James was very responsive to all of my questions. His crew did a fabulous job on installing a new stamp and stain concrete patio. They also installed sod around the new patio.

James installed a stamped patio, retaining walls, and ran an electrical line for a new hot tub. He was at the site everyday and stayed in constant communication.

This company’s workers and representatives went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful for their team who worked to get the hail damage fixed to our home with added safety measures during this covid pandemic while I also was taking my chemo and radiation treatments with multiple surgery procedures. The added stress on top of my health treatments and repairs were handled like a charm; which took a lot of worry off the work so I could concentrate more on my cancer and recovery. Justin, for that you and your team will never be forgotten. Thank you for putting us as your customers first and giving us service that was beyond exceptional, Justin Landon. This my first major project on my house and James was very helpful and patient. We found several issues with my house that were there previously that he walked me through and made recommendations on how to fix. Plus he was EARLY with completion on an already tight timeline. I also have an elderly dog who he and his team were great around. I am very happy with my new bathroom and I would highly recommend James and his team!

Quality work performed and finished on schedule. Was affordable based on estimates I received from other Omaha contractors. Good communication and always followed up with me in a timely manner.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm frustrated at not only the ethics of James but of this company for not acknowledging valuable feedback. It's unfortunate that a victim of fraud and unfinished work has been the only one questioned in the scenario. If the instances that occurred while this man was working at the job in question are keeping him from finishing that job than that should be clarified and the job finished by someone else. Word of mouth is a strong thing when it comes to advertising and I can guarantee you that I will not knowingly allow anyone to seek services from you or James until and probably after this has all been resolved.
