We just had our roof replaced by Twin Creek Roofing. Terry and Mervin were great to work with and very responsive. They demonstrated honesty and character by following through with what they promised. Their process from beginning to end was very smooth and efficient. The crew did very good work. Our new roof looks great! I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

They did a great job putting brew siding on a detached garage and removed a non functioning chimney, patching and replacing the area with shingles to match the rest of the roof. I appreciate their professionalism and the price couldn’t be beat! I’m a realtor and recommend them to all my clients.

Twin Creeks Roofing just finished my roof today, and I couldn't be more pleased. They arrived before the sun came up and set up their equipment. By the time the sun was up they were on the roof working hard removing the old roof in preparation for the new roof. They worked Non-Stop and finishedthe job by 2:00 p.m. I have a 2800 ft home with a lot of roof area , so having it done in one day was great. They paid particular attention to preventing damage to my landscaping, hot tub, and air conditioning unit by tarping and covering things with plywood. After they finished, they cleaned up and ran a magnet over the yard. The cleanup job was great. They gave me a very fair price, they kept me appraised of scheduling, and delivered what they promised. My new roof looks great.

This is a fantastic company to work with. Terry and Merv (the owner) are fabulous to work with and the crew are very hard workers. Once they started tearing off the shingles, we were all surprised to find layers of cedar shingles under the old shingles. They had to remove everything down to the bare bones and cover the entire roof with plywood. What a job!!!!We love our new roof and we highly recommend Twin Creek Roofing. We will only use them in the future. What a great group of gentlemen!!!!!!

I received a quote back in August and then a few other quotes from other roofing companies for a full replacement. Then in December decided to contact Twincreek Roofing to ask if they would be willing to install before the end of the year. They honored their original quote and were able to install the next week. They started at 7:00 am and were done in 4 hours. They did a great job cleaning up and my family loves the new roof. Amazing service. Everything was quick and easy. I respect the professionalism of Terry and Merv and others on their team. They communicated throughout the process were able to provide the service so quickly.

2 other companies came out to give us estimates. Merv came out and patched our roof (no charge) gave us an estimate and helped us deal with insurance. Great communication throughout the long process. On install day Merv and crew were great. Removed and installed our roof in 1/2 a day. Everything was very detailed and professional right down to cleanup.

Westerville, Ohio I had hail damage on a 18 yo asphalt roof. I looked at three companies and choose Twincreek Roofing based on an honest approach. I meet with Terry and Merv and they came in with an equitable bid on the job. They had an all Amish crew and showed up at 06:30 and were working by 6:45. Their team did a great job on prep and tear off and trapped all my flowerbeds. I do a lot of my own building projects and I was quite impressed with there meticulous work. I had 44 squares of material and a small outbuilding. They were done cleaning up by 11:45. What an outstanding outfit. They cleaned everything like they were not even there. I would Highly recommend this group when you need a new roof. Pleased as Punch!

Twin Creek Roofing is by far the best roofing company we have worked with! When it comes to hiring roofing professionals, we most strongly recommend hiring them before anyone else! We had a pretty extensive repair very visible on the front of our house that Merv and his team corrected. Not only did they arrive on time to perform the repair work along with clean up, but they were able to complete the repair work to where you cannot even see where the shingles, roof sheeting, etc. were replaced! We were concerned with it being on the front of our house (Shingles were 18 years old!), but Merv reassured us and true to his word...it looks amazing! For any roof repair or replacement, we will be calling Twin Creek Roofing for now on!

Several of my neighbors had their roofs replaced by TwinCreek. I liked what I saw and gave them a call. Scheduled a date and time and got my new roof. Being a roofer myself I found a few things that didnt meet my standards and the very next day after my call Merv had guys there to correct the issues. Thanks for the fast service. Merv and his team worked directly with my insurance company to get my roof replacement paid for by insurance (less the deductible of course). The crew showed up on time and incredibly tore off and replaced my entire roof in less than 3 hours! I hopefully won’t need another roof in my lifetime but if I do, I won’t hesitate to use Twin Creek again.

Don’t hesitate to hire this company. I had wind damage from back in March and from the time it happened the experience with Twin Creek was great. They came out to tarp the damage until the insurance was able to inspect and a verdict was reached, came out when the adjuster came, and worked with me and the insurance to get me a favorable outcome of getting a full roof replacement.

My roof was just installed today and the good experience continued. The roof looks amazing and there isn’t any mess left in the yard. They also did all the work, removal and reinstall, in half a day! You can’t complain about anything they do. Merv the owner is great to work with. If you need a roof I would call them immediately.

Called them for an estimate on siding & roof repair from storm damage. They were very responsive and worked with our insurance company to to get us a new roof & fixed our siding to match perfectly! They kept us informed when the shingles were running late from the manufacturer. They worked efficiently and got our old roof torn off & new roof put on in 1 day! They cleaned up all the nails & scraps from the yard which was really nice to not have to worry about any mess being left. Very nice company & would highly recommend them.

I have had this company a roof on two separate properties that I own both times they were there on time very efficient and did an excellent job. When they left you would never know they were there by the cleanup that they did.
