I needed a complete re-roof soffits fascia and gutters. They did a fantastic job. I I'm extremely pleased with their focus on a quality installation. They were fast and efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. This is hard to find nowadays and I would recommend KMK to anyone who truly needs this type of maintenance and replacement on their home! A++

We used KMK to replace our roof, siding, gutters. Skylights and windows. The team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. Kmk did a great job. They installed brand new gutters similar to the price point of another company who just wanted to repair them. I love my new gutters. I look forward to using their service again.

I usually don’t write reviews, but very disappointed in this business. One of their team members came out to look at my roof and said he would get back to me in a couple of days with a quote. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. In that timeframe I have been calling and emailing and not one response back.

The best question to ask any homeowner about a contractor is: “Would you hire them again?” As a customer of KMK, my answer is: “Yes, without hesitation.” Their sales and office staff are responsive and knowledgeable. They are easily available and eager to help; just a phone call away. Their workers are true craftsmen who take real pride in their work. They want to get it right. And, they clean-up after themselves perfectly and leave the job site just like they were never there. Hire these people and you will not have any regrets.

We hired KMK for replacement of windows and siding damaged during a fire. Though their price was decent and the sales guy was initially responsive, we had to contact them repeatedly to check on the status of our job. They didn't even care to tell us that our window order was delayed from the manufacturer - I doubt they were even aware of the fact until we called to check. We had to call multiple times to get the job scheduled and then follow-up on getting the job finished seemed incumbent upon us. They left nails laying all over our property, had a spray foam gun explode during the job and didn't clean-up the mess until we refused to pay until it was cleaned. The first day on the job, one guy said they'd be back the next day to finish up - they never showed and didn't even call. We had to call them repeatedly. During the visit to measure, one guy told us they'd trim out the new windows on the interior - we later learned that he misspoke, that was not included in the price. Disappointing, frustrating to work with and very disorganized. Do not recommend KMK.

The KMK crew (2 Rolph's and Derek) did an extremely excellant job in repairing/rebuilding the chimney chase, installing cedar shakes and all other repairs to the outside of our home. It looks GREAT! It was a pleasure to work with your crew!

Kenny and his team did an amazing job re-siding our house. Kenny was very helpful and informative when dealing with our insurance company. Kenny and his team were the best! They went over and above replacing our siding and listened to and addressed all of our concerns. They also had great ideas and paid extra attention to detail. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be any happier. Our house looks absolutely beautiful thanks to KMK Residential Restorations Inc! We recommend highly!!!

Kenny walus pulled over to help out my wife in a time of need with a tire swap . The care and time to take out his day which was actually took him 10 minutes.10 stars if I could .

UPDATE:another adjuster came out he was great, very knowledgeable, good at his job. Seems trustworthy. Great attitude! Came in the time promised. I believe in second chances. We will see how it goes. If all goes well will up the ⭐ to 5. Lady that answers the phone is wonderful!
Never showed up for the appointment. I called to make sure it was at 10:00 a.m. and she confirmed that and told me he'd be there shortly that was at 10:12 a.m. at 10:40 he was not here. I called they would not answer the phone. I left a message telling them don't bother. From my experience people that have American or family-owned in their business are the worst of the worst. Had instinct they would be late. If you cannot honor your appointment times how can ANYONE trust their work? They are worthless to me.

They did an excellent job of my complete roof replacement. Chris responded positively and professionally to all my questions and concerns.They were on time and responsive from the initial call to set up the quote to completing the job. I highly recommend them. Kai Koopmann runs a top notch business!

Great Business! I've used them a couple of times now. Most recently I called Kai after an exceptionally heavy streak of snowstorms left ice dams on my roof. They had begun to build up water and were leaking in my front window. They also replaced the flashing around my chimney last year when it began to leak. I definitely recommend calling them for all your roofing needs.

I met with Chris to get an appraisal done for all of the repairs needed. He was excellent to deal with and also was great with follow-up. Job was performed very well. Have no complaints at all and would highly recommend using this company.

Great company, owner, and team of guys to work with. Kai came out to give me a quote on a new roof. His attitude and attention to detail sold me on him and his company, and his price was just icing on the cake. Even with a weather delay it was only about two weeks and the roof was installed. The guys working were great, and I’d love to have them for other projects as well. If you want quality work with a local company that knows and cares about its customer base, then KMK is the best choice.

Kai and the team at KMK were great to work with! They were very thorough, accessible, responsive, detail-oriented and professional throughout the whole process of replacing our roof, siding, window trims, shutters and gutters. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and our house looks even better than we expected. The team completed the job quicker than planned, despite a few small projects we added on. From handling insurance claims to picking out the design and aesthetics of the exterior, they were consultative and collaborative with us along the way. In an industry where it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor, KMK is credible, puts the customer first, and always kept our best interests at the forefront. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful work! We love our new gutters and rhino gutter guards! Very professional and work was completed in a very timely manner. They were not the lowest quote, but we believe they were the lowest for the high quality of work and materials used!

These guys did the siding on my house and it looks fantastic, always on time and very professional workers. I would recommend them to anyone.

We could not be happier with KMK. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had damage from a storm and needed a new roof, gutters, screens, garage doors and pool cover. They came out quickly and assessed the damage, contacted our insurance and scheduled the work to be done. It was really effortless for us. The groups for roof, gutters, siding and garage were professional and knew their jobs well. Very experienced craftsmen.

Even though the windows on the street side of the house were recently installed by a different contractor, KMK re-wrapped them so they matched the rest of the house!! Something I or many homeowners would have never thought of. Excellent work by all!

We had new siding, soffits, and gutters with gutter guards installed.
Joe was very helpful and responsive implementing the project. There were a few bumps along the way but were handled properly and to our satisfaction. They did what they said they were going to do and more!

