ultimate air recently came out and replaced our furnace to be compatible with our new a.c unit that they also replaced! they totally rocked it out in about three to three and a half hours times. professional and knowledgeable! did i mention they will more than likely have the best pricing around? they are nearly half the price of other companies when it comes to replacing your ac unit! when your hot and without air, ultimate air is the way to go!!

I had a valve problem and a bad relay on my heater when it was 25 degrees out. Ultimate Air came out within the hour and had it fixed in 30 minutes with reasonable pricing.

I don’t think anybody realizes how hard Shaun and Melissa work. I contacted them yesterday to let them know that my water heater was acting up And he was here at 6:30 A.m. And done by 7 AM. I highly recommend Ultimate Air for all of your needs

Outstanding service. My air-conditioning quit suddenly yesterday, and it was getting quite warm in thehouse. I called several places here in Fernley and was told it would be 2 or 3 days before anyone could respond. Ultimate Air responded within 2 hours, found a broken switch, repaired it, and had the system up and running within 1/2 hour. I think the tech's name was John. Very pleasant and efficient. Thank you, Ultimate Air.

So I have to put this review up and I hope it helps other people with AC issues. My parents AC stopped working and Dad had called a company called Sierra ******* out of Reno. A tech came out to look at our system and gave a bunch of Blah Blah Blah and said we needed a whole new system. So following day a sale rep came out and did a while walk thru of the house attic and under the flooring. Which we were told that there was a duct that was disconnected and even shown pictures!!! Talk about taking advantage of seniors “my parents”Well we were quoted min $14k for their basic system!!! We’ll know to get to the good part of this review.
Our neighbor who’s been a long time resident to Fernley said we should get a second opinion and she called her go to company Ultimate Air. So they came out the next day and looked at our unit. Did a swap on a thingymabob lol and BAM!!!! so I brought to the techs attention if he could reattach the duct under the house and so he went down there looked around and popped back up and said “ there’s nothing disconnected “ I’m like WTH!! … so yeah he could of said “ I fixed it “ gotta love honesty. I have to say if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I haven’t read any of the previous reviews on here, but this is my honest review and experience. Gotta say thank you to Rose for referring and sorry I forgot the name of the tech that came out today, but if he reads this, he’ll know the house and me cause we had some good convos on everthing. And 1 more thing “support local businesses” thank you again Ultimate Air.

Shawn did an awesome job replacing my HVAC system. He is very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. His prices are reasonable and he finished the job before the end of the day.

My wife and I got home the other night and our heater wouldn't turn on so I gave them a call. Sean came out after hours the same night and got everything fixed for us at a great price. Service was terrific and we haven't had any problems since.

Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday morning. We were looking at 105F temperature today. Called them at 900AM. Their technician arrived at 940AM. He cleaned the unit, diagnosed the problem and repaired. Very professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced. He had our house cooling by 1000AM. We most definately will be using them again.

Summer of 2022 they installed a new AC unit and new heater. Awesome price and we're quick and polite. They go above and beyond for their customers.This year I had a problem with my old thermostat and the company once again took time to fit me in and get my house cooling down.
Absolutely would use and recommend their service.

My furnace had stopped blowing hot air and I had just had a baby, so I called Ultimate Air to come out, the owner Shawn was super helpful with coordinating the tech to come out and the tech who came out was nice. However, he did not have a price list available for what we needed done at the moment and said we’d have to confirm price with the owner who was currently not available but because I had a two week old, I really needed the heat to be working so we just told him to do it not expecting the bill to be over $700. We also needed our coils cleaned but was told it would be an additional $900 so we opt’d to doing that part ourselves. I was very shocked at the price but appreciated having a fixed heater. Next time, Guess I’ll have to wait to confirm pricing first. Will be more careful next time but thought the tech could have been more transparent of the price range it would end up being.

Came out to do a diagnostic on our furnace that was throwing an error code. Said he could come right over. Within minutes he had replaced a part, handed me a bill, and was out the door. (Literally a 10-15 minute stop) It started throwing the error code again, and he kept complaining about the filter we had in. I took the filter out, and it still threw the code. After much back and forth, he ended up coming out again, and he opened up the furnace with me present. He ended up finding the fan plugs were in the wrong spot. (He should have found this on his initial diagnostic) He changed them real quick and left. (Another 10 minutes?)
At this point we didn’t trust him, so we had another company come out.

The other company stayed with me an hour, I watched him test everything. He found that ultimate air didn’t fully plug in the fan, as well as missed another part that was malfunctioning. He also let me know that the igniter was close to going out, so if we have trouble in the future with the gas lighting, that would be it. (Later that week the igniter went out and he came and fixed it)

Basically ultimate air did not do a full diagnostic, he missed several things, and had a strange fixation on it being our simple filter.

Ultimate air charged around 3 times as much for his visit that did not fix the issue, than the other guy who came out and fixed everything correctly.

Ultimate air should have a name change to ultimate error. Avoid this dude.

