I went in a few months ago to get work done on my Honda Accord. I agreed to $450 extra in maintenance (which I’m not faulting them for, just adding context) and everything was fine until I realized they broke the latch on my glove box. I emailed them asking for them to fix it and they never responded.

We had the best experience when purchasing a car for my daughter! Christian walked us through everything and made the process painless. We will return for future purchases!

7 hours from home our vehicle became disabled and had to be towed to the closest dealer which was two hours away. We didn't know at the time how fortunate the dealer we ended up at was Underriner Honda of Walla Walla. We arrived late on Saturday and unable to speak with anyone had to leave the vehicle. Monday morning the service manager, Megan, called before I called them. She had the car looked at earlier than originally indicated and reported the radiator had to be replaced. Expediting the order, she had it shipped and replaced by Wednesday morning. I had concerns it would be many days. We were on our way home with only a two day delay. Megan and all the office staff were understanding of our situation and made an unfortunate experience more pleasant than we could believe. Thanks to Megan and all the wonderful folks at Underriner Honda.

I had been looking for a suitable used Ford Ranger for about 4 months. I was browsing the web for one when I found the listing at Underriner at Walla Walla. Overall good experience. Something to note, the upper door hinge bolts were loose, not even finger tight. Quick fix for me just tightened them up. Please tell me it was a salesman and not one of your techs that put the doors back on. And nitpicking here, but whatever you put on the tires smells bad and gets on your hands resulting in greasy fingerprints all over the place. Took me a while to wash it off. You should rethink whatever it is you are putting on the tires and trim to make it look shiny. Totally a amature move.

There was no quiet place to wait. TV & elevator music going at the same time. Chairs & table raised. No normal height table & chairs. Service person did not seem interested in my comfort. It took longer than expected. She seemed concerned in only collecting my money asking twice if I wanted tires rotated since it’s more money. Schwab rotates for free!!

Jaimie always go above and beyond in terms of service. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly. I always drive over from Eastern Oregon to have my Honda serviced because I don’t want to entrust my vehicle to anyone else.

My tire looked a little low, I asked if I could have it looked at. Sure enough it was low but, also needed to be patched up due to a screw I didn’t know was there that was causing a slow leak. Thanks to Megan I no longer have a leak in my tire and am able to drive safely! Thank you!

I could not find the car that I was looking for (2025 Honda Civic Sport 4dr sedan in white) in the Boise Idaho area.

I started looking for a car that was 2-3 years older and with more miles. Also, they wouldn’t give me a very good price for my car (2014 Honda Civic EX 184k miles).

The 2-3 year old cars were about 22-25k with 40-70k miles.

I was giving up to find “My Car” then I saw a Facebook Marketplace ad for “My Car” in Walla Walla, Washington AND THE REST IS HISTORY!!

I was able to do everything over the phone and texting. I able to get a very fair for my 2014 Civic AND get a wonderful price for my new 2025 Civic!

Just a 4 hour drive there, review my trade in, signed paperwork, helped me put my stuff into my new Civic Sport, and drive 4 hours back to the Boise area! DONE & DONE!

I called Christian on Monday night and he said he had the vehicle I was looking for. We drove from Spokane to Walla Walla first thing the next day to look at the car. On our way Christian texted and called us and had all the paperwork complete by the time we arrival at the dealership. It was the easy and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Christian and his team had us back on the road in no time. To me, it’s all about serving the customer. He did a great job to that end.

Emir was very helpful prior to us looking at the car. All the staff were personable and treated us like family.

I'm 79 and have purchased a few cars in my life. Matter a fact bought our first Honda Ridgeline in 2019 from Underriner Honda in Walla Walla. That was a bad experience and said I would never go back except for repairs period. Now today we walk in and was greeted with friendly faces for a recall. While waiting for the repair to be completed got to looking at new Hondas and met Christian Ortiz. He was very nice , not aggressive or pushy but had the product knowledge that a customer needs to make a decision. That folks is the way you sell cars. The manager was also very nice, Jason was equally nice and had good product knowledge on how operate everything. Now to the Finance person. I realize this is the person gets more money for the Dealer. But we enjoyed talking to him and he listened to us too. Compared to the last one which was not a good experience. All in all I hope you have learned something from me. Car salesmen have a bad reputation. Can't say I am the happiest. Tried to contact them about the car they sold me less than a month old, that is overheating. And no response.
I will be contacting the attorney general, and better business bureau. Along with an attorney soon.
I was not able to test drive it before signing papers. Promised me when it was done at service if I didn't like it I could back out not true! It has a broken windshield, and warped rotors, and bumper falling off. While they fixed some of the issues. I am continuing to have issues from overheating to oil leaks. And they refuse to take the car back! So I am moving forward with other options.

Christian was awesome to work with. He did everything he could to get us into the car we wanted. Will definitely refer anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Christian.

4/2025 I have returned and purchased 2 x vehicles since the review above and despite a rough start (the day before I actually purchased my current vehicle)d/t 1 person ‘s approach, someone whom I felt was lacking good customer service skills especially seeing he was a mgr of sorts, BUT overall I can honestly say that that was nothing compared to what happened the next day…yes the next day 2 other employees worked very hard on preparing/proposing a deal to me that was the very opposite of the first which totally made up for that situation and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely have to thank Jason (Sales) and Stephen (Finance)for all they’ve done for us! Both definitely went the extra mile to help us get into what turned out to be above my expectations and perfect for our needs!! From coming to pick us up from home to throwing in extras at no cost, etc. I would definitely return again and I have also referred another friend or 2 or 3 and would/will refer more! Thank you guys again for everything!!
