Twin Pines Home Improvement

Very poor service. I called to get a quote for gutter guards and Craig Schewe came a few days later. He recommended the Rain Drop Gutter Guards. I brought him back to meet with six of our neighbors in subdivision who were also interested based on my recommendation of Twin Pines and this product. Craig never provided quotes to them after several requests. I gave him a verbal go ahead for ours and he never responded with a contract after multiple calls and text messages. I needed some additional trim work for which he also never responded. At least two of us found another company that installed the same brand product with great service and did all of the work needed in a timely, responsive manner. Twin Pines wasted our time and didn't care about the possibility of six customers handed to them.