Kai was very helpful and always available to meet or chat about our project.

We had new gutters and gutter guards installed and so far all of our drainage and overflow problems are solved! Joe and his team were great. On time, on budget, and cleaned up after they were done.

We hired KMK to put up new gutters. While doing the measurements he pointed out that the roof had not been done properly. The roof was brand new. While KMK offered to redo it we contacted the roofer as it was warrantied and they redid it. However if it weren't for their attention to detail we would not have know the shingles had been put on incorrectly. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with KMK. Joe was very helpful and patient with us throughout the process. He helped us by getting what we needed when our insurance company was not wanting to budge but eventually they did. Joe checked in multiple times throughout the repair process to make sure everything was going ok and again when the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. The workers were on time every day and were always nice. I would definitely use KMK again to have any repairs done to our home and highly recommend them to others.

They did a very good job for a very reasonable price. Their sales rep., Chris, was very courteous and friendly, and he gave me a great quote, and they stood behind the quote and did not ask for a penny more despite some more related work that came up during repair. They were decent and honest.

The ONLY reason I gave them 5 stars is there isn't a Higher Score!!!! AWESOME work. Awesome clean up. Not a nail left behind and a SUPER QUALITY JOB!! I can't recommend these guys any Higher!! They are AWESOME PLUS 10!

We made the absolute best best decision in choosing KMK for roofing and siding. They kept to their very-competitive quote, completed the jobs in a timely manner, installed quality materials, and finished the projects flawlessly. Their rep, Joe Jochem, is honest, congenial, and a joy to work with. Besides the beautiful transformation of our exterior, the biggest benefit for me was the detailed prep work-- We haven't had a single mouse in the house since KMK completed the job months ago!

Great job on removal and replacement of roof on 3 car detached garage and home, gutter guards for both but a little worker carelessness on the finish work on 3 skylights. Immediately sent someone to solve this problem. Highly recommend.

Kia and Joe were both great to work with. They both brought a great deal of insight and professionalism to the table. I would highly recommend them to any of my close friends and would certainly use them again. The work they did was fantastic and I get alot of compliments from neighbors!

And they were very professional and courteous when working on my roof and siding. They came when they said they were going to come. My house looked so nice that my neighbors asked for their number and use them also.

Kai and his workers were extremely attentive to detail. They worked tirelessly from 8AM until 6-7PM at night and were able to finish the job in one day. I’ll be coming back for my siding and windows after they did such a great job on my roof.

We had our siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, a bay window, and multiple other windows replaced. I had hail damage to my home last spring. Chris from KMK was very patient and helpful in walking me through the whole process. The install crew did a great job on my roof and siding and I could not be happier.

After my home was damaged by a hail storm, there was a "hail" of companies that desended upon my neighborhood, after getting a few quotes and talking to a few contractors who just didn't give me a good vibe, I checked the BBB website and found KMK, I decided to call them, that was a great decision their service is amazing, Chris took care of everything, and I'm not easy to deal with I'm very indecisive, but Chris was very patient and guided me through the process, my home looks amazing they did a excellent job! I highly recommend this company.

Kai and his team did a phenomenal work on my home. KMK redid the entire outside of the home, including roof, siding, gutters. Kai was easy to get a hold of, very responsive, and always made sure I was happy with the end result. I would most definitely refer KMK to others for any work needed to be done.

I selected KMK to repair hail storm damage on four houses and an detached garage. The work entailed roofing, painting, window and door replacements. I was very pleased with the quality of work performed. The various work crews did professional work leaving the job site clean and neat. My sales person , Chris, was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use KMK for other work in the future.

I cannot express my disappointment enough. It took Kai and KMK 90 days to complete the work on my house. I hired KMK to replace my roof, downspouts and facia. During that time frame on four occasions they made a demand for final payment before the work was completed. They on two occasions threatened to lien my house before the work was completed. Kai would place blame on me for KMK not completed the work in a timely manner. I had to leverage an attorney general complaint to complete the work. I would not recommend. I would avoid at all costs. After I posted this review Kai threatened to sue me if I did not remove this review. Petty.

Beware, company is not upfront with all costs. Does not communicate with the homeowner when outside work is contracted out and at the cost that it is done at.I’m still dealing with bills from an outside contractor that kmk called in to assist them almost 1 year later after job completion.

6 year Update:

Wow okay Kai, 6 years later to give a rebuttal. Get your facts straight especially when the same contractor (your friend) gave you 5 stars as a customer review to boost your GMB rating (a shocker). Maybe you should talk to him as I have all my receipts that people are paid before you are sent a cease and desist.

Great Experience. KMK patched holes in my drywall. They did a wonderful job. The price was competitive and the technician was detailed and meticulous.

KMK has been great to work with! They were able to help us on multiple projects: roof, gutters, fascia, and soffit. Helpful, professional, and responsive - I would definitely recommend them.

They did a good job fixing the leak in our roof. They provided us with a reasonable quote. We had some misunderstanding with the roof repair but they resolved the miscommunication appropriately. I will definitely call this company again.

They did a wonderful job with our siding for the entire house. They took their time and did it right! I would recommend them.

They did a great job, came out and gave the best quote out of all 5 companies I had out and they even did a few minor patches free of charge to hold me over through the stormy weather until they could replace it so no further damage would be done. Highly recommend them

Fantastic company from start to finish! They did a tremendous job! Took care of the insurance back and forth which for new homeowners who don’t quite know it all just yet was awesome! Highly highly recommend!!!

Worked with KMK for interior restoration after some water damage. Very responsive and quick turnaround to get the wet drywall, carpet and painting fixed and finished. Joe was extremely responsive and explained everything very thoroughly. We are looking forward to working with them again on our siding this summer.
