We had 2 side by side walk-in closets that were converted into a Jack and Jill bathroom. The process was seamless with work scheduled at different times of the day creating less foot traffic. An email would be sent at the end of the week with a summary of what has been done and what to expect the following week.

The project was completed on time and to our satisfaction.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Wade Design and Construction to our friends. The team did a great job!

This is the fourth bathroom remodel we have done with Wade Design, and, as was the case with the first three, we couldn't be happier with the results. Emily, our designer, was calm, collected, and accommodating when I changed my mind about the vanity top just as she'd finished her design. Same way when she had to pivot when the shower glass we'd picked out unexpectedly was unavailable. Nic, the project manager, was meticulous about keeping me informed as to what would be happening, when. He was able to handle and work around sub-par (1988) original construction, without having us incur any extra expense. He caught, and quickly fixed, the rare glitch that occurred during the course of the project. The crew was careful to clean up after finishing up each day. And, as per our prior experience, Dan, the tile guy, did superb work. I'm almost sorry that we don't have any further remodeling projects on our radar at this point. I wouldn't hesitate to use Wade again and again.

We worked with the Wade team on a fun and unique project that required a lot of detail - finishing a small hidden speakeasy room behind a wall of bookshelves.

The Wade team knocked it out of the park, exceeding expectations! From the initial design with Cody and helping us figure out a way to meet the look we were aiming for while staying in our budget, to Nic ensuring they get every detail in the 6’ x 12’ space looking perfect. We couldn’t be more happy.

We worked with Wade to do a complete demo and redo of our master bath. From start to finish, the work was exceptional. Emily and Michael really listened to what we requested in the planning phase and the outcome was exactly what we wanted. The painters, tilers, etc. were all high quality and very friendly. Zach kept us apprised each week on progress and we always knew what to expect. If there was an issue, it was resolved easily but there weren’t many. And best of all it was finished on time! Highly recommend.

We can’t thank the Wade team enough! We had a vision for our basement and they delivered. They addressed our concerns, communicated updates, and found creative ways to make the space perfect for our family. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Wade did a beautiful job on a remodel of two bathrooms in our home. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but their communication is absolutely unparalleled. I’ve never experienced anything close with any previous construction or remodeling project. My wife and I knew exactly what was going to happen day to day, and any concerns that we had (which were few) were addressed professionally and immediately. After interviewing a number of different construction partners we chose Wade based on multiple word of mouth recommendations and their strong focus on quality. We felt supported during all phases of the project including the design/vision process, preparation, execution and we even keep in touch after the remodel was finished. Wade earned our complete trust as we ran into some unique obstacles based on the age of our home and prior remodel jobs. They somehow turned every obstacle into a smooth part of the project and made us feel protected and cared for throughout the process. We recently wrapped up four projects that Wade Design completed for us in our home and honestly could not be happier. Before selecting a business, we asked trusted friends' advice and did our own research. After meeting with Wade, and a few other companies, it was clear who we wanted to proceed with.

I had been wanting to bring laundry to my first floor for several years, but there was no “obvious and easy” place in my home to put it . I talked to many contractors and designers and hadn’t found a solution that wouldn’t have created other issues. Then I talked to Cody who came up with a creative design idea that I hadn’t considered. It was a bit bigger project than I had initially expected, but by moving a wall and relocating a closet we were able to extend an existing bathroom to accommodate the laundry.

The end result? It looks like it belongs, like it was meant to be this way. It looks great and I have just as much if not more storage space .

Nic did a great job at managing the build team. I always knew who would be here and when. All the Wade guys and subs were friendly and professional…

Replacement of a flat roof over the garage with a pitched roof and the addition of storage space. Wade Design and Construction was responsive to our initial inquiry and throughout our project. High quality design and results... love the new roof and space. Highly recommend!

We just finished our second project with Wade Design and are very happy. We added an office and mudroom to our house and they took care of everything. It was all much easier than I expected. They take great care to ensure quality and to disrupt our lives as little as possible.

Overall we've had a great experience with Wade including all persons involved from job estimation, design & selection, construction, and post-completion follow ups. Beyond just the technical know-how and quality workmanship, we really appreciated the level of care and attention to detail our project team gave to us and our project as well as being very proactive and communicative with us as matters came up during the remodeling process. As our first major remodeling project it was very helpful to have potential issues flagged for us during estimation/job planning (e.g., a potential electrical panel replacement) and opportunities to improve our home's function (e.g. upgrades to HVAC ducting with minimal cost/delay) called to our attention during the process. Additionally, Wade was extremely helpful and responsive in helping us repair some minor damage in the refinished area due to a roof leak that occurred after the job wrapped up. We couldn't be more thrilled with the work that Wade has completed and couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with. Shout outs to Cody, Zach, Emily and the rest of the project team for a job well done and very satisfied clients!

I have never worked with a greater group of people! The entire Wade family were part of the design from start to finish. Every contractor that stepped foot in my home were professional, and respectful of not only my home, but of my entire family..to include the dog! I always knew what was going on and when a contractor would be here. They took my thoughts and vision of what the 2 bathrooms should look like and turned them into masterpieces. Highly recommend!

For our kitchen remodel and dining room built in with wet bar, the Wade design company was very good from start to finish with their design, communication and most importantly quality! All of the subcontractors from the demo crew to the electrician, cabinet maker, countertops and painter did great work! AND, despite supply chain issues it was completed within the time they projected! We are very happy with the finished project & will be hiring them again for master bathroom remodel!!

The Wade team helped our family turn our outdated 1950’s ranch into a dream home. They listened to our needs and wants and created a design that fit with the style of our home as well as accommodating our need for more living space. This is my second project with Wade Design and Construction, and everything I said on my first review holds.This is a great company to work with. Not only are they diligent in their work, but they do one thing that most other contractors do not do; they communicate to you about the project. They keep you up to date on a weekly basis as to the status of the project. Their people are truly professional and skilled in their particular specialty. If you need a contractor for remodeling or putting on an addition or in this case building a pergola, do not hesitate to contact them.

My wife and I had Wade Design in to remodel our cramped, 1970's kitchen in 2017 and to re-do our basement in early 2020. Both projects went very smoothly and the results were outstanding. Mike and Kristen are very easy to work with, their subcontractors were on-time and everything just went according to schedule, which I think is probably some of the highest one can give a contractor. When problems arose, Mike and Kristen were very responsive the solutions were perfect. For example, the stairs down to the basement ended too close to the wall to satisfy code, and there was not really room (or cash) to completely re-route the staircase. Mike added a landing to the bottom the stairs that not only satisfies code, but actually makes the stairs more functional.

As new homeowners, we had never conducted a renovation project before and had many questions. After discussing the project with a number of different firms, we opted to work with Wade Design & Construction. They won us over with their compelling vision for the project, quoted at a competitive price point. With the project having recently been completed, we were thrilled with the outcome. We'd highly recommend Wade Design & Construction and we'd look forward to working with them again in the future!

Wade Design and Construction did a phenomenal job for us! They did a complete bathroom remodel for our master bath. Very easy to work with from the initial design stage through completion! We liked them so much we used Wade Design and Construction again for our outdoor kitchen addition, and once again we were very happy.
