Kinley, David, and Logan were awesome. We had our windows washed inside and out, house power washed and stone patios scrubbed on 5700 sq ft. house. They were meticulous, neat, and very professional. They were prompt and finished the house in a timely manner. Highly recommend.. already rebooked them for 6 months out!

Did a great job , even with Leaf Guard gutters in place. The lights were straight and all pointing in same direction. Not one burned out. After Christmas, they called and asked when I wanted them taken down.

The work was done by Kinley as discussed prior to the treatment of the roof. The application was completed in a timely and thorough manner.

I wish I could make this a 10-star review! NW Cleaning Masters were the best ever. Our windows are so sparkly and even the hard water deposits are gone. Not only are they professional cleaning experts, but they are respectful, going the extra mile by wearing shoe covers while washing interior surfaces. Our dog even felt comfortable with them! I will hire them every spring.

I highly recommend NW Cleaning Masters! Their communication was excellent and they went out of their way to make a quick turnaround work for us. I appreciate that they hand wash windows as our home is older and the extra care was reassuring.

We live in a relatively new neighborhood and while most of the construction is over, there is still plenty of dust floating around.We asked Ben and his crew to come in and brighten up the place for spring. Our experience could not have been better. They were mindful of the weather and we had to delay a day or two to get a clear shot, but when it was time the crew was all over it. From patio doors to some small horizontal windows they got every corner both inside and out. Inside, we were very impressed with the care taken to ensure that window plants and coverings were carefully moved or removed then later returned.All in all, it was a thoroughly professional job. They also got the stamp of approval from our dogs, Red, the ersatz Vizsla, was particularly appreciative of the care and attention between Windows.

What a pleasure to work with this company! Ben and Tobin are hardworking, timely, courteous, honest, and they do a wonderful job. We first had them do our exterior windows and their attention to detail was impeccable. When we saw that they also hang Christmas lights, it was a no-brainer to hire them again. They fit the lights perfectly to your home and will take down and store them as well if needed. These guys did a bang up job on the exterior windows! They took a lot of water stains off that have been a struggle for years. They cleaned up after themselves, spent time on even the door glass panes. Very professional!

NW Cleaning Masters was amazing. They were very thorough when cleaning my gutters and left no mess at all. In addition, I asked if they would be willing to clean out my crawl space outside vents of leaves and other debris...something I am unable to do. Even though that has not been one of the typical services they provide, they were willing to help me with that. They did a great job and went the extra mile by taking away the accumulated cobwebs and some leaves that accumulated around the the house foundation. They were friendly, thoughtful, thorough, and careful. I will definitely hire them again when needed...in a heartbeat!

The team was efficient, professional, responsive, and careful. Trevor, David and Gavin worked well together with minimal supervision needed from Benji. The results are impressive--it feels like we have moved into a new house. They went beyond just cleaning the windows and took care of some additional dusty bits inside and outside the house. When the job took a bit longer than planned, they scheduled a completion session but kept to the original price estimate. I will definitely engage them again.

Unsure if it is appropriate to review work supposedly done by this company.
Placed a bid on the house and in our contract, we specified that the seller needed to have the gutters cleaned and extend downspouts away from the house.
We were told the work was completed by this company.

The written bid from this company specifies only gutter cleaning. It was the seller realtor who stated this company is who extended the downspouts, too.

In the attached photos, you can see the downspouts were extended 1-3 feet away from the foundation. The drains are at an angle that inhibits drainage. The angle is going uphill.

One gutter is missing a downspout. No downspout was attached, and
therefore water continues to drain next to the front door.

The seller is a disappointment. The realtor selling the property Had to have seen this and still the realtor relayed to us, the house buyer, that everything was done to specs.

The gutters may in fact be clean. I had no access to a ladder to take a look.

Since we signed for the house, I believe there is nothing that can be done.

This company has a 5 rating.
I am hopeful this lack of workmanship is not this company's doing.

Benji and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. They went above and beyond in scraping off paint and scrubbing the windows and storm windows to remove more than 30 years of grime! We can now see the world outside! His team was professional, friendly and worked quietly all day. Benji and his partner Tobin were available all day to answer any questions. They presented flowers and a personalized thank you card during the wrap up and offered to return if there was anything we were not happy with. We would highly highly highly recommend to anyone needing window washing!

They say "you get what you pay for". I think that's true. I might have been able to find a lower bid, but I doubt the result would have been the same. We live in a 1906 house. I never dreamed the windows could look this good! Trevor and Gavin are dedicated to doing a thorough job (spots, paint, and hard water marks don't stand a chance). They are professional and courteous.

We hired them to wash widows. They were so wonderful that we also asked them to get the moss off of our roof. I'm now looking around to see what else needs to be cleaned. I definitely know who will be doing that cleaning for us!

I called nwcleaningmasters for a quote for gutter cleaning and they were very responsive! They booked me the next day and showed up early. They did an amazing job and were such a pleasure to work with. I can honestly tell these guys have an incredible work ethic. They did a really good job! I highly recommend their services! I needed the back concrete patio and my windows washed and they did a phenomenal job.

My driveway was in rough repair after the winter, from the ice and salts that we used. Also, years of oil spots stained our driveway and we did not think it would ever come up. But after we saw that nwcleaningmasters had a Facebook post about pressure washing we decided to give it a try! Tobin and Benji came out to give me a quote and they were the nicest, friendliest, and most professional guys ever! They gave me a fair price and I decided to book them. WOW! So impressed!
