Alternative design and construction. Did a full restoration of the exterior of my home. Roofing, siding and new patio door. The team were professional, they worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. They were on point with answering questions and ensuring we were in good hands. Ben the owner has been there to ensure that everything was up to our expectations. He has continued to be there if I have questions for things on the inside of my home. All of my neighbors have praised the work that was done here.

We have had one of our “projects” completed this far. Other than the greatly improved look of our roof, you can’t tell anyone was ever here. They cleaned up completely, which was a concern for me due to our having dogs.

Pete has been easy to work with and I look forward to completing our other projects with Alternative Design.

DEFINITELY 5 STAR: I live in CA and arranged to have some windows on my parents home in WI replaced. Pete was great. He explained everything and when and how it would be done. They completed the work today and I have received several calls from my Mom on how nice the installers were and how wonderful the windows look. Keep in mind these windows were 60+ years old. It was also so easy arranging this with me being in another state. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend Alternative Design & Construction. Had Alternative do a complete exterior job at my home this summer. Let me tell you that if you are going to hire a company definitely choose alternative. Dealing with Peter the whole time went smoothly. Their attention to detail is beyond. Never had a company that the boss man comes and nit picks the details to there workers to get corrected. That says something about there crew! Dont wait call.

Alternative Design/Construction recently completed a new roof replacement on my home. They did an excellent job. The job supervisor was outstanding, the owner, Ben, looked in on the job multiple times daily to make sure things were being done properly. Everything was covered, there was no damage done, cleanup after completion of the job was impeccable. They did everything that was promised and then some for a fair price.

These are the people you want to replace your roof, or any construction project.

They are an awesome company and very cool to come over and take a look at my problem by boat on a Saturday then kept in contact with me and fixed the problem Tuesday. All the companies I called last week never called me back except for on on Tuesday and I said you're all to late and they apologized for not responding quickly

Incredible customer service. The team was quick to respond at every step of the process, they worked with our insurance adjuster. In our case, we had some coverage from our insurance for hail damage to the roof. Even our insurance company commented on how honest and easy they were to deal with. If that’s not a great endorsement, I don’t know what is! Everyone on the team was very professional and the quality of their work was second to none. We are already planning for our next project.

Very simply – an Outstanding Experience!

Our salesperson Peter took the time to walk us through our options for roofing and very clearly explained the removal and installation process. He listened to our questions and concerns and took the time to answer them clearly.

Throughout the installation process Ben, Carlos and Jason ensured that everything ran smoothly. The installation came off beautifully and we were particularly impressed with the painstaking clean up that the entire crew did following the job. They even came back the following day to ensure that any debris that may have come off the roof that evening (it rained) was cleaned up.

Since our installation two weeks ago Ben has checked in a few times to ensure that all is well and that we haven’t seen or experienced any issues.

Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Alternative for your roofing needs!

The guys at Alternative Design and Construction were truly great to work with! - so much so that I was inspired to write my first Google Review ever, lol. After discovering water damage to a significant portion of our ceiling found to be due to hail and wind damage on our steep two story roof, Peter was great in working with our insurance adjuster and helping us through our first-ever insurance claim. He was very helpful in explaining the process end-to-end, and also working to ensure coverage for additional damage and poor original construction that Peter and Ben and their team identified after getting into the job. I am very impressed by their exemplary quality of work and customer service, and was happy they were able to get our job done in a short time even despite the onset of winter. The finished textured ceilings and siding repairs match perfectly, and the roof + gutters (including even higher quality gutter covers than the original) match what we originally had and are great!

Peter and his crew really did a fantastic job with our roof and gutter replacement, and siding and ceiling repairs, and I highly recommend them!

Alternative Design and Construction just completed our roof and it looks fantastic, as promised. The thing I was most impressed with was the communication. When I called, Ben answered the phone. In this day and age, thats a big deal. Pete, our sales guy, also was one step ahead, letting us know what was happening and when to expect the job to be completed. The roofers worked hard, and completed our roof as promised, even though they ran into an unexpected problem. They also cleaned up the yard of all the debris from the roof really well. All I can say is things moved along very smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to all of you!

We had an excellent experience with Alternative Design & Construction - They replaced our roof and it looks fantastic. Ben is very responsive and his entire crew was very professional throughout the process. We have already referred them to others!

Not a fan of heights, approached Alternative Design to mount a new Starlink dish on a high gable end roof line. After completion the dish was not communicating with the router, they came back out and went up on the roof again to check the cable to the dish connection, it appears that after tacking the cable down the roof line the plug came disconnected ever so slightly, Jason found this issue and corrected it. Very happy with the service, response, and outcome!

I was very pleased with the work on my house after storm damage. Every thing that was promised was completed.
