Jimmy and his crew are amazing. They painted the exterior of our house and did a full renovation of our lower level. The workers are polite, neat, fast and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Jimmy Nilaj and his team of workers are the absolute best! They completely remodeled our two bathrooms and did an outstanding job. They even did the work on a tighter schedule- did much of the work while we were away on a one week vacation in August which was very welcomed since we came back had to jump right into back to school routine. And the quality of work was top notch plus they meticulously cleaned up after each day. We had high expectations since many other families in our co-op had used Jimmy and his company for various renovations and they managed to surpass our expectations! I am next going to have them replace all of our old doors.

I have been using Nilaj General Construction for the past 24 years. They have renovated my stepmother's bathroom, my sisters apartment, my entire 3 story house and garage and now my entire 3 bed/2 bath apt. I am OCD and particular about the details. NILAJ Construction has done 3 different jobs for me. 2 were total renovations down to the studs, and one was a full update of new electrical, plumbing, bathroom/kitchen, spray foam insulation, and trim/paint. I have to say pricing is fair, broken down itemized extremely clear no surprises at all. Work quality the owner prides himself on, they start a job and actually compete it, no worrying if someone is going to show up that day/week. Very respectful and professional, they were able to save me on material cost on a lot of different items. It was actually a good experience with them each time, not a nightmare from what I have dealt with and others have in the past.

Jimmy Nilaj can be trusted to do meticulous, first rate renovations. He took the time and care to help my family achieve 2 of our dream renovations in our home. First, Mr. Nilaj and his crew converted a low-ceiling basement space into a stunning and inviting home gym by relocating low hanging pipes and HVAC ducts, and then raised the ceiling. Even more, he and his crew renovated and expanded a cramped, ensuite bathroom into a luxurious bathroom space with beautifully laid tiles, a glass door and glass wall. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Nilaj again.
