TY's RV Sales and Service Installed a new roof on our RV, Park Model with 2 lofts. They found and replaced 2 sections of plywood that were in bad condition.
On the nearly flat roof over the 2 lofts, they sealed the plywood with a special material then installed top quality roof shingles over the entire unit.
As a courtesy, Ty also replaced the roof on our 6X8 shed.
I'm very happy with their work and the quality of the products they used. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and understood the work we needed. They are a good neighbor in Wells, Maine.

Ty and the crew did an excellent job conducting an extensive overhaul on our Class-C cabin top attic. We would highly recommend them for your camper or RV service needs in Southern Maine. The quality of the workmanship is well worth the patience it will take to get it done right and for a good price.

TY's RV has performed multiple jobs for us. New shingle roof, installed wash n dryer, added electrical outlets to porch, replace a hot water heater. Replaced a busted water hose on a holiday weekend! The work is always professional, staff is great , very dependable

Whether it’s a big job or a small job Ty’s Rv can get it done. There is not a job too small or too big and he always does quality work. He is the first person I would call.

Ty's is a great shop and their service is excellent. If you need parts for your RV, you can find it at Ty's or they'll get it for you. If you need repairs to your unit, they are very responsive and will get the job done right. Ty's recently installed our hot water heater and it works great!

Is a locally owned business with very personal service either dealing directly with Ty any of his staff, you feel that they care I’ve been doing business with him for three years and would not go around

Absolute trash. We had agreed on buying a camper from them that they decided to sell out from under us not 24 hrs before we were supposed to pick it up. We traveled pretty far and held up our end of the deal, they did not. There was zero communication on their end and zero professionalism. If I were you I’d stay away from these people I’m sure there’s plenty of other places in the area to go.

Picked up my SunRay 149 from Ty’s RV sales after working a deal via phone/email. They are VERY straightforward to work with, no hidden surprises. They have a very good selection of accessories inside. Thank you for setting me up!

I am rating them for the quality of work. They installed a new skirt for me. I waited because they are super busy. Best looking skirt in the park. Excellent clean up. No problems at all. Having them come back to install washer/dryer hookup. Tim and Jeff nailed it.

We visited the store to inquire about having a new awning installed on our travel trailer. We were instructed to send the particulars via email, which we did later that day. After a week with no response, we called the store and spoke to the service manager, who promised to be in touch. Another 2 weeks have passed, and we've heard nothing further. It's obvious that our business is not appreciated. We had wanted to support a local business, but looks like we'll have to attempt this repair ourselves.

Friendly and helpful staff. Needed some parts for our kids trailer that was arriving with a couple of issues. Got what they needed at a reasonable price.
