A large tree fell on our house roof and garage during the cyclone storm. Ultra Renovations LLC was contracted to do both the interior/restoration as well as the exterior painting of the entire house.
On the Interior, they repaired the damaged drywall ceiling & walls in our family room, breakfast area and guest room, matching the paint and texture perfectly. They took exceptional care to protect our home from the construction dust and debris. They protected the carpets with a secure film, kitchen tile with heavy paper and then laid tarps on top for added protection and to hold debris. They covered our furniture with plastic and put up floor to ceiling plastic walls that had zipper openings permitting them access to construction areas but limited and contained all the construction dust and debris.
On the exterior portion of our home, a multitude of areas had new replacement wood, both eves and siding. They first primed and color coated new wood on both the house & detached garage. They treated areas that needed repair and sanding before painting. Their preparation included masking the new gutters, windows, outside fixtures, walkways and landscape plantings to prevent overspray.
Without reservations we recommend their services. Most importantly their workmanship was excellent, as was the communication regarding methods and timeline.
