Called here to have my chimney cleaned. Never asked me what kind of heating setup I had just assumed I had a fireplace. When the worker arrived he had to call the boss to advise this was not the heating setup they expected. Very unprofessional and the boss was nasty on the p
hone. Did not have any work done. *************After writing the above review the owner got in touch with me and took the time to come to my house and clear up any misunderstandings. We now have a contract for work to be done. This is great customer service when the owner takes the time to work with the customer . I would recommend this company to anyone
