I spoke with Ramon about replacing my roof and he jumped on it immediately always communicated with me. The guys were so professional. The roof was professionally installed and the clean up was like nothing was ever worked on. Wonderful company!!!

Twin Rivers Roofing is the best and we had a great experience from beginning to end. Ramon the general manager was happy to get us a quick estimate for our re-roofing job in Virginia’s Northern Neck. The price was competitive and once we decided to proceed Ramon lent us sample shingles so we could choose the color that worked best. The crew of six showed up on time and did a great job. They carefully collected and removed all trash and dragged a magnet around the house to collect stray nails. We were particularly pleased that our “chimney cricket” was re-constructed in a manner superior to what had existed, and that a peak vent was added (we had none). The job took one long day (7:30 am to 6:30 pm). Ramon checked in by phone before and during the job and came out to personally inspect the work two days later. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and Twin Rivers stands out as one of the best. If you need a roof, you’re not gonna do better than these guys!

DO NOT make the mistake of working with this company. After they installed a very expensive metal roof, I had puddles of water on new hardwood floors that needed to be replaced. 1 year later, I am still chasing leaks and have carbon steel rivets rusting out of my galvalume roof. Please see the attached pictures of some of their mess.

You have no records of there being damage to the living room and bedroom floors before your installation of the roof because none exist. I have PICTURES, witnesses and text chains from your employees illustrating that the roof was "Done" before a rain caused POOLING of water in both areas requiring replacement of boards and refinishing of the entire area.
Additionally, you paid NONE of the damage; rather I short paid the invoice for the documented, provided cost of the repairs that were needed.
Most recently, it was discovered that your installers drove a screw through roof while installing it that hit an electric line resulting in my whole metal roof being charged with 120v also making my ceiling fan unusable. High quality work!

Twin Rivers did such an amazing job on our roofing project for our new house! We needed someone who could respond quickly before closing on our new mortgage and twin rivers not only responded right away but did an excellent job from start to finish.

Booked an appointment a week in advance for someone come out to fix things on roof. I called then on Saturday morning (same day as appointment) to confirm and they said yes someone is going to be here. No one showed up neither called and rescheduled. I called them with no response back. Guess they don’t need any new work. But I wouldn’t trust them for any work!!

I am fairly new to owning a farm with a house and multiple outbuildings that have metal roofs and two with slate roofs. The gentleman who came to my property to look at the roofs was very thorough and spent a ton of extra time explaining in detail my options and roofing in general so I was very comfortable with my choices. He also helped me prioritize the buildings which needed attention first and had great suggestions for improvements that would help with drainage issues and trouble spots. Far, far more knowledgeable and helpful than the other companies who came out to give estimates and at a better price too!!

This company has a very strange way of doing business. To cut a long story short, I eventually got an estimate for a repair of the roof of our bay window, which I signed. After that the job was never scheduled as promised. One I day I looked up and saw the repair was done, but I'm not really happy with how sloppy the job was performed. I called them and left a voicemail and a couple of days later I sent an email. No response, no invoice, nothing. Crickets. I figured they would contact me at some point to collect so I waited. About 2 months later I get an email via Quick Books with my invoice asking for payment. So I respond to Doug, the owner, that I would like him to call me to discuss the job. Again crickets. Maybe this review will get them to respond?

Twin Rivers roofing responds quickly. They came out and did what they could during bad weather and came out again for a more permanent solution. I would highly recommend TR's.

Twin Rivers Rooding is an excellent company. We are very pleased with their work and clean up. The gentlemen who came to work were very informative and professional. The turn around time for services and the help of good weather made for a speedy install. The office staff were very helpful with our questions.
