Twain was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He installed a new water heater and shower diverter for us. Everything is above code and looks great. He also pushed at The Home Depot to make sure we saved as much money at possible.

The initial gate we had was awful. All of the bolts ripped out of the masonry block. It was done by jokesters prior. Twain was able to come in within a budget about we could personally afford as well as workmanship unlike any other contractor that we've had at our house. Right from the start he was very responsive. His approach and authenticity was fantastic! For future repair needs I will definitely be keeping Twain in mind.

Thanks for taking on a tricky task of being able to repair the masonry block to put our gate backup. We moved into this house several years ago and it's 10 times better than it was when we moved in!

Twain was thorough and collaborative. My Door was kicked in and caused a lot of damage to my door frame (self inflicted unfortunately LOL). Twain arrived, evaluated the damaged, put together a contract, estimate and went immediately to work. In doing so, Twain was able to secure my home while guiding me through the entire process so I was consistently in the loop.
He worked with me in regard to purchasing the style of door I wanted (that would also be the best quality for the price) and deciding what paint I wanted.

I hired Twain's Handyman Home Repair and Remodeling, LLC. to fix a leak in my living room ceiling. It was corrected with a large drop tarp in the attic. I would not let Twain remove my roof to fix the leak. Because of my budget did not permit for it. He was able to stop the leak in the attic, and after several rain storms. The leak has not returned. He painted my whole living room, ceiling and walls. He repaired the damaged drywall, and textured it. Twain showed up on time, communicated well, and kept me advised of all the stages of the project. He did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project. He took his time and did a great job, instead of rushing through the project. Since then I have had Twain do my exterior electrical lighting, my landscaping. Twain put in a new grass lawn for me. It looks great. He also was able to repair and get my fountain operational. Twain specializes in home remodeling. But I had him do my home repairs. He does the big projects and also the small ones too. The great thing is he is licensed, bonded, and fully insured. We called Twain for a kitchen dome ceiling remodeling. We were not disappointed. Twain was very professional, easy to talk to and communicated to us in every step of the remodel. He completely removed the out dated dome, florescent lights and old fan. He drywalled, rewired the area, installed LED Halo fixtures, painted and applied a beautiful wood border and new fan. His suggestions were right on and made our kitchen stunning and elegant. Twain was always on time, never late, does quality work and is trustworthy. We highly recommend Twain for your home remodeling. We will definitely use Twain in the future for any remodeling on our home.

Handyman services are not suppose to do but small jobs or they need to be licensed with the state (ROC). "Arizona law allows unlicensed contractors to perform certain jobs as long as they cost less than $1,000, including labor, materials and other items. This is commonly referred to as Arizona's "handyman" exemption for a limited range of services." This is for your protection too.

Regarding the below response, it's all a total fabrication, I never initiated any business with this company nor do I have a son. The point I was making is an ROC is not a handyman and a handyman is not an ROC by legal definition. Any job over $ 1K or more requires a full ROC license in the specified field for the consumer's protection, simple facts that are being blurred by the business name and due diligence to check for their licensing credentials and or complaints with the ROC is up to the consumer and the company should supply you with their ROC # to look it up if they have one. Although any complaints "resolved" and no longer "open" can only be viewed by going to the ROC office directly. BTW, I was not the customer you are portraying, but it's interesting the problems you are having and how you respond to them.

Twain completely transformed my kitchen. He replaced my window with a smaller window which entailed matching the masonry on the exterior wall. He removed the awful fluorescent lights in the soffit and installed LED fixtures. Besides gutting the whole room, he also resurfaced the walls so they looked brand new! He also moved plugs, and did all the plumbing.

Twain is very easy to work with. Very receptive to your ideas but never afraid to offer suggestions (you don't know what you don't know!). I'm SUPER happy with the results!

High quality work: Twain is prompt and thorough with his work. He is up front. He describes the work and materials required. He keeps client informed at every step so there are no surprises. He was able to take care of a variety of projects for me. For the house exterior painting he caulked every leak and repaired fascia. Painting was excellent. House looks like new. Paint on fence covers water marks from neighbor's sprinkler. Restored appearance of gate. Repaired broken window. For the interior he repaired holes in the ceiling. Looks like they were never their. When I had new counter top and sink installed he connected plumbing and repaired dry wall in a very tight area. I would definitely hire him again. Well worth it!

Twain helped me with a few things around the house including some Ring floodlights. I really appreciated his honest approach and wealth of experience. High quality work and great communication.

We enjoyed having Twain work on a couple of projects. The main one was a walk in closet that we are having redone. Twain did the tear out, patched and texturized the walls, and painted. The work and communication was excellent. We will be using him to remodel a bathroom.

Twain has been our go-to repair man and reno guy for several years now. Our roof was damaged 6 years ago in a hail storm and the fly-by-night contractor that the home owner's insurance company paid to put on a new roof didn't seal any of the new shingles to the flashing, so we had major leaks come monsoon season. Come to find out the company didn't exist anymore. We were referred to another company who wanted $250 just to come out - that didn't include labor or supplies! Twain fixed it for $200 total including repairing the rain gutter that was pooling rather than draining downhill.

A year later the roof started to sag really badly. It turned out the same roofing company bounced the new air conditioner off the roof so hard that 1 rafter broke completely and 2 more were badly cracked. Twain sistered the joists for us and brought the roof back to normal for about $300.

This year he did a full remodel of our family room removing dated wall mounted flourecent fixtures, an old improperly mounted fan, and a popcorn ceiling. He rewired up to code, did a nice smooth ceiling, mounted 9 LED pot lihts and a modern fan with multiple switches. He also did a perfect patch job where the old fixtures had been and painted everything a nice bright white.

Twain is fast, personable, honest, and affordable. I definately would reccomend his services.

Today, 4-5-15, Twain secured a towel rack that had fallen in the bathroom, caulked grout cracks around the shower, and fixed a kitchen drawer that had derailed. In addition, to avoid further stress on my kitchen cabinet rail wall mounts, Twain installed knobs on the kitchen cabinets. He did an excellent job on everything and even explained the whys and wherefores as he worked. This excellent business owner knows building and repair very well, as he proved to me not only when he came out to do the estimate, but also as he made good on the items we contracted for. I am already requesting that Twain do more work for me. He is extremely professional and courteous, and through interaction demonstrates that he highly values a personal and equitable customer relationship. I believe you will be amazingly satisfied with his work in every way.

In July 2019 remodeled my hallway bathroom. I am very pleased with the result. Twain helped me to choose materials and fixtures and worked consistently until the job was done.
