I had my yard trimmed up with a lot of leaves and branches tuck home services came in and gave me a fair price and showed up in a timely manner. They cleaned the yard amazingly and would 100% recommend them to everyone. I will be using their services again come spring time :)

Allen is total trash. Told me he wanted to expand into my area and was eager for my work. After several times on the phone with him, I scheduled an appointment and drove 4.5 hours each way JUST to meet him. Then he cancelled the night before our appointment and told me I'm SOL. Tried to blame me for his incompence when he doesn't know me from Adam.

Uodate Reply: I wasn't pushy or irate. I simply asked why Allen told me he wanted to offer a 20% discount to get me as a new customer because he wanted to "Expand into Lincoln, NH" and get new cusotmers there only to blow me off completely after I drove 9 hours total for NOTHING. Apparently he didn't like that question

Jesse and his crew are top notch.

We, HOA Board, contracted with Tuck's to maintain common land areas such as our 3 Cul De Sac's and Fire Cistern within our development, and to plow and sand 3 roads this past winter (2024). His teams response during snow and freezing events was amazing. Our roads were plowed and sanded so that we could all get to work on time and never miss out on a Powder Day.

Our residents are all quick to make mention of the great work his team has done w spring cleanups, summer mowings, and fall maintenance.

We worked with Jake and Jared from Tuck to renovate our vacation home. From our initial conversation, I knew we were in good hands! Our scope of work was extensive and our timeline was short, however, that did not concern Tuck at all! They immediately jumped into action and finished our job, not just in time, but earlier than expected! The communication was honest, concise, and quick. We did a full kitchen gut, renovated 2 full bathrooms, installed new lights, painted the entire home, replaced flooring, converted a bathroom into a storage area and installed new trim. They even helped when our furniture delivery fell through and saved us in the 11th hour. We live out of state and it can feel scary handing over your new home to someone hours away, but there wasn't 1 second where we didn't feel comfortable or concerned with their level of service and care. I work in the RE industry and have worked with dozens of contractors and builders and I can say hands down, this was my best experience by a mile. The only complaint I have is I wished they were based in Boston because I would refer them to every single one of my clients!

These guys are very responsive and conscientious. They do a great job updating everyone on their plans for upcoming storms. And they are very thorough about their work. I would highly recommend them!

Jake Tuck and his snow removal team do an excellent job. In addition to understanding individual client and corporate needs, their placement of plowed snow, post storm maintenance and management and direct communication with clients pre, during, and post storm events is singular in the white mountains. I describe Jake’s team as one made up of veteran plowmen who know snow and ice, the contours of land, how to get families out and in to their homes safely without sacrificing yards and driveways in doing so; younger men and women who do a hell of a job shoveling and are learning the ropes of plowing by way of traveling and being taught by a generation who have done this since they were very young men with their Dads and brothers. The team is earnest, honest and professional and they want to please. Just as a storm can arrive day or night, Jake’s Team follows the storm and their response, day or night is not needlessly redundant. It is always calm, calculated and consistent.

Jake and his team have been doing home-related projects -- projects large and small -- since the founding of Tuck Home Services, a number of years ago.

In that time they have come to our aid repeatedly for minor and major emergencies, and for minor and major planned projects.

Each and every time, regardless of the circumstances, they have deliver superior work at a fair price.

Here's one recent example. We have a very long, circuitous, unpaved driveway. Historically it has not been a fan of heavy rain. Said another way, it used to wash out. A lot.

So I turned to Jake (why did I wait so long?!).

And, as luck would have it, I did so just before the deluge of late Spring/early Summer, 2023, when it felt like it rained for weeks without end. Mostly in cloud-bursting torrents.

Had any of our previous contractors done the work, the driveway would have washed out in no time.

Bur due to the extraordinary efforts of Jake's team, in spite of the veritable unending deluge, there is not a scar on. Not a rivlet. Not a gully. It is perfectly intact.

I am, of course, delighted. And also amazed. But I am not surprised.

It's simply an example of the work you can count on from Tuck Home Services.

Jake replaced my driveway, did a major drainage and landscape project for me last year; it has held up well and went in exactly as we had designed/discussed.

In addition Jake and his team have completed an extensive restoration of of multiple decks stairways and porch at the home. I can’t say enough about the professional job they did. From the estimate to weekly and sometimes daily updates on the job to the final cleaning and completion. Five stars is an under estimate.

I have used Jake's services for years now. I hired Jake to remove heavy equipment from my home and my business many many years ago. He's been plowing my driveway ever since. It's very helpful that he keeps you informed on upcoming storms and when they will begin plowing. They did a fall cleanup for the first time this year, I was very impressed with how thorough the job was done.

I have worked with Jake for a few years now and have used his company for plowing, seasonal yard clean-ups and, most recently to replace a deck. The services provided have been top-notch. Jake communicates clearly and effectively and listens to the concerns and wishes of his clients. I have been impressed by the standards he sets for his staff and believe that they work hard to meet his expectations. I am happy to have someone I can rely on for my home maintenance needs.

Jake and his staff installed drainage, graded my driveway, spread 3" of bluestone and compacted. Awesome job! Nice to have a contractor who communicates, shows up when scheduled, is organized, does high quality work and finishes on time.

I've been using their snow plowing and landscaping service for years. They have been very reliable at the job and respond quickly to communications. But you would be wrong if you think they are a one trick pony.
I own an old house at Campton that was built back in the 70s and didn't see much care nor renovation since. I got a long list of things I wanted fixed, improved and/or added. But it being a vacation house, I just never had the time nor the appetide.
About 2 years ago, the dishwasher broke and by the time I got there, it was a total disaster.
After the insurance did their thing, I gave the insurance quote to Jake and simply said "fix it for me". He was the one that had the wisdom to suggest I add other projects that I wanted. I ended up writing him a 3 page list. It went from flooring, drywall, plumbing, electricity, paint job, deck, all the way to fencing.
Jade did a fantastic job on it. And kept communicating with me through the project. By the time he finished, the inside of the house went from 1970s to 2020s, and exactly the way I wanted it. He even paid attention to small details like, matching the new floor in one room to the old floor in another, both texture and paint color. Needless to say, everything on my list was addressed.
I also liked it that he would bill for whatever work he has done, instead of asking for a large amount of upfront payment. It really boosted my confidence in him.
I'm gonna try to use him for future improvements should he be available.

We've been using Jake and his team for a number of years now for plowing, sanding, yard clean-up, and a number of other various services. His communication & responsiveness is excellent! He has been extremely helpful to us a number of times when we've been off-sight and needed some things handled. We highly recommend!!

I am giving 4 stars to Jake because 4 stars sound more legit than 5 stars. But that does not discount the fact that Jake provided 5 star services.

Assessment: Jake and his guys did the proper assessment and provided a fair quote for the Job. They also took my inputs on how I wanted the Job done and understood the ask very well.

Quality of service: Jake and his guys did the Job in a timely manner with proper workmanship. The site was cleaned after the job was completed. There has been no wear and tear knowing how steep the site is.

Professionalism: Jake and his guys were very professional while conducting the job with no display of unprofessional behaviour of language.

Customer Satisfaction: Jake took extra effort in knowing is the Job was done to my satisfaction and was willing to make improvements.

I strongly support and reccomend such business owners as Jake.

I have used Jake Tuck for several years and find his work to be always excellent, whether he performs the work personally or sends one of his crews. I save up minor household repairs and contact him to fix them — swollen doors that won’t shut, inside framing of my skylights, replacing siding board and drip edges, etc.