What an amazing company! I had a thermostat installed December 23, 2022 by another company and during the installation a wire was broke and my heater would not turn on (it's been very cold in Dayton). We tried calling the technician and the company that installed the thermostat Dec. 24th and could not get ahold of anyone, nor did I have any luck with local electricians or HVAC techs since it is Christmas Eve.
I called Ultimate Heating and Air on a whim and sure enough Missy called me right back and got ahold of their technician (Shawn) that was out working and he stopped by on his way home and fixed our thermostat no problem!! I thought for sure we were going to be without heat for an extended period of time, but no, Shawn stopped by on his way home and took care of the issue. This company went out of their way to come fix my heater at 4:00PM on Christmas Eve to make sure we had heat... amazing!!!!! Thank you Missy and Shawn for taking care of us!

Due to an unexpected failure of my AC system, I called Ultimate Air right before closing time one evening to inquire about an appointment. Thankfully, Shawn was able to come to my home within the hour. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and his prices were fair, even for my last-minute after hours call. I chose Ultimate Air based on recommendations of other Fernley residents and am happy I did. Shawn came out and had my ac diagnosed and fixed for my wife and kids in about 20 minutes. Price was better than expected. Only downside was they were backed up so had to wait 2 days for it to get fixed. Other than that awesome experience.

Called several Fernley AC service providers and Ultimate Air gave me a next day appointment. Shawn was in front of my house at 7:45, diagnosed the issue, repaired it, gave me a very reasonable bill, took payment via card, and was on his way in a half hour.

I met with Shawn (Owner) at my home and discussed a new H/VAC system for my home, Shawn very knowledgeable in his business broke down and explained to me items needed, and type of system.
The estimate will cost you a service call fee to cover time and fuel, this fee will be applied to a purchase.

Way overpriced charged $380 for 5 minutes work…had to wait all weekend for part I could have bought at ace hardware for $50 cheaper…so for part that should of cost $200 and maybe 10 minutes time he charged $580 …and had to wait. All weekend…do yourself a favor and use anyone else…

Shawn was amazing. Called at the last minute on a Friday when our a/c went out. He was here within the hour. Awesome prices. Super personable and helpful. So happy with this service!!! Definitely easy better pricing than All hours air!! Thank you Shawn!! We will be using them to put a whole new system in!

Honestly if I could give UltimateAir a high score believe me they deserve it I had called them explaining my situation and what was going with my hvac unit was given an appointment right away .

Quick and helpful in a very stressful moment! He made my crisis feel like a breeze. Pun intended, since my AC was out

AC unit stopped working suddenly the night before and we couldn't figure out what was going on; breaker wasn't tripped and thermostat wasn't showing any errors. But the main fan unit/ condenser outside wasn't running.

I called around and and ended up calling Ultimate Air by chance and at first they had me set up for the next day due to them being so busy. But then they called me back about 30 minutes later and asked if they could come out in the next half hour or so as they were running ahead of schedule. I was home that day so I said yes and they were here right on time!

The tech (sadly I didn't catch his name) pops in, takes a quick look at the thermostat, then goes outside and, after using the safety disconnect, opens up the side panel in the AC unit and within seconds was able to tell what happened and what needed to be replaced. He even told me what happened (loose connections causing a failure) and even showed me how loose it was and tightened up all the connections on both the main AC unit and the safety disconnect as well.

The tech was quick, kind and courteous and was in and out in about 15 minutes! Awesome service! 5 or of 5, would recommend and use again!

Also, a side note: Yes they can take Android pay

I have used these guys for multiple issues and maintenance calls. They have always been available that day, without some emergency charge. Service is great and the technicians are knowledgeable. No complaints whatsoever.

Woke up to my house at 50 degree. Not knowing much more than having Shawn out a year prior when we moved in to get our wiring finished to a new thermostat I called him. Within 10 minutes he called me back, was at my house within 5 minutes to get me a replacement part. On top of that he replaced my filter that I had not done which saved me from trying to shimmy up a ladder to do so. So amazing and professional and one of the best I have worked with!

Anthony was fantastic! Great customer service and very informative! Peace of mind was given today because we were told something else was going on with our system. We highly recommend and appreciate this local business!

The technician came in with a fix-it attitude, he was very thorough and willing to listen to my concerns. Would recommend over all other HVAC companies in the area without a doubt!!

I've used them twice in 2020. Once for an ac issue and the other for the furnace. They are seriously sooooo quick to get over. The first time I called they were in the area and arrived within 15 minutes of my request.
They have good rates.
They also watch out for issues that are caused by tenants if they are at fault. ( Not changing an air filter etc)
They communicated this issue well to my tenant and let me know too. It made the convo with my tenant a lot easier since he was expecting he'd have to pay for the repair.

Owner himself came out to do a check up on a combined heater and ac unit. Very knowledgeable, on time, and went above and beyond with fixing a ducting in the house. Fantastic service.

I was referred to Ultimate Air as a potential servicer for my on-demand Navien hot water heater. Sean arrived on the agreed date, on time, and performed the initial diagnostic. He then returned 2 days later with all the parts, sent in by mfr under warranty, and completed the repair. Franky, he billed me somewhat less for labor than he had a right to. The repair was affordable and I sighed with relief....and a shower. He was very professional, got right down to work each time, and didn't dilly-dally. He is now our HVAC servicer and I won't hesitate to call him again when needed.

