I chose to email the store in an effort to get information on standing seam metal roofing that my contractor was going to purchase from your company. To date, I have never been contacted by any representative of your business. Unacceptable on any level, but considering the lack of shopping going on in the retail world, it seams that a salesman would have been extremely excited at the opportunity to sell several thousand dollars worth of roofing, lumber etc. over twenty days have passed.
Also, I find your website almost as helpful as the folks answering (not) emails. You solicited a review from me. I did not seek out a means of dumping this negative review on you. The service and follow though is everything in the retail world. You failed me and lost a big job. I really wanted to keep my money local. It’s hard when you can’t get a return call, email or text.
Their prices are a little higher than Home Depot, but the service is way better.
My load is always loaded up within 10 minutes, the guys are always polite and helpful and its easy to find someone knowledgeable to assist you.
I purchased my framing package (new home) through Tum-A-Lum. There was an issue with a few of the I-Joists. After complaining I got a call from the company's CEO who personally dealt with me and resolved the issue. Pleasantly surprised by that!
