home. We can not be more pleased! The owner offered his suggestions & allowed us to view his home, which gave us more ideas. The carpentry team is top notch & went above & beyond to offer suggestions we hadn't even thought of. The electrical team & painters were great & offered their very skilled advise.

The team was friendly as well as professional. I had an upstairs bathroom finished with LOTS of tile work including a pebble floor in the shower. Jonathan did a beautiful job paying attention to all the details and was pretty quick considering he had to go up and down the stairs a million times to complete the job. I also appreciate how they handled some ordering issues with the vendor I placed the tile order with. I will use them again for any future remodeling!

He has an outstanding team of contractors lead by Johnathan that will get the job done quickly and proficiently. 1st renovation job was a recommendation from another company. 2nd one, I reached out because I knew it would end in satisfaction. We came home from work to every homeowner's nightmare, a completely flooded house due to a burst hot water heater. After the initial cleanup and demolition, we came across Unique Renovations' website stating their experience with home repair after water and fire damage. Zach (the owner) immediately responded, came out to survey the condition of the house, and put together a repair plan. We took the opportunity to also complete some renovations; we remodeled the master bathroom, replaced exterior doors, and got new countertops and backsplashes in the kitchen. Jonathan (the project manager that he assigned to our house) was absolutely amazing. He was able decipher our rough sketches and baffling requests and turn it into exactly what we were looking for. The entire team was extremely professional, punctual, and responsive. We had to deal with numerous restoration companies throughout the process, and everyone we dealt with ensured us that we were in the best of hands when they heard we were working with Unique Renovations. Their reputation in the industry is renowned and well earned. They showed up when they said they would and expertly guided us through the process and decisions that had to be made along the way. Despite some delays due to COVID related supply issues, they completed the work well ahead of the estimates our insurance company told us to expect. The work they performed is high quality, and we couldn't be happier.

UR remodeled a master bath in our 30+ year old house. Zach was a pleasure to work with, and checked in with us often during every phase of the job. Jonathan, the on-site boss, was fantastic. All of the crew members were hard-working, polite, and good at their jobs. Just nice people, and conscientious workers. We had one delay of about a week due to a shipping error, but otherwise the crew was here every day. I will hire them again, and recommend them highly to anyone contemplating a remodeling job.

Unique Renovations did a fabulous job remodeling our bathroom shower. The work crew were very professional, and they completed the job in a timely manner.

We had an issue with water leaking through our shower to the downstairs ceiling. To determine the source of our leak, we had to cut two holes in our downstairs ceiling. Unique was able to repair and paint our ceiling, finish the new floor tile installation in our master bathroom, and renovated our shower with new tile we selected from their showroom. This was a big project, but it was worth the wait. They responded promptly and fixed an issue we found after the job was done. So if you need a contractor with valuable expertise and great customer service. I highly recommend Unique Renovations for your renovation needs.