The experience my family had with UltimateAir was truly amazing. We had an AC unit installed on our new home by a Reno company that you have likely heard of. That installation was not to our satisfaction, the house was not cooling properly and running constantly.

I gave Shawn a UltimateAir a call and he asked me the questions the other company had not. He was able to identify the short falling of the unit on our home and even had recommendations as to what he believed the fix to be.

The installation team was very respectful and communicative. They had a new unit installed and my home was keeping cool within a few hours of their arrival. After using a faulty piece of equipment for 3 weeks this was a fantastic relief.

Even though Shawn doesn't spell his name correctly (Sean), he and his team are a wonderful group of people that care about the customer they are servicing. Their price CANNOT be beat and neither can the positive attitude they deliver to your home!!!

So impressed with their service! They were quick to respond and service our leaking water heater a few months back. Recently our swamp cooler stopped working just as the weather was starting to get really hot. Again - they were super quick to respond and got us all taken care of. Very professional and kind - especially with my two little toddlers running around bugging them while the worked. I can’t recommend them enough!

Our air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling the house so I had called Ultimate Air and Shawn and another gentleman came out that day. They looked at everything and it was working but the coil was dirty. They did everything they could and said if I had more problems to call. Well that night it was still not working so I called and they came back out the next day, cut out the coil and cleaned it. It was disgusting! They got everything back together and now my house is finally cold again. Thank you Ultimate Air for making sure my kids and dogs didn't have to suffer! 20/10 definitely recommend them

I called three local businesses to service my HVAC and furnace, and of those three ultimate air LLC was the only to return my phone call. The owner Sean was kind, knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he recommended to be done, so I could clearly understand. I have to say I've never experienced the level of professionalism, while being humble and kind. He had brought one of his employees, Mike, whom in addition was kind, knowledgeable, and humored by kids. They made the most of their time with one man per project, answering any and all questions myself and husband had with a smile. Cannot forget to mention they were not at all afraid of my three kids, whom are the ages of five and under! Air conditioning stopped working Friday at 6:00pm and I called Ultimate Air. Though they were closed for the weekend, Shawn opened his shop on a Saturday morning so I could pick up the parts I needed to replace myself. Thank you so much as we are enjoying the a/c now!

We had our conditioner looked at. Staff arrived when scheduled and repairs done. Although we were warned that they are more expensive, we didn't realize how much more expensive they are. Our neighbor was having a similar service done later that day, and her repair man shared how much he would have charged for the service which was about $250 less. Just make sure that you get a second opinion. I just don't like feeling ripped off.

Seriously cannot rave more about these guys! At eight months pregnant we had been without A/C for three days. The assigned contractor from our home warranty wasn’t going to be available for over a week! I called Ultimate Air and they were literally at our house within half an hour- A/C fixed within another half hour. Can’t thank Sean and Cooper enough!! Top notch guys, top notch company. You won’t regret giving them your business!

Literally the best service you could ask for.

Late one night I Facebook messaged ultimate air, I had heard only good things about them, and Sean. So when looking for quotes for a central AC, i decided to message them around 7PM at night, well past regular business hours.

Much to my surprise i got an immediate response, asking me to call Sean on his cell phone (number provided). He told me he had just finished up a job and could either schedule a time to come an explain their prices with me/quote me, or come RIGHT NOW. He was at my house less then 15 minutes, and had not only looked at my central furnace and AC install requirements, but had also installed my original furnace back in 96' (he knew when it was built too haha!)

He sat down with me and explained their pricing and options for systems, Which were the best ive seen and were extremely reasonable.

I am definitely having ultimate air install my AC. Their level of Professionalism, Concern for the Community's heating and cooling needs, and Pricing has FAR exceeded my expectations.

If you need any Heating/Cooling work, Call them Today!!!!

I had Ultimate Air install my central AC unit, they did a quick, clean and professional job and had it done within the week. Expert service, the crew was very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough walk through of my new system, and ensured everything was working properly and blowing cold air before cleaning up and heading out!

So incredible! Our heater stopped working and I had called another company at first and they never got back to me. Ultimate Air had my appointment set up within 15 minutes and had everything taken care of in only an hour. So speedy and reliable! Ultimate Air will continue to get my business.

Very friendly phone and in person service. I had called for an appointment at 4:30pm on a Friday and they amazingly had Shawn out to my place within 3 hours! He was very quick to fix the problem and very nice to work with. Highly recommended.

Shawn came in to install a tank less water heater and he was prompt and willing to work with us. Though stores around here will sell you a tank less, none carry the special venting for lo Nox type. The brand they recommended works with PCV, but the water heater was installed in a few hours and when the venting came in, finished for use in a few hours, Cleared the permit fast. The cost was reasonable and the work well done.

Oh Yeah!!! I gotta agree this outfit is great! Spoke to Shawn about an hour ago and set up an appointment around 4 pm. Next thing I know he's at my front door letting me know he's here! Shawn came out on a weekend to fix our A/C. He worked quickly and was so so kind. I’m thankful that when I went down the list for techs on google he was the only one that answered his phone at 9pm on a Friday night!
