After a huge wind and rainstorm we had Ultra Building Solutions come assess our roof because several rows of shingles were lost. They came the day we called them and gave us the good news that there was no other damage and that they could repair our missing shingles. They were back out in 2 days and had replaced them with an exact match to our shingles. It was super important to us because it was on the front of our house and it’s a short term rental so has to look good! I highly recommend Ultra Building Solutions for their fast and professional service!
Oh and the guy mentioned they have HVAC services so we scheduled a tech to come out. He didn’t try to sell us anything, did a clean and check and said we were good to go. Said we had another couple years on it. With its age he could have tried to get us to replace it, so I was very impressed.
